Don't even think of going to hooters or somewhere chain for the wings. This was a great spot across from the Tropicana. Wings were crispy and still tender inside. Get the volcano sauce. It's got a slow heat that builds over the time it takes to eat the wings. Great flavor.

People werent very friendly until i interjected myself intp their conversations then they were nicer. Margarita was awful and the wings wouldve been good but they had a touch of freezer burn. I was starving so i didnt complain.

Nice thing about the room we stayed in here was unlike a regular Hotel the two queen beds were not directly next to each other. There was a bit of privacy. Shower was fantastic. At 6'4, it was super nice to not be bent over to get under the water. The breakfast was decent as well and having the pub underneath the hotel is very convenient. The food there is absolutely excellent. The only knock on the hotel is that our room was not level. There was a definite pitch to The Floor

SUPER FIND! We were performing in the Tropicana & found this place right near a previous hotel we used. This place is EVERYTHING we love! Historic, cozy, accommodating, & the service was above & beyond. Our room was very clean & the decor was super cute! The linens smelled fabulous! There was an adorable library decorated with historical items. The breakfast was soooo good! We stayed on the weekend so we had the hot breakfast. There was literally anything you can want, right down to hot sauce! Good Chobani yogurt too, not generic junk. You'll just have to stay here yourself to believe it!

My new favorite place to stay in AC. It’s an old (remodeled) boutique hotel conveniently 1 block from the boardwalk. No slots or gaming, but literally across the street from the Tropicana, if that’s your thing. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Ate at the pub too and the food was very good. Every single staff member (from the hotel to the pub) were so incredibly nice and accommodating. Anytime I stay in AC from here out, the Chelsea will be the first place I check for availability. Wonderful stay!

I have never stayed in the hotel itself but the bar staff is phenomenal. Very nice, very welcoming atmosphere. Mixed crows type of place and the honey hot wings are the best.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem. We had to come to town with short notice and tried to find a place close to relatives. This ended up being half a block away and was a perfect location. The entrance is up a pretty steep set of stairs. Note that this is not a wheelchair friendly location and may be a little difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues. We initially booked a king room but ended up having to extend our stay the night before out arrival. I gave them a call and explained my situation (we were in town for a funeral) and they were thankfully able to accommodate our change. We downgraded slightly to a queen but that was perfectly fine. The girl at the counter was very friendly and pleasant explaining everything to us about the different keys and times the front door was locked. We walked up to the stairs and our room was immediately at the top. The room was small but not unpleasant. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. The bathroom was very tiny, to the point it made me laugh. You could sit on the toilet and rest on the sink and a few inches more, put your hand in the shower. But again, not unpleasant, just small and quaint. I would suggest bringing an extension cord if you have a number of devices requiring being plugged in. There are very few open outlets for use. perhaps that was just our room. The breakfast was great. There was a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, meat, fruit, juices, coffee, etc. We really enjoyed it sitting in the little dining room. There were a few tables outside on the porch but it was a bit hot for us to eat outside so I didn't get a great view. The lady working the kitchen area was very nice and super helpful with the waffle machines. We definitely plan to make this our go to location when staying up in Atlantic City. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast and we really loved it.

I stayed here last year with my friend and we loved it! The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast was super convenient and a big plus! It's also right around the corner from the boardwalk! I honestly don't understand why anyone would want to stay at some way overpriced casino hotel when this gem is right there. I will absolutely be coming back next time I come down, no question.

AVOID this place at all costs. First we were given the keys to someone else’s room. We immediately went back to the front to get the right keys. There were centipedes found in both the bedroom and bathroom. It took 4 days to get in touch with the manager (Renee) who was extremely rude and unprofessional when we complained about the bugs. Location of inn is not safe either but honestly the worst part was dealing with the so called management.

The bed was so comfortable and the ambiance was magnificent, when we first arrived I wasn't sure about it but the staff (the owner) and Renee were nice and friendly. They helped us with our bags and you will need help if you bring a lot of bags because there are steps and lots of them. We stayed in the penthouse (3rd floor) and it was beautiful, nice, and cool and the refrigerator kept everything super cold. Breakfast was nice, you serve yourself and it was plenty. Beautiful all around you at this bed and breakfast. I will be booking again.

We absolutely loved this place. We wanted a cozy place to stay over a busy hotel and this place was perfect. The manager Renee was absolutely helpful and made our stay better than we expected. Good breakfast , good location. We will definitely be back.

Good place, with great service but the people that go there all have a chip on their shoulders so there are a lot of wannabe tough guys.

The Inn is so quiant & brings you back in time to the ole days of Atlantic City!! The rooms are clean & comfortable & filled with charm! The Hostess Noel is just a sweetheart, the Bartenders, Laura & Andy are so personalable & fun. Would nerver stay anywhere else, you feel as you are among friends the entire stay!

Love the Chelsea, it's an old, dark, divey type of bar. AC has changed so much so the bar scene has too.. we got there and there wasn't a soul inside, so I actually walked out to read the hours to make sure it was open, and it was so we had three bar all to ourselves for a little, kinda nice...

Beautiful bed and breakfast! Felt like it was run more like a traditional hotel than we are used to in a Bed and Breakfast. No pampering or extra vibe. We checked in, were given keys, and had to ask where the room even was. No staff at breakfast, similar to a hotel continental breakfast. All good things, just a little different than we expected. The red room is cute with a huge shower, the common areas are beautiful.

Wow 🤩! Total winner! The cozy comfortable room was fantastic! I’m big on bedding, cleanliness and comfort. It was on point! The breakfast variety was amazing and plenty of food. This place is so unique and filled with historic pieces, quirky surroundings and super friendly staff. The place has been there since 1890, so don’t expect elevators people!! lol. The library and common sitting area is so quaint! Plenty of photos ops as well, rolling chair, old phone booth and antiques galore. I felt so comfortable and welcomed that we didn’t want to leave. Awesome pub downstairs with yummy wings and those huge pretzels 🥨, pool table too! Definitely my go to place! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Went to enjoy a night out with friends at the BarBeen there beforeI am a resident of Atlantic CityWent to the bartender For three glasses of beerAnd to play a couple of rounds of poolThe bartenderTold me and my friendsThat we had to rent the pool table at $5 per personSo therefore you get no stars bad customer service And overcharging for the pool tables which were only $1.50 to play

No coffee until breakfast at 9am. Way too late for breakfast and COFFEE. A Bed and Breakfast should have coffee available all morning long. The service at this hotel was none existent. I think we were the only guests staying.

MARVELOUS!!!!!!! I stayed in 314 and there are steps so be prepared, but don't focus on the steps because the beauty of this bed and breakfast is breath taking. I loved it. The service spectacular. The beds are beyond comfortable. I didn't want to leave

Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and safe place to stay near the boardwalk...comfy beds, cute and cozy place where you can hang out all day if you want. They have a pub that's open til 3am which serves GREAT inexpensive food and drinks. Walking distance to tropicana and boardwalk. Easy access to Jitney stops. Will definitely repeat and come back!
