Extreme lack of professionalism. It's a pleasant place but ..., My wife ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon, the steak was done as medium well, so far no problem, it may happened. We showed it to the waiter and he immediately offered a new steak. After few minuts a manager appeared with the same steak, cut in the middle and declared that it is medium rare, also he said that if we insiste, he would make us a new one. We were shocked by the idea that the steak was re-cut in the kitchen and brought back to our table, 😱 It was an unpleasant and unprofessional act that ruined our meal. The waiter who was shocked like us tried to compensate us with a cheesecake, nice but, it was dry and not fresh cake. Everything else is no longer interesting. Big disappointment.

Very pleasant staff: the food- the reason we came, not so pleasant. Ordered wings and a Caesar as a starter. When you bit into them it was almost like mush. The lettuce not the best that’s for sure. Definitely not worth the price at all. Cajun chicken Alfredo : Ehh sauce has good flavor The chicken is definitely not blackened. Absolutely no flavor chicken is dry I’m a foodie and have dined in many different restaurants The need a new chef is what they need. I will never dine here again. As a steak eater I’m glad I didn’t order any steak or I would’ve been very disappointed. Oh and let’s not forget the dinner rolls Stale

Enjoyed a dinner of appetizers last evening before seeing a holiday show. First of all, let me say the service and atmosphere were spot on. The servers were all wearing masks and the restaurant looked and felt very clean. I can highly recommend the California Ceasar and Pot Belly Sliders. The Ceasar is probably one of the best salads I've ever had with stuffed breadcrumbs that hit you with a little spice. Our drinks were ho hum. I had a signature Cadillac Margarita with too much ice and I think they only waved the bottle of tequila over the glass. Overall I can recommend but it would not be my first choice.

Unforgettable Dining Experience at Guy Fieri's Chophouse! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Guy Fieri's Chophouse to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I must say, it was an evening that surpassed all expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was exceptional and truly memorable. As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by an incredibly friendly hostess who promptly seated us by a window overlooking the picturesque boardwalk and park with a charming fountain. The ambiance alone set the stage for what would be an extraordinary night. Our waiter, Marjan I think his name is (He goes by James Bond), instantly charmed us with his delightful personality and professional demeanor. He embodied the spirit of James Bond, effortlessly blending knowledge, humor, and impeccable service. Marjan's recommendations were spot-on, elevating our culinary journey to new heights. The true star of the evening, however, was Executive Chef Giancarlo Generosi. To our delight, he took a moment to personally wish my wife a happy birthday. This thoughtful gesture made her feel incredibly special and added a personal touch to the dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! Chef Generosi's creations were nothing short of extraordinary. With each bite, we were transported to a realm of flavor and culinary bliss. The dishes were beautifully presented, showcasing Chef Generosi's mastery and attention to detail. From perfectly cooked steaks to delectable sides and divine desserts, every dish was a symphony of taste that left us speechless. We've dined at many fine establishments, but never have we experienced such a consistently outstanding meal. The entire staff at Guy Fieri's Chophouse deserves commendation for their commitment to excellence. From the moment we arrived until our final goodbye, we were treated like royalty. The attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care shown by everyone created an atmosphere of hospitality that made our night truly unforgettable. To the team at Guy Fieri's Chophouse, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for making my wife's birthday dinner an extraordinary event that we will cherish for a lifetime. Your dedication to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction is commendable, and we can't wait to return for another exceptional dining experience. If you're looking for an unparalleled dining adventure that combines outstanding food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable atmosphere, look no further than Guy Fieri's Chophouse. Trust me, it will be a night to remember! Note: This review was voluntarily written and reflects my personal experience with pictures.

The food was wonderful. Although the shrimp on the steak was a bit over cooked but the flavour itself was fantastic. Overall the entire food we had was amazing.

Skywalker started us off on two separate visits. Had 2 large draft strongbows, and the prime rib, it was all awesome. As a side we did the loaded potatoe and greenbeans, both were excellent. Highly suggest you reserve a time online and expect to dish out a little bit for a memorable time. We’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful steakhouse inside Ballys casino. Only opened Thursday-Saturday, a great place to dine when here for a visit. Our servers were Mario and Luigi and we were impressed with their service. The food was incredible and plentiful. Recommendations were on point from Luigi and we were very pleased with our selections. Although we made reservations, as recommended, it was not busy for early dining.

Overall the food was very good. The drinks are also very good. I wanna give it 5 star total but was in Atlantic City just for a visit didn't know I had to make reservations. Luckily there was sitting at the bar otherwise I would not have been able to eat since it was already reserved for the entire night

My experience was awesome. The staff was great and the food was awesome. We tried guys signature wings, the crab stuff mushrooms, the 16oz riveted and shrimp, and the strawberry fool for dessert. Solid dishes and well worth it. Take my advice the wings are probably the best Buffalo wings you've ever had and that dessert is enough for two but delicious enough to remember

My wife and I traveled to Atlantic City to celebrate her birthday and explore the boardwalk a little. I would say that our dinner at Guy's was the highlight of our overnight stay there. She enjoyed the salmon while I tucked into the prime rib. Both were cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Cocktails were unique and delicious and dessert was on point with the bundle skillet sundae. The view from our table overlooking the ocean and boardwalk was a nice feature.

We came here for the free complementary dinner. First, someone who I had with me was diabetic and needs food when she starts feeling shaky, and the overall rule is 30 seconds for servers to greet us. Severs were walking past our table like we didn’t exist. It was about a good 15 minute wait for us to get drinks and bread. It’s 30 minute intervals so maybe they then realized we haven’t gotten greeted. Firecracker shrimp - the sauce that they had on it did not compliment the appetizer at all. It would’ve been fine by itself in our opinion. The entrees, I got the beef short rib which was excellent. The person who I brought with me, got the pork chop. She said as soon as she bit into it she tasted fat and it was tough. She said the cheesecake was the best at of that I agreed. Now, we can’t argue with free food. I feel like they shouldn’t advertise this type of free dinner if they treat us like we don’t exist just because they know it will lessen a tip, that’s exactly how we felt.however, we always tip, so the server got a tip anyway. I’m only writing this review solely for the person who I came with because she was diabetic and she deserved a better experience. You guys need to do better, especially as for someone who has a physical illness like diabetes. She was expecting more prompt service by the advertisement.

I made an online reservation for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived the hostess knew who I was before I even said my name which was super cool. We were seated in a nice comfy booth. Our waiter was “James Bond” and he was awesome. Our food was amazing. My husband had the 10 oz filet and I had the prime rib. Both were cooked perfect. Staff was awesome. I even put on our online reservation it was for my husband’s birthday and they surprised him and came out with cake and sang happy birthday. The atmosphere is great. We tried another tv Chef’s restaurant in AC and was very underwhelmed with the food. My husband and I travel A lot. We travel about once a month and have tried many many restaurants from Cali, to New Orleans, to Florida, to NYC. This is going to be now one of my favorite spots in Atlantic City. I just want to say thank you for an amazing meal and service. “James Bond and Skywalker” deserve a raise for their great professional/friendly service.

Went on weekend mini trip to Atlantic City and we took our son who is military for a nice dinner, the food was amazing and the waitress was friendly and would frequently ask if we needed anything, lovely atmosphere and food was delicious. A little on the pricey side but it was worth it!

Excellent food!! OMG The pretzel rolls woth honey mustard butter were outrageous. My filet mignon cooked to perfection. The wine pour was generous. Don't get the keylime pie...nothing exceptional. Try one of the other desserts. Tip: hit the bar/happy hour before you sit for dinner, and get your half off glasses of wine to take to your table.

Busy Saturday night, so we just sat at a bar table. We shared lollipop wings and each had the bacon, Mac and cheese burger. Good food and excellent service.

The food was good, but so is every other restaurant out there. I ordered fettuccine with blackened chicken. My husband ordered the lobster tail with the side of baked potato. Mine was good. I asked if they can not make it so spicy, and they listened so thank you for that. My husband's Lobster tasted like any other lobster you can buy at the store or another restaurant for a Hella lot cheaper than $52. I guess you're paying for the name, not the quality. Between his Lobster and my fettuccine and the baked potato, 2 waters. It came to $101. So if you're coming to AC and plan on eating in Ballys at Guy Fieri's plan on spending $$$$.

Totally empty on a Saturday night. One large table and us. I know it’s COVID but AC is always buzzing. Love Guy Fieri’s Hamburgers on Carnival cruise so thought this expensive Chophouse would be better. So disappointed. Steak- asked for crispy outside and medium in the middle (raw) $50. Another ordered the lobster size of two female’s fingers- Red Lobster tastes better AND isn’t $64. The $50 seared scallops (I think 4?) were good. We waited for food to come out for more than 45 minutes- we almost left the place. This restaurant was not posh, waitress and food server (no mask) cold. The lady (sorry forgot your name) cleaning our table was delightful and we enjoyed talking to her. I approached the manager on duty after the meal and told him our displeasure. He didn’t care. Disappointed and DO NOT recommend. We literally went to the Casino ate wings and drinks 🍺🍹 because we didn’t eat well at this restaurant. Totally not about the $350 bill, it is about quality food and service- no Jackpot tonight.

Was in Atlantic City for a couple days and visited Guy Fieri’s Chophouse for dinner. We had a reservation and when we arrived we were welcomed very nicely. They brought us right away to the table. Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. If I would be living in the area I would eat here all the time. Highly recommend.

We dropped in late in the evening having no other options to dine anywhere else, half of the places were closed because of COVID, and other places were all booked. We weren’t disappointed. Good place and approximately cheap for AC. They don’t have a big menu, but you definitely can find something for your taste. Plus, they have some things in a hidden menu. Highly recommend cream of mushroom, also tuna tartar tacos, this one is going to be good, if you like sushi. Overall nice service, good food, kinda cheap and oh, it has panoramic windows with an amazing view. My only suggestion for the place is to add some desserts, it was only brownie or ice cream, not a big choice.
