The most informative and the most helpful staff. Came in on vacation to AC, in June 2021, with my daughter. We ran over from Starbucks after we saw a woman with the pink Vera Bradley bag. We were so excited to see our favorite store in the outlets! Scored BIG with the 70% and 75% off sale in the ENTIRE store. (Say whaaat?!?) Michelle and Bella were a huge help! The store is very well organized. We are all set on our Vera Bradley gear. We got travel bags, wallets, tumblers, bookbags, face masks, a makeup bag, tablet sleeves, a robe, purses, mirrors, and umbrellas. And, they had my favorite Vera Bradley item: the oversized blankets!! I can never find these up by me, so I had to buy two! Every thing one could need, they have it!!! Called back the next day to order some gifts. Bella was soooo helpful. The best! She helped us to pick out matching sets and did not hesitate to look in the back for additional items. Great customer service in-person and virtual!! A++++ Can't wait for our next trip to AC, (of course we will use our new travel totes), and visit The Vera Bradley Outlet with our new favorite people. Thank you.😁

Honestly, the customer services provided by all other team members was great. I was greeted and acknowledged. Besides the cashier who took me that day, everything else was perfect. The variety of things that they had available was nice. Plus the sale made the trip worth every penny. Store associates were very helpful, funny and pleasant to shop with. Made u feel very welcomed.

Prices are much cheaper than when buying from Vera Bradley online. Also has a good selection.

Nice staff and store I was looking for a backpack online that was sold out and tried here and they had plenty walk out with my backpack for half the price online. They offer a variety of hand bangs for school to traveling to a night out on the town.

Only go here if you’re willing to pay an arm and a leg for anything. Prices were very obviously marked up, and the original prices were removed from the tags on most items. When I asked about a mini backpack in the clearance section being marked up to $155 from the $85 that it would be online the store associate said that this is a new practice that Vera Bradley started less than a year ago and sometimes the prices for clearance items will be higher than the regular stock.

Good prices and good employees help to make this outlet a good experience.
