I enjoy going to this location only (even though I live in manahawkin) because I really appreciate Dr. Lucyna's (polish provider) bedside manner and the time she takes with her patients. I don't mind seeing Dr. Aversa if she isn't available. I don't care if I have NJ Familycare, no insurance, or the best private insurance, I will still come here. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy this office is because of their office medical assistant Jeanie. She is so sweet, thorough, and very professional. I look forward to seeing her when I go in for an appointment because she makes me feel comfortable and treats me with respect and dignity (she deserves public recognition). Wonderful office staff is what compliments the providers services and makes all the difference in patient retention!

We took our two toddlers to the dentist in the summer it worked out great. My kids were excited for the visit because they saw a cartoon about going to the dentist and it really made them very interested. The dentist was very calm and gentle with my kids and it went by super fast. The reception desk was great and they gave the kids several stickers. I'm not sure what people are talking about not getting appointments? We are able to get appointments right away. If you call when they first open you can get in right away.

Appointment was 9:20. Text reminder said be there by 9:05. Arrived at 8:50, checked in, then was put in exam room. Other exam rooms were all empty (doors were open) and there was only 1 other patient in the waiting room. It's now after 10 and no one has even come in to take my vitals. This happens every appointment. This will be my last one here. Update: walked out at 11 without being seen. Unacceptable. I would understand I'd they were busy, but most of the exam rooms were empty.

I actually liked this place until recently. I went there throughout my pregnancy and for the first 6 months after my daughter was born. After that, they never called to remind me of her regular wellness visits, they used to send text reminders! They are never available when you need them, as their pediatric office is only available a few days a week. My daughter was recently sick and instead of being able to take her to see her doctor (they close super early) I had to take her to the emergency room. I have been trying to switch doctors, but I need my daughter's records and I have called multiple times over the last week, the phone rings once and goes straight to voicemail. I have left my name and number each time and still have not gotten a response! Once I get the records I will NEVER go here again.

Tried for 3 days to make an appointment finally get to speak to someone after pressing #3 to make an appointment to go back on hold for 45 minutes. Got tired of waiting and hung up. Yes this happened on 3 different occasions. Can't say I will never go back because I CAN NOT MAKE A APPOINTMENT IN THE 1st PLACE .

Where are the Doctors? Are they gone? So you see a nurse who then will send you to a “SPECIALIST”!! I remember when you went to doctors office to see a doctor and do some examination and knew about body. I guess those days are gone. This is why our medical system is Chaos. Time Wasting money wasting. I know what I need like an MRI but no get X-ray physical therapy before I even know what’s wrong. Then go see a orthopedic specialist. Which I imagine he will want a MRI. Again wAsted money n time..

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Always on time. I recommend Michelle Eisenhauer NP. She listens, discusses & cares. I actually look forward to my appointments. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New to the area and needed a primary care doctor and I am so happy I chose OHI! From pre-registration to on-site care, they were all lovely and made the process easy for me. Got seen right away for my appointment. Definitely recommend!

Oh my!!!! Exhausted mom of three right here!!! I just switched my kids over to OHI in Little Egg Harbor!! Got such excellent care and warm hearts!! My six year old absolutely love his new doctor and can’t wait to see her again!! Michelle, you moved mountains in our hearts!! Thank you all at LEH OHI !!!
