Bad service. Workers did not want to talk to us? Not sure, it was a weird vibe.

Terrible. Apparently hot coffee with extra cream to them is black. Took a bit without any line so I wasn’t going to have them correct it. Just threw it out. Thanks for wasting my time.

I came in today with my three daughters to get our usual drinks. The workers seemed to not give a care in the world about us and gave us horrible service. When we got our orders they gave one with whipped cream and the other without even though we said TWO. There was no sugar in any of the drinks and tasted absolutely disgusting. Would not come back. Cashier was just ready to just leave and ignored us completely.

Ordering online takes longer then if you just purchase in store. They can't every make a drink correctly yet alone consistently make it the same

I turned around in the parking lot adjacent to the store, it was a nice experience, I didn't go in to the store at all and couldn't tell you if the service or coffee was good or not.

Always short staffed and long lines! I ordered a drink tonight and when I recieved it, the drink was less than half full!!!

The staff here are always great. Sad it’s closed right now. Hope everyone is well and healthy

The girl didn’t know how to make a coffee with cold foam and kept asking me how to make it. Her coworker came out and instead of making it or TEACHING her I got a refund. Was looking forward to this all day. Maybe train your employees better!
