Absolutely disgusted at the way my friend was treated at this club. We were out celebrating our transgender friend’s birthday and after paying the cover charge and for several drinks, our friend decided to use the restroom. Immediate upon entering he was forcibly removed from the club by several security guards. He was using the restroom which was consistent with his gender identity which is his full right under the NJ LAD. He was not given the chance to explain himself nor did he resist the guards in any manner to be removed in such a way. I am so appalled and disappointed in the way we were treated and in how our night was ruined by the poor decisions of the workers at this club.

Really didn’t have the best experience here. The crowd was nothing but a bunch of fake boujee people who just sat there and stared at other people the whole time… then the bartenders are a joke. One charged 7$ for a drink, the next (a rather rude man) charged over 12 for the same exact one. So basically I payed 20$ to stand in a room smaller than my living room, over pay for basic drinks (rum and coke… really), and get stared at by the few other guests there - place was pretty much dead. Staff wasn’t the nicest either… I get a better than you vibe from them all. so booo not the vibe. Not a fan!!

I’d like to start with how SMALL this place is. And how most of it is roped off for “VIP” customers, leaving a rectangular, narrow, hallway feel vibe, for the other occupants who have paid their $20 cover fee. I felt like I was in someone’s living room space. And do not get me started with the HORRIBLE DJ that was there on a Sunday night (DJ Hefner) Everything about this establishment was awkward. Every time the door opened & a new customer entered, you can see how shocked they looked. Their first impression matched every other person who also entered after paying their cover fee. Do not believe the photos you see online as they are ALL in panoramic view which make the same appear much larger then it actually is. I wore a lovely dress, purse… my entire outfit was an absolute waste. My group of both males & females, had one alcoholic beverage & we decided to leave because the entire vibe just didn’t allow us to think that we would settle into this awful vibe after another beverage. I will do just fine with never returning to this establishment when I’m back in the area. What a strange “club” experience.

I flew in from Arizona last week to attend my cousins bachelorette party at Anthem Nightclub and I am so glad I didn’t miss out because we had SUCH A GREAT TIME!!!! We had reserved a VIP table for 8 girls the size of table and area were perfect for us. DJ played the perfect music great variety and we danced the entire time we were at the club. Tge smaller atmosphere made it so we didn’t lose each other and we’re able to talk to each other throughout the night. The guy who was bartending treated us great and always made sure we had a drink in hand (sorry can’t remember his name but had short black hair, glasses and goatee) We had both bottle service and went to the bar as well the service was impeccable!!!! I wish we had this place in Arizona. I did leave my cell phone at the club and contacted them the next day not only did they find my phone but they brought it to the hotel I was staying at since I didn’t have a car. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating wish I could give more!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We paid for bottle service for 6 people. Needed to get two 1L bottles ($300-450/bottle). When I booked the VIP I was told the music was Top 40, the music was horrible and dabbled between 70s, 80s, and rap. The music was not dancing music, and when a song finally came on that was danceable the DJ changed it 30 seconds later to another random song. They shoved us in a “VIP” section that could fit 4, not 6. Also, when I booked and asked questions about the atmosphere I was told it was going to be busy and there’s a large dance floor. The dance floor was so small, there’s not room to dance when they put a 10 person VIP group smack dab in the middle. End result was $1200, no dancing, and and early night.

2/13/2021 visit. Please do not go to this lounge, it was a total rip off. We were told it was $600 for the VIP booth by the owner Carrie. When we got there a guy lead us into the lounge to a high top table. I told him we were told we were getting a booth by Carrie he said that's not what she told him and that she is not here. He the brought us the receipt of my CC and i was charged $972.00 which he claimed was for taxes and tip. Definitely NOT WORTH IT, WE WERE SCAMMED! P.S. The DJ was not even that great, my friend had to tell him what to play.

Second time I've been to this club. Manager was very attentive and it was open till early morning. He got a cupcake for the 21st birthday girl. Had VIP service and bottle galore. Had an an awesome time.

$20 cover to get into a pretty basic, small, club. My group spent $120 to get in the door and left 5 minutes after walking in. We went back after midnight, a little more happening. But if you aren't planning to drop hundreds of dollars, don't bother. Minimum bottle is $300 and you can't sit anywhere, all tables are reserved for bottle service

My best friend and I come to Anthem every time we’re in AC and the service is always phenomenal. The manager is so kind and friendly, always social with us. Alaina and Gabbie always go out of their way to make your time there unforgettable and they’re so much fun! Not to mention the security is always looking out for us, which is a huge plus when going out. Definitely worth going to!!

When my friends and I come to AC we always make sure to hit up Anthem at Tropicana. Place is more lounge then nightclub so it’s small and intimate, which we like. Everyone is so nice and makes us feel like we are part of the family. Management is awesome and we love it here. Can’t wait to go back

It was beyond dead. Still charged me $20. Don't waste your money until it's super late at night & it's your only place to go. Then it's worth the money (kind of) cause there's no other choice at the time.

Such a fun place in Tropicana . The Dj was really good . We danced all night . It is a good club to have drinks and dance .

Every time in AC this is the spot my friends and I hit up! The staff is so friendly and engaging! Makes the night such a vibe! The go go dancers actually know how to dance are enjoyable to watch! Good music, good vibes, great drinks and goregous girls.... what more can you ask for! Will be back again!!

The worst place I have ever been to. Rude bar tenders and rude employees. Didn’t face such discriminatory behavior even in down South. This place is a bad vibe . The bouncer pushed the girls and just was bullying us the entire time.

Had a great time here! Music had us dancing non-stop. Definitely will be going again!

For the past year I've been going down to Anthem probably about once a month and it never fails to give this mom a great night out. The staff, the atmosphere, the music just everything about this place is fire 🔥 Thank you guys for always making me feel welcome and making my experiences one of a kind!!!

The security and manager welcomed me inside and the vibe was great! The best bartenders you’ll ever meet, prices were very reasonable and I got bottle service which the presentation was great. The bottle servers had fun with us but still made sure we were taken care of! The only club I go to when I’m in AC! Definitely a “go to” if you want great vibes and even better service!

Came here for my bachelorette last year and what a time we had!!! I made friends with Alaina instantly and she took care of me and my girls like we were lifelong friends!! I cannot wait to come back here and see whats new!!!

One of my favorite spots when I’m in AC. Bartenders are always attentive to the customers, and the staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Small club. Basic. Boogie nights is better. Only reason we went is because it’s the latest club open in Tropicana . Cover charge is 20$ went with a large group because 1 of us had a hat and sweatpants on they had to pay an additional 20$. Kind of a rip off. Music was so so . Dj was not consistent so the vibe kept changing.

Just went to anthem for the first time! Me and my friends had such an AMAZING TIME . loved that we had our own little area to hangout all night. Music was great . Friendly staff! This is a hidden gem in the Tropicana, will be returning .

Me and my girlfriends come here at least once a month, and also for any special event. The staff is amazing, goes above and beyond for us in any way they can. Gabbie and Alaina who are two of are the bartenders, make the best drinks and are sweethearts! Every girl who works there is a baddie!!!!! The GM Brian is so helpful and will make sure you have a great night whether it’s a weekend with the girls or a birthday!!! We just had a bachelorette here and they decorated the booth for us which is more than any other club has done for me. Over exceeding expectations here always! If you want to have a good night, this is the spot!

Phenomenal!!! I was with a group of 24 people for a holiday party. We asked if they could accommodate us at the last minute and they pulled it off for us! We danced and drank all night! Bottle girls are gorgeous and make sure you are always stocked with cups, ice, alcohol, mixers and water. They check in often. Manager and door guy was great, we couldn't have had a better night!

We went there and the atmosphere was great, the music was amazing and the service, outstanding. Definitely coming back. 👍

The dj is horrible.this is not a place I would go have fun with my girls . There was no 2022 music. Not even 2021 music

Had so much fun for my birthday at anthem the manager Brian took such good care of me and made me feel right at home with a cake a beautiful ballons . The music was amazing place was packed and I danced the night away !!!

We went out for our friends 21st birthday! The staff was just great! Elena was our bartender and she was AMAZING!! She was so sweet and had patience. Defiantly make sure to stop in to Anthem night club next time you are in Atlantic City looking to create memories. With Elena and Anthem night club you can’t go wrong.

Lemme start off first by saying waste of my time…. we get there in line and one worker said “i’ll let you guys come in for $15 just go get cash and we’ll let you in”. So we go get cash and get back into line and I handed another worker my ID and he looked at it for literally A SECOND and didnt let me in. I am over 21 first of all and he walked away from us without explaining as to why. We had fo pay an $8 ATM fee just to get cash out gor this place…Worse experience ever and rude workers.

From security to the management, the service at Anthem is top tier. The bottle service and host were so attentive that we went back the next night. The bartenders were great and the drinks were hitting. My husband had the best birthday experience because of the Anthem crew. Love you all and see you in September.
