Unprofessional didnt tell me we needed a mask she wouldn’t wait for me to go get one we were in contact for 2 days and didn’t say anything !! they braiding not even all that she was the last choice anyway god saved me from a headache and possible disappointment.

I have used their services 3 or 4 times now. All I can say is each stylist is so talented. The shop is super cute, trendy and impeccably clean and you can't beat their reasonable prices. I always leave feeling good.

I felt very safe here. There isn't anything more telling about how a stylist cares for their clients, than in a pandemic . No stylist should have a salon full of clients during a pandemic, why? because its a pandemic!, regardless of who is vaccinated and who is not, and who would know. That's why it is important to be cautious .Last week was my first time at Elements of Hair by Treava and I WAS THE ONLY CLIENT IN THE SALON. WHY? BECAUSE THE STYLIST THERE CARED ABOUT MY SAFETY. THATS HOW APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED. My temp was taken and my stylist had her mask on PROPERLY. No one could just walk in. Seriously , no one can just walk in and possibly put a client at risk. security is on point! This is the way it should be and I appreciate that so much. Charlotte was very gentle with my scalp during shampoo and styling. If your tender headed, she is the one to go to!

Total hair care for ethnic hair, Charlotte was wonderful in my hair care need. During your service you are offered a snack .... wonderful service I will return and recommend to friends and family.

This was my first time there and ramiyah did my hair.She did exactly what I wanted and absolutely love it. I definitely will be coming back.

Treava is very unprofessional, rude and likes to gossip.Also if she’s knows anything about you she’s going to tell it. If you’re ok with that I recommend her salon.

I don't really buy hair from here because I don't get my hair done like that however great varieties of different colors and textures if you're getting those type of hair styles I was with a friend who was buying hair. They have a nice amount of products for the hair , very clean store
