During the check in we were offered room upgrade to a suite. The rep never once disclosed how much the upgrade charge would be and I was partly to blame for not asking. Later we found out she gave us the most expensive room and almost $200/night extra. The room itself was super nice but we went back to the front desk on the next day about this. Spoke with Anna who was very patient and explained all charges then she offered to switch to a regular room and refunded part of the upgrade fee. We only had to pay parking once for 3 nights as we got a free parking pass which was nice. Indoor pool was nice but overcrowded & overran by kids splashing water/diving in, I thought maybe better to split the pool into adults and kids sections. We also ordered in room dining service which arrived quickly and food was good although was very expensive. The hallway to the room had a very strong smell of cleaning products as soon as we walked out of the elevator. It's a little unpleasant. Casino itself has many places to eat but they were highly priced and average quality. They put smoking area right next to the non smoking section on the floor, the smell was very unpleasant. Overall good place to stay but people at the front desk should have been more upfront about the extra fees. I literally went to the front desk at least 3 times to inquire about room charges because they were not explained clearly.

The hotel and casino were immaculate and well appointed. There was a good selection of table games and slot machines. Several restaurants are on the premises that offer a good variety of food. The one complaint I have is in the waitress staff on the gaming floor. There isn't a self-serve drink station where I can get water and we are forced to order it through the waitresses. After waiting at a machine (and spending $$) they bring you a tiny water bottle. The kicker is, they stand there until you tip. If you don't, they get visibly upset and make nasty remarks. I'm all for tipping for great service but water is a basic necessity that should be available without feeling shamed. Buying a bottle of water from the resort stores is over $4! Just seems like extortion when the main revenue stream is gambling and booze.

We hopped over to this Casino. Found so many things to do outside of gambling. All the Casino's have Smoking here. This one venting is half what is needed for non-smokers allergic to smoke, so it isn't as good as the other Casino's. Staff was nice as well. The Music in the Lounge Bar was awesome. Just had a hard time with the Smoking Section right next to it. Made it very hard to stay. And staff couldn't keep out smoker - they would stand outside the area and smoke.

Everything was absolutely fantastic until our last night there where we were greeted by cockroaches in our room. At checkout the following morning, they didn't seem the least bit concerned, which leads me to believe they hear it often. Barely an apology. If you don't mind the little critters it's a great place to stay. .

We had a beautiful handicapped accessible room, this time! It had a roll in shower & plenty of room for my motorized wheelchair/scooter. We also had a table and chairs & a beautiful view of the ferris wheel. It looks gorgeous at night! All employees were so kind to us. This was our best stay at Hard Rock!

It is very first time I been in a casino, so it is hard for me to rate it well. I went there only for an hour or less, but the parking is twenty dollar flat (it could be for full day $20). It will be $10 if you are a card member. Highly recommended to get a card if you want to play. The voucher can only cash out round dollar amount, but not the cents. You won't have these problem if you have a card. There are lots of machines and not as much tables. In general, It was a good experience. They separated the smoking area and non-smoking area, so it is more environmentally friendly to me.

Pros: my first time here at this casino and my room was clean and it felt sanitized. The casino looks refresh and definitely my new place to come to. Itโ€™s right off the boardwalk and the restaurant and food selection is amazing here. I love the characteristics of some singing legends you guys have here. Cons: However I did not care for one of your employees her name is DONNA and she is an African American lady with small figure and is one of those drink serving ladies on the casino floor, her attitude is disgusting and she messed up my night and even my stay here just because she didnโ€™t want to show up to work! And do her job she also cursed at me and my boyfriend because she didnโ€™t like our tip of choice and even another employee caught her in her act and stated that she always acts this way. I also find that a lot of your employees here have slight attitudes or just donโ€™t care to serve your customers, thatโ€™s very sad hope a day of customer service training or maybe the need to pay them more can help change their attitude. Some of your machines have a delay when pressing buttons especially the touch screens and it didnโ€™t help when it made me loose on some of the slot games waiting for drinks sucks when u have to order it now only on the slot machine itself. Miss the old days of ordering drinks would come out faster and I was way happier. P.s I would give 5 stars but I couldnโ€™t get over the attitude and bad customer service here at the hard rock I could have went to Tropicana with better customer service.

My review is a review of the hotel, restaurant choices, atmosphere, overall experience. The room that I stayed in was a nice size room. It had a king bed, a sitting area in front of the window, a large bathroom with a shower and tub combo and one sink with lots of counter space and a toilet. The shower head was low compared to most shower beads I've seen in bathrooms. It was probably 6' off the bottom of the tub. There was also an obvious water leak at one point next to a vent above the shower head. If the vent was powered it didn't work. There was peeling paint around it from where the water had come in. I also think something was wrong with the tub. When you stood on the back part of the tub you could feel it like pop. I'm wondering if there was water damage under the tub too. The bed was hard as a rock (a little pun intended). The bed was very firm and not very comfortable. The room was two rooms down from the elevator and you heard it all night and day. It sounded like cars racing. The elevator situation was very bad. You had to wait at times 20 minutes for an elevator. You would hit the down button and the elevator that came would really be going up so you had to ride it up to go down. There were 12 elevators and I think maybe 4-5 worked. Most didn't go to the pool floor (4th floor) so if you wanted to go to the pool you had to use specific elevators. Getting to the garage or from the garage wasn't easy. You have a long walk from some parts to other parts and it can be confusing. They have a lot of choices for food. Most are open until at least 10pm so you can get something no matter what time of night. You can go to the beach bar and rent an umbrella and/or chairs. It's very convenient and worth it in my opinion. The drinks there are also very good. All of the staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly and would help you with any questions you had.

Okay the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is an awesome place. It is overwhelming with musical tributes and artifacts. Where else can you go and see Frank Sinatra's piano? How about the bra top Gloria Stephon wore in a performance? Axel Rose's guitar and so many extraordinary things! I will go back and I will see more of everything and do a little gambling at the same time. A1A hands down!

I am a big fan of Hard Rock and visit every one I come across. I only visited the casino. The casino was clean and service was great. Free drinks while playing. It was great that you could place a drink order from your slot machine. I had never seen that before. They had my favorite slot there, Game of Thones Kings Landing. I now have a rewards membership and they have treated me very well. I plan to return again.

My brother and I just got home from a trip to Atlantic City, and we stayed at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. We loved it! The rooms were very nice, the property is immaculate, very clean and well maintained. Every person we interacted with was very professional and friendly, glad to help with whatever we needed. We're already planning our next trip back. Loved it!

I will never stay at Hard Rock and Casino. We stayed 2 nights over 2022 Christmas week at North Tower since the reviews were positive but nothing was positive. Our bed sheet had stains and we had our belongings stolen. We reported the incident to Hotel and security and they didn't help us nor follow-up with their investigation. I also had the most terrible casino experience in my life. Nobody won at the slots and everyone was complaining how horrible their slot payout. Why should I travel to all the way to AC and waste my time and money. DC area has 4 casinos all within less than 30 minutes drive. Hard Rock is well known for their restaurants but they have no clue how to run casino operation.

The stay was pleasant, except for two issues. One was the bath fitter bathtub that wasn't correctly sealed. Do you surf on top of water closed between the old tub and the new covering..lol? The second was 12 elevators and only three working with loads of people waiting for up to 20 mins to leave their floor or return to their rooms, and we stayed for four days!!! That was consistently throughout the stay.

I liked the location of this hotel and the service. I was able to check in early, which was great. I stayed on the 9th fl and the view was a B compared to what it could be. The downfall is the room itself. Vents and surfaces were dusty and the pillowcases had stains we were told that a lot of them have stains that can't be removed. The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke which I expected but did not expect this much. Gym was nice. Buffet: was great on Monday but when I went again Tuesday, the food smelled and tasted spoiled and old. The same food I had the day prior! Not sure what's going on but couldn't eat most of the meat selection on Tues.

We had been playing at various casinos during the day and decided that last minute to stop at the hard Rock. We were pleasantly surprised by the hard Rock casino. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, clean, and drinks were served relatively quickly. When we return to Atlantic City this will be one of our first stops.

Do not waste your time or money at one of AC worst hotel/casino. Broken bathroom door, Elevator kept us up all night. None of the Restaurants open expect for like 2. Table games and slots horrible. When you complain or give feedback, they tell you we can't wait to have you back and please call this number to check on things. NEWS ALERT- you lost a customer!

Fun time! Lots to look at and a variety of games. Rooms are nice but can be chilly! The fan blasts no matter what setting! Variety of restaurants too! We liked the buffet! Beds are not that comfy though!

This casino has a beautiful aesthetic! I'm not a fan of gambling, so I took a bit of change... When it was gone, I was too. Good luck ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿพ

Dinner and drinks at Council Oak Everything was fantastic The only thing that wasnt, was sitting next to kitchen door. Seeing the ferris wheel made up for it. Service was above and beyond, food too. Drinks were fantastic Great wine, whiskey and bourbon options.

Most accommodating to me. Unlike trop and Caesars. I'm injured from a vehicle accident waiting on multiple operations and now disabled. Both of those casinos were terrible. You guys have been the best thank you so much

In celebration of my 50th Birthday, we decided to visit our favorite Casino in Atlantic City. We'd recently learned about the availability of mobility scooters on-site. So, this visit, we turned it up a notch and brought our Dads. The online reservations for the scooters, the easy pick up and drop-off with the Concierge, and the wonderful Hard Rock representatives made this trip a breeze! Our Dads scooted the day away and our minds were at ease. Our friends even drove up to join our adventure. ALL of us had an amazing day! Thanks to all of your staff, especially the very nice lady who retrieved the mobility carts for our Dads! My husband couldn't stop raving about your customer service skills. He was very impressed with your 'above and beyond' kindness and understanding. We will return with our Dads more often and our friends may be bringing their parents now, too :) With gratitude, ~ The Calloways
