My
worst
hotel/lodge
experience
Stayed
there
for
just
for
1
night
with
family
(we
were
5
people),
booked
a
larger
room
with
3
queen
size
beds.
We
go
to
the
lobby,
see
that
the
manager
arguing
with
3
set
of
customers
as
the
he
was
not
going
to
accept
the
'lower
price'
those
customer
booked
their
reservations
with.
After
waiting
around
for
a
30+
minutes,
he
finally
called
on
us,
while
the
others
were
still
around
this
tiny
lobby
area.
He
said
we
could
only
have
a
room
with
2
queen
beds,
and
1
twin
bed,
that
is
NOT
what
we
booked,
but
at
this
point
my
elder
parents
are
not
feeling
well
anymore
after
the
long
wait.
So
I
just
signed
the
paperwork
and
took
the
keys
to
the
room.
The
room
must
have
not
been
cleaned
since
'I
can't
even
guess'
The
lights
had
dead
bugs
in
those,
the
toilet
smelled,
the
floor
felt
sticky,
it
was
awful.
oh
BTW,
though
it
stated
we
would
get
complementary
breakfast,
it
was
NOT
true
either
I
tried
to
talk
to
my
credit
card
company
about
the
fact
that
we
did
not
get
what
we
purchased
with
the
card
out
of
this
reservation,
after
45
days
of
investigation,
the
credit
card
company
came
back
to
me
saying
that
the
manager
had
me
sign
a
paper
saying
'I
cannot
ask
for
refunds'
..
how
messed
up
is
that?
I
am
guessing
a
ton
of
people
had
done
the
same
before.
