Burger was amazing . Hot and fresh , quick as well . Reasonably priced . Servers and staff were well accommodating with the one small issue we did have , only reason of missing a star . And the soda ?!? Fresh , crisp , and actually tasted like a great fountain drink . I will be back . Tip: get cheese on your fries and NO you don’t need a double trust me lol

Food was great but the staff was unprofessional with their conduct and behavior when not waiting on patrons (we were seated right next to one of their work areas for takeout order/pickup and near the cash register so we got to overhear all their bantering, childish chatter and unnecessary talk. We watched other patrons seated near us who also noticed their poor conduct (rolling of eyes and body language said it all) But as I said the food was good. The staff needs training and this place would earn 4 stars if the staff acted more professional at least when within view and earshot of patrons.

Their burgers and tater tots were decent, but their fries were cold and pretty tasteless. I enjoyed the atmosphere and came at a quiet time on a late Thursday afternoon which was nice because there was no wait time. And the service overall was pretty good (thanks to our server, Andy). The prices could be a little better. $9.69 for a regular burger without fries is too much in my opinion. And $4.99 for a small amount of mediocre, cold fries? I have been here a few times over the years and usually enjoy going to Johnny Rockets for the ambience and experience, but I always end up leaving thinking that I probably could have spent my money better elsewhere. You definitely can't beat the speed of service here though. The food was being dished out of the kitchen like a fast food restaurant.

It’s the usual place for a nice burger and fries with some nice milk shake. Food was great as always. Service is different our server is friendly,helpful she’s beyond and above, I think her name is Barbra if I am not mistaken. She was awesome. I highly recommended.

Went there late on a Saturday, it was a bit of a wait but I got a table quickly as a solo guest. Food was really good, but the double burger was too big to fit in my mouth 🤣 I had a vanilla shake and it was delicious. Service was also on point ✨

It's best for parties of 4 and under, but regardless our service for a party of 6 was top notch! We sat at the bar area, and everyone enjoyed the burgers, fries, and shakes. There are few other options besides burgers but we all found something we liked. For such a busy location I was really impressed how the staff worked together to make sure everyone was happy!

Food was delicious. Service was great. Thank you Willy. I am not a fan of the strawberry milkshake. I had to send it back but my lemonade was very refreshing. The food was all fresh and hot. I will return.

Good hamburger joint. Delicious shakes or malts and salads are surprisingly good. I ordered the spicy houston and added bacon and boy was it tasty. Fries are crispy and tasty. The chicken club sandwich is tasty as well. Service was very quick. Staff was very accomadating, we had a party of 12 people.

My experience at Johnny Rocket’s was one of a kind. This was my first time going to Johnny Rockets and it was a fun experience. The waiter that my friends and I had was amazing. She was kind, very fun and out going to the point she drew a smiley face, a heart and a peace out of out ketchup onto small paper plates. The food was an 10/10. The Turkey was well seasoned and juicy, the fries were crunchy and seasoned to perfection and the milkshake was so thick and rich.

Ok I get it. It's a diner type atmosphere. I would say a sub par diner at the most. Seems all of the restaurants in Atlantic City close at 10 pm. Except for Johnny Rockets. They get packed inside and out from 10 pm on. We had no choice but to eat here since it was 10:30 pm. The hostess was very nice and accommodating however the only table for us and that was available was still being cleaned by the waiter. Looking at it I said that it looked fine. Plus I had my own antibacterial wipes with me. We just wanted to sir and eat. Little did I realize that it wasn't just the table that needed to be cleaned. The floor under the table and going into the isle right outside of the table was covered in gunk, greasy smashed french fries, ketchup, and parts of a milkshake. It was disgusting. My friend and I had to clean it up ourselves. We did stay to eat but the place was a wreck. See pics.

Super packed and busy! My memory of going to JR in other locations was that the food was not memorable, but the experience was. In Orlando, they periodically do a dance. However, the food at this location was really delicious! One less star because they need to organize HOW to get in. There are two doors and no signage to tell you that one door is not the proper entrance to put your name in!

I would make this a zero stars if I could. it was very crowded and disorganized. one server asked us to sit at the counter or a table and got yelled at by her boss since she was supposed to make us wait for a booth. we ordered the vegetarian burger and it was the grossest burger I've ever eaten. nothing could have saved it.. the tater tots were okay.. the server took forever to come to us and also spilled the water on the table.. the biggest scam was the multiple jute boxes on the counter where you could. put money and heat a song. we got excited and put the money and didn't hear the song and then asked the server who told us it didn't work.. great! given there were six of these on the counter and had no sign saying out of order.

Fast service. Good food and a very essential server. We had fun and plan a return visit!

Nice place nostalgic decor the family 👪 friendly atmosphere. Food was good 🥓 bacon was a little over cooked but otherwise not bad. The shakes were handmade and the strawberry 🍓 shakes had real strawberries in it.

Very nice Johnny Rockets, located on the boardwalk end of the Bally’s. Delicious burgers and new vegan burgers and vegan shakes worth a try! The only annoying thing about this particular location is that the restrooms for the restaurant are on the casino floor, not a far walk however.

Fun environment to grab a quick bite. Our server was very nice and energetic. Gave good recommendations and checked in on us regularly. My salad was good. Frozen daiquiri not strong but it’s to be expected. Overall, always had a good experience here.

Didn't have to wait long to be seated and you can either sit outside or inside. The staff is so friendly, and funny. The cheesesteak is good, and the fries and onion rings, and chicken tenders were fresh and hot. Good place for kids too. Oreo cookies and cream milkshake is a must try as well. Food and service was excellent! Long wait times for food but we expected that with how busy they were. Took our name and texted us when a table was ready for us. This isn't the place to go if you are in a hurry, but the food is worth the wait!

People working here are very friendly. I love their service. The burger was good. And the strawberry milkshake!!! I loved it soooo much! I don't really like milkshakes, but their milkshake was just so good.

Delicious food!!! The cleanest among the boardwalk, amazing prices. Friendly staff. Ate here twice during our stay at Ballys and we loved it. Definitely go give them a try !
