My family dined here recently, and we had a great time. I enjoyed the decor, especially the pictures of the great NY Yankees from years ago. The clams and calamari were excellent, and my daughter enjoyed the shrimp scampi. My son was able to order chicken tenders which is usually a kids meal. Parking is directly across the street, which was complimentary. Great ambiance.👍

Angelos is a long standing Italian restaurant with great menu option. This is an old school Italian eatery that has an old school feel. The food is good, very consistent. Many options to choose from. The veal and chicken parms were good. The lasagna was very good as well. It’s get very busy so I would make reservations.

The food here is amazing and I would definitely come here again! The ambiance of the restaurant is like old school but still alluring. When we got seated, we had to enter another room which was pretty cool. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Our entrees came with salad which had a very delicious dressing. I got fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Everything was cooked well & the shrimp was clean. My significant other ordered lasagna and meatball which was also cooked well and very tasty. They have free refills which is always a plus. Our total came out to 58$.

Classic Italian food with great service. The restaurant has fun photos on the walls of great Italian American history. Big portions! Great red sauce! It's a little loud....so if you're looking for something intimate...probably not the place.

Classic joint to get Italian food. The broiled shrimp with crab imperial was great. The restaurant was super hot but thankfully after we asked they turned the air on. It’s weirdly laid out with a bunch a small rooms and a tight bar to navigate back to the dining area.

Only if you're into seafood and lots of pasta for dinner. Very typical NJ style Italian American food, i.e big servings and standard menu offerings. they do have a great specials menu. We were seated upstairs so it was a more intimate experience for my party. The server was very nice and patient with my friends who were visiting AC from New England area, she had a good sense of humor. Will return again next time we're in AC.

My husband and I had dinner here for his birthday. The lobster ravioli and sea scallops were fantastic! The scallops were cooked perfectly, the scampi sauce was awesome. And the lobster ravioli came with a 6 oz lobster tail on top... which was the icing on the cake! We will continue to come here any time we are in Atlantic City!

Eating at Angelo's was very pleasant. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very old Atlantic City, with photos of of customers such as Joe DiMaggio, Babe Ruth, and other immortals covering the walls. The food and drinks were excellent. I'm not sure if the first floor is accessible to wheelchairs, but I believe it's okay for canes and walkers. For able people, it's up stairs, then maybe down a couple stairs, and up again, to an open table. There is free parking behind the restaurant.

I think the food is just ok. It is not expensive though with big portion. I noticed almost everyone was packing food. Our family (two kids) ordered three meals but only finished almost half. Lasagna I ordered is kinda bland. Not too much taste, the ground beef in my opinion is not juicy, very dry. I don't know why. I added a little bit salt on the leftover and felt much better.

The place was a little bit crazy but we wanted to wait because we heard so many good things about this place. Very basic old school Italian. Servers were a little bit overworked but overall a wonderful experience. Prices were very reasonable given the current climate. The muscles in white wine sauce were probably the best I have ever had. Also the 20 oz porterhouse with shrimp mushrooms and roasted red peppers was amazing. I shared it with my husband and it was more than enough. Only disappointment was the clams oreganato. They were pretty much inedible and I should have sent them back but it was hard to get the waitresses attention. I never did get the second glass of wine I had ordered. What made the clam so bad was that they were overcooked with way too much breading and more so than was tolerable. Still a wonderful meal at a reasonable price.

We just had our wedding reception there this past weekend and it was fantastic! Food was delicious and the staff is excellent! They were all so nice and helpful. Patty was our coordinator and she was flexible with our schedule due to us coming from out of town. They did a great job setting everything up and got lots of compliments on how nice the room was. Pricing was reasonable, and we highly recommend to anyone for parties or weddings.

A lovely classic Italian restaurant! The atmosphere is old school, pictures covering almost every inch of the walls of family, sports stars, maps of Italy, and other local pictures. There’s a big bar when you first walk in and there are multiple dining rooms behind it. I had a shrimp cocktail that was average, but the chicken Parmesan entree was absolutely fantastic. The red sauce has a good amount of garlic flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The portion was huge too it could feed two people easily. They have an extensive dessert menu and the flourless chocolate cake was decadent and rich.

We are from the UK and this was our first and second ( it was that good we went twice) visit to Angelos. We had a short wait for a table but it was definitely worth the wait. The food was fantastic and lots of it too. Service was very good and we were not rushed away. We wii definitely go back when we are next in AC.

Can see why it was so crowded. Service was excellent. Everyone that works there is very cheerful. Food is solid. Reasonable priced. I’ll be back

Angelo's Fairmount Tavern is an old-school Italian eatery established in 1935. The building was beautiful inside and out. You can't go wrong no matter what you order. The food is delicious and the portions are ample.
