The Hostel is nice but nothing compared to the wonderful Manager Susan who is the sweetest host I've ever had. I stayed here with a friend who had never stayed in a hostel because Atlantic City was so ridiculously expensive during Memorial Weekend and we had no choice but to bunk in a hostel. Susan went above n beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. My friend now wants to return and the next time actually is choosing to stay at a hostel thanks to Susan's hospitality.

I stayed over the weekend for my bachelor party. It was litterally such a great experience. The hostel was very accommodating. Wes, the resident assistant helped us plan the weekend and was always around if we needed anything. Moreover, the hostel is in a perfect location, near the major casinos and clubs and is down the block from restaurants and liquor stores. I highly recommend this hostel if you want a great Atlantic City experience.

The new 110 Texas location is great, right off the boardwalk. The owner was very willing to make things right; there was an issue with the assembly of my original bed, so she immediately had me move to a different, better, and incidentally private room at no charge. Will definitely check here for availability first the next time I'm in Atlantic City.

I traveled solo by car. If you need to park there is a lot basically across the street towards the beach. He charged me $10/day. Not bad at all. Do not park at Dunkin'. At the hostel door I rang the doorbell and was greeted by a very friendly hostess that clearly cares about the place a lot. She spends time putting her artistic touch on the decor and caring for the upkeep. I luckily had a room to myself for my two day stay over the weekend. Plenty of privacy. There are 2.5 bathrooms. Never had a problem getting one. For the price it is absolutely worth it.

Not a good experience for us, we left after the first hour. There was no security other than a locker in the room that you had to have your own padlock for. There was a huge rubbish build up at the stairs that was terribly smelly. The lady there was very nice however. The beds were terribly uncomfortable even though we didn't stay.

Yo this place couldn't have been better for a first time hostel. Immediately felt welcomed and it was very enjoyable with everybody there!! Crucial thanks to my man Wes, our host at the time kept everything clean and was THE biggest part in making sure everyone was enjoying their stay and having a good time. 1000% reccomend, I couldn't have lucked out harder in AC as far as a quick like home place to stay goes

This hostel in AC is mainly for a large group of people or for bachelor/bachelorette kind of parties. I don't recommend this place for couples or if you have a party less than 6 people because you will definitely be sharing a room with other people. The other guests were friendly and fun to hang out with, but early in the morning we heard a few people being extremely loud and my roomrate and I had to tell them politely to be quite. The attendant at the hostel, Wes, is very friendly and knowledgeable, he answered and handled all our questions and concerns in a professional manner. He made us feel comfortable being there. The location is perfect, it's nearby the beach, boardwalk and the casinos!!

Thank you Billie & August for a WONDERFUL stay there at City House Atlantic City, the three times I have stayed. I appreciate the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff! I would recommend this to anyone I know who would also appreciate an affordable stay at your location by the Atlantic City Boardwalk, Beach and of course the GREAT Atlantic Ocean! Wishing you all an EXTRAORDINARILY EPIC CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON 2019 & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR/DECADE 2020! ElleπŸ’•

COCKROACHES! This was the first problem we found and you read it correctly, cockroaches. Then my sister, who booked the air bnb, had some woman walk into the bnb while she was in there! She unlocked the front door with the key pad that she knew the code to! Moldy coffee in the coffee maker too. Disgusting. We booked the air bnb to stay overnight one night for a concert in AC and we are not even staying the night.

Great place to stay. The employee who runs the place is a very friendly lady. It's an easy way to meet new people and have a nice cheap place to hang out in the middle of everything. It may seem weird for people who have never been to a hostle, which I had never been to one before either but I quite enjoyed my experience here. Guest sometimes aren't friendly but not everyone is. The place is very secure and welcoming.

What a great hostel with a great price! It's a really nice alternative than the can be pricey hotels. Susan was a great host and very accommodating. The common areas were really cool and and it's not too far from the boardwalk which is really nice. Bobby C.
