Food is relatively good here but the service needs much improvement. Came here recently for dinner and there was a 1 hr wait for table of 2—you leave your name with the host and they will text you when a table is ready. Once seated at our table in the back room of the cafe facing the boardwalk view, I noticed a bunch of empty tables—possible not enough servers so these tables weren’t filled. It took a while before our server greeted us. Throughout our meal he was pretty absent, even after we asked for a steak knife which he never brought out and disappeared for a while. Food took a LONG time to come out—but on the positive side, food was okay. I really liked the One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp—very flavorful and delicious! The Cuban Sliders and Tupelo Chicken Tenders were great as well. The New York Strip Steak was just okay—also served with no steak knife.

It's a very large restaurant with a menu similar to what you might find in a good diner. Good business hours. Being local, it's a great place to go for breakfast. I really haven't eaten anything other breakfast here. The food is very good. Portions are large. Service is good. Nice comfortable atmosphere.. Prices are reasonable for AC. I definitely recommend it.

Great food, great service, and of course an amazing atmosphere. I took my wife to the Hard Rock for our anniversary and the staff did not disappoint. Thank you for making it a memorable night!

My husband and I took our 3 and 1.5 year old to get lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe on the Atlantic City Beach Boardwalk. The staff was very nice, and our server was quick and friendly. We ordered the plank salmon entree, the Messi burger, 1 chicken strip kid meal to split between my blue (which was plenty for them honestly), and my husband ordered a drink that neither of us can remember the name of. The drink was really good and honestly pretty strong. The food was good, but I personally felt like the salmon was pretty plain for the price. The mashed potatoes were well flavored but dry and crumbly. Otherwise the experience was pleasant!

This was my second time here at this particular location, the first time we were in a wicked rush to catch a comedy show and the host was nice enough to bypass the hour wait for us, as to not miss the show which was hella nice of her. This time around I got to actually enjoy myself better. Only a 15 minute wait, the waiter was Great, and I love the rock and roll theme with the music videos playing on the screens. I ordered a specialty Margarita which was delightfully strong 💪, and for my entree I ordered the Twisted Mac and cheese and chicken which was very delicious. It has a little kick to it(big plus). So far this was the better experience for this restaurant that I've had. Keep in mind I've also been to the Florida location, which was nice too, and the Manhattan location, which was a nightmare because we'll obviously it's in Manhattan. Dinner well done!!!

We walk-in for lunch. They serve us a booth seat. Staff recommended burger and chicken wing. Burger is good but chicken wing and tender is so-so and dry, instead of juicy and crispy. Also we had a fajitas duo combo (chicken and shrimp mixed). Overall not impressive and wait a bit long for the meal.

I was seated promptly, with a little wait for service. Food: Baby Back Ribs was not well seasoned, dry and stuck to the bone. It was very disappointing. 😔 The strawberry lemonade was great, quenched my thirst. I know they can do better.

We ordered a Messi chicken sandwich waited about 30 minutes that came out cold and without fries. They brought hot fries out. We let her know the sandwich was cold and they gave us another one. Unfortunately it wasn’t much over 100° and when you cut it, it fell apart because it was already cool down, and the meat was no longer tender. I said something to the chef as we’re about 30 burgers and chicken sandwiches just sitting in the window and nobody running them out he didn’t seem too concerned.

This trip was business related. I had an amazing time with colleagues. This hotel is enormous and filled with sites, restaurants and entertainment. More importantly, it was a good choice for the Garden State Employment and Training Association to hold their 2023 conference. There was hair in the shower and by the toilet. But overall stay and experience was pretty okay.

The hotel is very nice and big. I really enjoyed my time and I will be back. They have many great things to do and places to eat at. The casino floor is very big and nice. Staff is little bit not friendly.

I love the stage here, it's so pretty. Staff is incredibly friendly. I think it's awesome they offer breakfast, with a decent selection. Plus they have mimosas! Our waitress was top notch! Funny and helpful. The food was good it hit the spot, it definitely had a diner feel which is always nice. The home fries were on the colder side, I would have liked them hotter. Place is clean and the booth seats are nice and big and feel private. It's like your own VIP. I'll be back again.

Took a min to get a table but expected for a hotel casino. Diamond our server was fantastic very attentive frilendy and was quick as she could be. The menu is very limited but food was all good, not a lot of healthy options. It was 5:40 took about 40 mins for food once we ordered. I also get that staffing issues are a thing

Server was amazing and totally on top of everything. We got burgers, which were tasty but not very flavorful. The toppings were fresh and added a punch of flavor to the burger. Normal hard rock food taste. The spicy shrimp appetizer was amazing, full of flavor. And the hurricane drink was delightful as well as the blackberry sangria. 😊

Sat outside. Our waiter was super nice and gave us good recommendations. The Cuban sliders was delicious. The burgers were also fantastic. We got alcoholic drinks: they were good but light on the alcohol. Fun spot and good food, but overpriced and light on the liquor. Bring your own shots. 😉

The place has casino floor as the backdrop. If you feel hungry while playing, you can head right in here. We had our brunch here. The omelettes, pancakes, waffles, tortillas and what not. Everything was yummy and service was great. You can never go wrong with Hard Rock cafe! One of my favorites!!!

Stayed at the Hard Rock and used a voucher to have lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. Service was great and it's located behind the main bar which was lively. Typical American grill type of food with burgers, wings and some salads. The burger was surprisingly good but the salad had a bit too much dressing. Overall, exactly what I expected for a quick lunch. Location - 7 Service - 8 Quality - 7 Ambiance - 8

We were hungry from our drive down to AC, so we randomly stopped here for a quick bite to eat before dinner. The girls in the front weren’t friendly, like we were bothering them with our presence. We decided to just share two boneless wings, one with sweet & spicy tangy and one house made BBQ, fries and a beer. The beer gets to us a bit empty (no head) almost like someone took a sip before bringing it to the table. The fries came out alone without the wings and also looked like someone snacked on them before coming to the table. Fifteen minutes later the “boneless wings” came out as chicken TENDERS (4 small pieces) and they brought out the wrong order. They gave us buffalo instead of sweet & tangy. Took another 10 minutes to bring out the correct order. They actually tasted very good and I wish there was more, especially for $20. Also why call it “wings” when they’re not…very strange. After seeing the portion sizes and not really getting any attention we decided not to get meals and just got the check. They definitely need to up their portion sizes.

I had heard about the dedicated gluten-free menu, so we asked for it. Otherwise, we may not have known it existed. We shared the BBQ combo (ribs/pulled pork) and it was a good choice. The gluten free menu was very meat based though, and didn't have much selection for vegetarians. Our server, Kim was super friendly. We enjoy the memoribilia. Hard Rock is doing a good job of keeping the premises looking like the place to be.

My "cowboy ribeye" was good but it was just a regular ribeye. No cowboy handle on the steak itself. Server took forever to return to our table and wasn't proactive enough to ask we needed a refill on our drinks. Food taste was excellent. Just took a while to be cooked/served.

Our waitress was excellent and kept our needs met. The nachos were delicious as well as the strawberry basil lemonade. The sliders were also very tasty. My sister enjoyed the Messi chicken sandwich as well.

HardRock Chicken Wings ...$17.95! NO thank you! Never again. I understand times are tough, but the price of THIS appetizer was WAY overpriced!! Presentation alone was disgusting... My request was for the wings to be crispy and to please not burn them; they were delivered dried out AND they were burnt. Our original appetizer was Nachos with chicken (Nachos were also overpriced at 17.95) a charge of 7.00 for chicken, steak was a charge of 9.00 with extra sour cream (a charge of 3.00 applies) and for guacamole (another charge of 3.50) the chicken on the nachos was raw and we couldn't find our server to bring it to her attention. I politely interrupted another server as they were entering an order and asked if they could find our server. He removed the raw food and ordered a replacement for us. Appetizer ALONE was 31.45!! I have eaten at the Hard Rock six times - in six different cities!! At each location I have been disappointed.

Was gifted a weekend here by our daughter back a few months ago. Loved it! Santana tickets were on sale. Bought 2 tkts for the July 28th show. The venue itself is perfect seats maybe 5k ppl. Assigned seating w/Handicap accommodations. Greats seats. Great show. We'll be back for sure. All the amenities are here.

I’ve been to many Hardrock restaurants, cafes and hotels. We stopped in at the bar to get dinner and drinks before playing some blackjack. The quality of the food is less than I expected. Service is fine but definitely now a great meal. Ordered the cheeseburger, steak, and flatbread. We should have found a different, better option.
