They will NOT accept comps from Borgata during Covid. A lady, who appears to be in management, told me (basically yelled at us) she is not accepting it. They want to make more money from this. The lady at the cashier is EXTREMELY RUDE to customers. Not only does she have an attitude issue, she talks back to customers to my aghast. There is lack of customer service at this place that management should be aware of because it should not be the case in Borgata, a top luxury casino. I am not endorsing this over priced shop staffed with attitude. Comps were the only thing making this store worth visiting. Visit the food shops downstairs (plenty of restaurants below downstairs) instead for more selection until management instill real customer service ... Also, their credit card machine forces everyone to pay tip for every purchase made. On top of that, their credit card machine asks 18% or 20% tip, you are forced to make a choice between the two. This need to stop.

This was my first and last time eating at this establishment. The service was ok, the food was ok but the price was ridiculous. Also, Atlantic City doesn't have a mask, 6 feet distance or covid vaccine mandate; even though we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Waiting in the line at this eatery, I give everyone in front of me 6 feet as sign of respect and just because I don't need to be up on anyone..especially someone I don't know. Well the guy behind me didn't feel that way and was standing right up on me with no mask. I asked him to please give me some space and he told me "No, cause he doesn't have covid". (See picture, that's the guy) He was very rude and disrespectful. No one is forced to wear a mask or to do anything but don't get into anyones personal space. Luckily for him I didn't have my disinfectant spray on me because I would have sprayed him in the face.

Poor service and rude employees. Their comp system always seems to be down as well. Food is so so. Many of their pastries and ready made items are definitely old and stale. It sat there long enough for the juices to be seeping out. Lines are usually long and moves slow. I guess they know you're stuck here in the casino. If you want to eat you have limited choices. You will spend your money there regardless of service and food quality.

Always stop here for a quick bite between poker sessions. Bacon, Egg and Cheese for breakfast, Turkey melt or Chicken salad for Lunch. Quick service and friendly staff

Loved it! Food was very good. Chef will prepare your eggs the way you want. There was lots of food to select from. Their employees were pleasant and ready to please.

There’s this counter guy who keeps scratching his back or left shoulder. He’s handling food, money and drinks, not even washing his hands. Why is he working here? This is disgusting.

I am very disappointed in the new procedure at Bread and butter. I've been visiting this property and this place for 15 years plus. It used to be awesome. Now it's slow very slow and they removed my main stay of Taylor Ham egg and cheese. What thus is supposed to be a Jersey staple always looked forward to it when I visited and it's just another thing gone at this property. Very disappointed.

Delicious sandwiches, fresh and quality. Bagels and pastries very good. Costumer service excellent.

My hubby and I have been coming to Bread and Butter for years during our visit to Borgata. We stopped in this past week as I always loved the grilled cheese at least once during our stay. Well...sadly this restaurant has gone downhill with both service and quality of food. The grilled cheese was served luke warm, barely grilled with the melted three cheeses I always enjoyed almost nonexistent. The young man who brought our food to our table was pleasant but the cashier seemed like she was not happy being there..not at all friendly. Guess maybe she was having a bad day. Hubby got the reuben which was ok. And...they are now closed every Tuesday from 5-11pm....used to be open 24/7 every day.

They will mess up the order with no apology and the blonde manager will still be ignnorant to the customers involved after the fact. Go to ocean after hours for good 🍲 . This place blows waited 20 mins for wrong food order then given attitude when they gave the wrong person my food.

Cashier Flor was rude and unprofessional. I asked her if they had plain yogurt . She said “ I don’t know I just started my shift go stand over there until am done” like I was her child .And then proceeded to take another customer order ignoring me completely . At this point am mad I don’t want anything I want a refund for what I bought because I refused to spend money where am not treated well. I asked another cashier for a refund . She told me she can’t do a refund if I dint like the yogurt she could replaced it for something else. I had to call the manager over the phone to tell him what happened and asked him why I can’t get refund? Manager arrived 30min later saying sorry and that the cashier lied they can give refunds. and gave me a refund . I wanted to think that she was racist but then I saw the manager was black and some of the cook were black as well. Am reading other people reviews and noticed is not the first time cashiers been rude to customers and Borgata ain’t doing jack about it.

2 girls just standing at the end of the counter yapping away. I waited about 5 minutes and finally one of them said we'll be with you in a minute. Absolutely rude and worthless employees.

Very good choice inside Borgata 24 hours to have breads and other bakery stuff if u have hunger o want a snack

Line too long and does not move. Food preparers were touching body parts and then touched my sandwich to make. I did not eat and refused to pay. Why would I put food in my mouth that was smeared with his greased gloves and God knows what body fluids he also touched and added to my food

I got a sandwich and chips not too bad 😔 but it was late at night and probably would of been Alot better if I got it at lunch time

Placed take out order at 11a via online. Arrived at 11:20 and after checking with them 3x was just told at 11:45a they lost my order for 2 egg sandwiches and are now out of Kaiser rolls. Assuming assault is still illegal in NJ, I continue to wait. Clearly no Mgmt present.

Omg! They have this amazing Slathered Blueberry Muffin and the Sausage Egg n Cheese Croissant!!! I'm headed back there again in another hour after I finish playing these slots!

Ordered on phone. Went to pick up the order and stood at the pick up line 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I could have just ordered through line and it would have been quicker. The food was still halfway warm when I got back to the room. It was good.

Pastrami special (hot) taste too salty for me and a bit greasier than corn beef Ruben. Various kind of bread to choose. Could be an easy, fast and full option.

Turkey Swiss sandwich was meh but the lucky peanut butter and lucky coconut cookies are to die for they are delicious!

Coffee, food and pastries are pretty good. Lack of help makes slow service. Just be patient.

Not to bad. Had the chicken salad and didn't care for it. The tuna, but, and hot dog were good. Loved that they were open 24 hours
