A bowl of pho here comes out to about $20 after all of their crazy fees. They charge everyone a 15% service fee regardless of party size. Another 4% to pay by credit card which is basically the standard payment method these days. None of these fees are built into the menu prices so what you are actually charged is much higher than what is advertised. Also the quality of the pho does not justify the extreme price. There portion size is average but contains very little protein. Probably the smallest amount of protein I have seen in pho for a very long time.

HEADS UP 15% GRATUITY INCLUDED AND 4% ADDED FOR CREDIT CARD Strong menu listing. Very authentic options including the drinks that rarely show up on the more mainstream places. Pho broth could use some more flavoring and the banh mi roll was off (although finding a place to get authentic French rolls may be tough here.)

It’s one the highly rated restaurant in the area, but outside of outlet malls takes about 2-3 to drive from Caesar’s. They have their own parking lot for customers. The restaurant is relatively small, feels really cramped when it’s full. Gets super busy in the weekends lunch hours. They have a decent menu, but unfortunately none of the chef special dishes were available. My fried chicken with broken rice was okay, chicken was deep fried too much, broken rice was just plain white rice. The thai iced was also average, tasted really sweet. But their service was good, food was prepared within a short time. It’s a good alternative in AC, to take break from casino/hotel restaurants, but I had have much better Vietnamese food in other places.

Good nice tasting food. Be aware as others reviews state. They charge gratuity on the bill already, no matter the party size and they print out additional suggest tip amount. People not checking their bill will pay tips twice.

Great little Vietnamese restaurant, that serves some flavourful dishes...this is just the right place to go if you're tired of all those expensive places on the boardwalk or hotel restaurants that really only serve pizza, burgers and fries. Dishes are reasonably priced, portions are good, and it's only a short walk from the Hard Rock or Resorts hotel. The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that they were filling their Huy Fong Sriracha bottles with some lesser known sauce...other than that, everything is awesome!

I’ve been here several times and have always had an excellent meal, friendly service and felt right at home. Tender pork belly hot pot and delicious pho broth. I love a good noodle soup.

Friendly staff, the chicken with rice was good, but the Bo Nhung Dam portion is way too tiny and effortless for $50!

When we come to atlantic city, its almost a must to come here. Good food. Their fried quail is the best. We come here only for this. Crispy and tasty. We have spring roll, grilled pork chop, pho, combination pork with rice. All are good.

Not too busy and very fast service . Place is very clean and staff as super friendly . Not really expensive- rolls around $6-$7 , duck soup was about $17 and fried rice about $15 . So our dinner for two was about $54 and we barely finished all the food .

Always eat here (or have it delivered) when I’m in AC! Food portions are generous, food is consistently good, reasonably priced and food comes out fairly quick. There’s a small parking lot around the corner too so you don’t have to deal with street parking. Beware, they do automatically charge 15% gratuity and 4% surcharge on all credit card payments, so bring cash if you can!

Small Vietnamese restaurant with okay decent food. You get what you pay for, but none of the dishes really stand out to me. The service is a bit slow with under staffing at busy hours. 15% of tips (service fee they called) included and 4% surcharge of credit card payment. Bring cash if you can. The chicken that is famous in this location is a bit overpriced. But overall, it was an above average experience.

Com Ga Ninh kieu has a vibrant atmosphere with colorful lights outside. The pho is simply delicious, with a rich flavorful broth, and they're quite generous with the beef. Good pho 👍

I never imagined going to AC to have pho but this place was highly recommended by Wah, known for their chicken pho but I’m more of the beef person. I was amazed, it turned out to be really good, one of the better pho places I’ve been to. Also added a side of their prawn dish, that was the perfect ending after a delicious bowl of pho 🤤😋

This place never misses. Delicious food and a peaceful atmosphere. They accept cash and cards and are wheelchair accessible. Enjoy!

Quite possibly the slowest Vietnamese food I've ever had. Place wasn't busy either. But that's okay. Everyone was very nice and food quality was fine except the spring rolls in my noodle bowl were luke warm and not crispy.

Have ate here in the many years ago when food and service was great…… but now NOT SO GREAT They charge a 15% automatic gratuity, that’s probably because they know that’s the only way how to get it based on service and food. It seems based on the new management, the food/flavor and tailored for “American” taste buds and……you know what that means… 110% Do not get the their Pho, the fill it with 90% noodles and 10% meat. When asked for extra tendon, they forgot to give me the side. On top of that, the Tendon was non existent as the protein they put in the bowl. I purposely didn’t eat any tendon and took out and lay it out just to prove a point. The rice dish that came out was also no longer good. POINT BLANK. Food is absolutely does not have the correct Vietnamese authentic aroma. Best thing you can do is just order drinks to go, because you can’t mess up a can of coke right? Clearly if anyone with some emotional intelligence and paying attention to their customers, they would’ve seen my aggravation and easily resolved the situation but failed to resolve the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Always a good sign, lots of Vietnamese patronize this restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff (no, no one eats the sugar can stem.) Spouse had shrimp wrap on sugarcane over vermicelli and I had mixed vegetables with tofu. Both tasty. We also greatly enjoyed the smoothie shakes.

This place is wonderful. The food is so fresh and delicious. Everyone that I know who has been here has nothing but praises for this restaurant. It's not fancy but it's comfortable and you will definitely come back for the food. It's really that good. Their menu says they deliver but don't. However, you can get some home via Grub Hub. They are open year round and a place locals love.
