Stinks, saw someone lighting a crack pipe in the parking lot. Pool is closed and unsafe. It’s empty and has algae in the bottom. The room was all ripped up and the mattress had bed bugs and roach excrement on the box spring. The hotel looks abandoned and there are two locations. This one is far from the center of everything, the other is across from the hard rock and resorts. They advertise both and make you think you are getting the nicer on. Lies and deceit. I have this smelly sex factory.

Alert, please Never book this Hotel.<br/>When you enter the expedia portal, you realize that the hotel looks modest but clean and with the basic services you usually look for when you travel. However, it was a total nightmare. It seems that the hotel was just opened and it worked 20 years ago. The smell is unpleasant in all areas, even on the second floor it smells like a cigarette. The rooms do not seem to be cleaned (at least on the two nights I was there, this did not happen). The photographs that are attached are just a small sample of the disaster that is that place. As a customer, call the same day I arrived to demand a room change and minutes later a supposedly maintenance person argued with me about my claims. This gentleman was in shorts and tanktop and in addition he was drunk; I to avoid a major conflict because until my life I thought I was in danger avoid talking to him and I stayed in that place.

Dirty motel! This place has the potential to be a great, affordable place to stay, not far from AC boardwalk, if the employees made even a slight effort to keep the place clean. The bathroom was the worst I've ever seen. It didn't even look like they pretended to clean. The top of the toilet was dusty and full of hair. The shower had hair and soap stuck to the edges which means it wasn't even wiped down. The vent on the ceiling was full of dust and dirt. The bedroom wasn't as bad but the sheets had cigarette holes in them. The walls were missing paint. The knob on the air conditioner/ heater was broken so we had to alternate between being too hot and freezing and the whole place smelled so bad. Usually smoking rooms smell a bit musty but the smell here was beyond bad. We had to buy fabreeze. Even the towels smelled. The room key stopped working multiple times and we had to keep going up to the front desk to get it re-magnetized. The employees were nice and all but the place is definately falling apart and needs a lot of work. I know you get what you pay for but I've stayed at way cleaner hotels for much cheaper. I will not be returning and I do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible!!! I can’t believe how I managed to say here. The employees were nice but the rooms... DON’T GET ME STARTED! We had to change rooms 3 TIMES!! The first room, the toilet was broken! We flushed it and water came out and the whole floor was covered in water. To add to the problem, the AC wasn’t working. Then, on our second room, the door to the bathroom didn’t close because the toilet was on the way!!! Eventually we got moved to another room, which was fine but floor was disgusting. And the smell. It was just disgusting. We wanted to leave but couldn’t because i had to get to my concert which was the reason why i booked this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Horrible is the only word I can use to describe this establishment. Number one , I made a reservation online and when I checked in she told me I got lucky she had a room left. I made a reservation how do you not have a room? Second she was rude... told her the tv didn’t work she was rude about it.. the room had bugs, the floor in the bathroom was soaked from before we were even in there.. the toilet was clogged from the previous guests... just a nightmare. Never again will I stay there. You really need to clean the rooms.

We had reserved a room and we had to wait 45 minutes until we got checked in. The lobby was uncomfortably hot in mid July. The first room she gave us smelt like mold and the floor was soaked. We asked for a different room and the second room we got was just as nasty. The bathroom was not cleaned and had nats everywhere. The towels had stains on them and I literally had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the shower myself before I was stepping foot in there. The tv did not work and I told the lady at the front desk and she said someone will come up to fix it and no one ever showed. Worst hotel that I ever stayed at and I DO NOT RECCOMEND! I can not believe this place is still in business, it is absolutely disgusting. I actually thought we were at an abandoned hotel when we pulled up because of how trashy it looked on the outside.

This place was absolutely disgusting!! As you walk in the lobby, there is absolutely no air conditioning. It's very hot, and has a very bad smell all throughout the entire building. We were given room 221. Air conditioner was blowing hot air out. It refused to get any cooler in there. Eventually found a dead mouse on a sticky trap that someone had left under the air conditioner. Ants and bugs can be found everywhere. We requested for more towels, and their response was that, "We had to find more." Most towels were stained or ripped up. Pool was closed, and filled with disgusting green slime. The pictures they took look nothing like the actual rooms. The most nasty hotel that exists. If you do not take YOUR OWN trash out, they will charge you $20. Seems as if no actual house keepers work here. A hotel this dirty and disgusting should not continue to stay open. Those who work here don't seem to care for the hotel at all. Would never come back here. Absolutely disgusting.

This place was an absolute dump. The photos being used to show this place are clearly from another hotel. The room had nails coming from the ceiling. Housekeeping doesn’t exist. There is no working pool. The floor was also wet from some kind of leak. Yes, it’s definitely cheap and close to the boardwalk, but I honestly felt like I should have just slept on the actual boardwalk instead.

Horrible DIDN'T EVEN STAY! After we got our room key we went to our room where we were greeted by a nasty odor, beds that had blankets and sheets pulled back like someone got out of the beds. There were dirt (stain) marks on the wall. Our 8 year old son seen this place from the outside and said he is not staying there. When we went back to the desk to check out without staying the guy told us that there was no charge and we asked if he was sure we didn't owe anything and he said yes no charge. The pictures on there website are very old, the pool is empty and starting to fall apart, 1 room had the window boarded up. After we found another place to stay we decided to check our bank account and that is when we seen that the knights inn had charged our debit card for the room even though the liar that works there said that we owed nothing. I did do a review on trip advisor as well with a picture from inside the room. They have piles of building supplies that they don't plan on using by the way this place looks on the outside or inside the room. TRUST ME DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DUMP! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
