    Went through for quick pre workout breakfast. Slimy undercooked egg McMuffin not even centered on the english muffin,, cheese not melted, sloppily thrown together and apple pie that was ice cold, not even slightly warm. Gross! How do you screw THAT order up?! The bearded man who bagged the order smiled at me with this goofy grin on his face knowing full well he just didn’t care. Wow this place has gone so far down hill very sad. I know it’s only a few bucks but in this horrible economy under the worst President ever Joe Biden, every dollar counts! Franchise people this location needs to be looked at!!! Horrible

    One of the cleanest Mc.Donalds in this area. There is big parking for huge amount of cars, after Mc.Donalds of New York you can feel yourself better. Around of this location you can find forest with thousands of trees. I recommend to come with family Khumoyun Akhmadjonov

    So this is the second time that they've gotten the order wrong. Ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles and the first time they forgot the hashbrown. Understandable maybe they were busy but now they completely mixed up the sandwiches,gave us a sausage muffin and it was hard considering it was on the sticker.

    This McDonald's is always on point. They are open late, which is wonderful when you work late a need a quick bite to eat. Summer time late nights can be extremely busy, but service at this location is great, so the line moves very fast.

    Customer service is decent but orders are wrong half the time, I understand mistakes happen and it does get busy as someone who has worked in fast food before but Def needs work when it comes to preparing the sandwiches and putting them In the right order bags. I know they have to be quick as it is fast food but i wouldn't mind waiting alittle longer if it means I don't have to ask them to remake something taking twice as long for a correction. Online orders also take longer than expected/the app says which I know isn't really the employees faults.

    I walked in to an absolute mob scene as it is two days before Christmas. I'm nearly in tears writing this because the frustrations of customers were visibly high. The staff here a doing an OUTSTANDING job! They are all actively busting their butts to get orders out, you can see that not a single employee was slacking. Every order called for pickup was giving with an apology for the wait time which I personally did not see was necessary. Both drive thru lanes were packed as well as the lobby. The team here today gets my round of applause.

    Drive thru would not take my mobile order saying only accept max of two orders per vehicle, I've never heard of this before and then the rep proceeded to ignore me without further explanations.

    Asked for fish sandwich, got buns, lett tom , one sliver of onion, cheese that we requested not to have, and get this, no fish!!! Completely forgot to put fish in sandwich? Called left voice message. Zero reply from business. Never ever eat at McDonald's. Crackheads working that are brain dead. Avoid like the plague .....

    This morning around 8am, I picked up a mobile order at this location. The drive thru staff forgot my pumpkin pie and 2 apple pies. I called and was helped by a very nice lady. I assume this is the manager. She apologized and told me the pies are in the oven and would be about 10 minutes and offered me 3 options; replace with anything I want from the bakery, pick up in 10 minutes, or a full refund. I choose to wait. She directed me to pull in to mobile pick up spot # 1 and said she would be out in 10 minutes. The wait didn't seem long at all, and as she says, she came out with my pies, and also gave me an extra pumpkin pie, then apologized again and wished me a good day! I'm sorry to say I did not get her name, and I should have! Lately, customer service has fallen short, but this lady really made my morning!

    Everything was great until I entered the bathroom and found it dirty. It was usable but had to be very careful. We got there at 7a for breakfast when dine-in began, so that trash must have been there from previous day. Unbelievable!

    TELL THIS STUPID MANAGER TO PAY MORE PEOPLE. HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MANY MOBILE PICKUP SPOTS AND STILL MAKE PEOPLE PICK ORDERS UP FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH. THEY ARE NOT USING THEIR RESOURCES TO THE FULLEST CAPABILITY.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would of. I ordered 4 meals. I paid over $50, I should of had hot food. My French fries were not filled to the top, and they were cold. I asked for special orders, and they messed up to orders. And another order was a 10 piece chicken nuggets. I had a bag full of bbq sauce, but no chicken. I went back to the restaurant area, I told them I didn't get my chicken nuggets, they give me another box. And had the audacity to only give me 8 pieces. Plus I didn't get napkins, no ketchup for the less French fries. They were steady busy. But with me paying over $50 I should of had the right stuff. I did in fact checked my bags while I was there. But Iam not going to stay there another 30 minutes for the correct stuff to be cooked again. Who knows, usually when you complain employees want to spit in ppl food. Iam very disappointed. I will never come back to this m.c. Donald's again.

    This place never gets an order wrong which is great, and the staff are nice but not very attentive. The wait times here are also pretty bad. If you order online 20 minutes in advance you’ll still be waiting for another 10 after you arrive.

    Not the McDonald's to stop at if it's lunch or dinner time. Parking lot is a real tight fit and unless you're turning right onto White Horse to leave, you're gonna have a hell of a time getting out. Food is what you expect. Most of the time.

    Today we went to this fast food restaurant From out of state... instead of choosing to sit down and eat at another choice establishment. When i walked in i had to wait 8 mins until someone came to the register for me to order. The person ahead of me said they were there for a long while prior to me being there. The cashier showed up from the bk after a while and took our order. Placed my order at 1247pm. Alot of orders were wasted because some customers left after ordering just a pie..or just fries. They were waiting a long period of time for 1 item. Several people were comparing wait times with each other bc all of us did not understand what was wrong. There was plenty of staff in the back working to prep and serve but seemed like alot of moving parts but no results. I waited until 1:10pm and asked if i can see a manager to get my order or compensation because my order number was "in progress" on the screen since i ordered so i was not sure if there was a glitch on their prep screen if it wasn't showing. I was not able to speak to a manager after my request. But they eventually gave me the food that i ordered. Fast food is not fast anymore i guess. Several people were making comments asking what the problem was with their order. Nice place but service needs major improvements.

    Prepare to wait six months in the drive-through and receive your order, not the way you asked for it.. You will also be lucky if your food is barely warm. Also, 99% of the time, the sandwiches are just poorly made and look like a mess. The only thing is that if you are lucky to get hot fries 🍟.. they are the bomb.
