I came into the office as a walk-in on a Friday evening. Had zero Insurance information on me. Just my ID card. The entire staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Very helpful with getting my insurance figured out. I was in a chair with a root canal started almost immediately. Great experience.

I was very happy with how I was treated by all staff in my time of painful illness. The place was very clean and everyone was professional. It was my first time and they didn’t disappoint was impressed. I made great connection with Mary J and Laidy was so sweet I love them. Thanks for making me feel at home here. This is now my dentist🙏🙌❤️

The front desk woman who did the billing was super amazing and nice. Best customer service I have ever received. She was super helpful and made me feel less stressed. The dentist techs are amazing as well! Very polite and very nice. Dentist was pretty alright. Where that place shines the brightest is the techs and the front desk.

I had so much trouble finding a dentist who takes my insurance, but Abington Smile Center took my insurance. The receptionist on the phone was so nice and helpful. They were able to give me an appointment in 1 day. When I went in for what I thought was going to be a consult for a root canal, the dentist offered to do it that day. They were friendly and thorough, the place was clean, and everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Timing has been my only issue. Staff (from front desk/ reception to technicians to DRs) is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I have been a couple of times. Had really great experiences initially. The last couple have needed improvement timing wise. I was at this last appointment for 2 hours. I came for a filling. The filling only took 10 minutes to complete. Not sure if it’s scheduling, staffing, or time management, but time frames have shifted since I started coming here.

Quick check in by and didn’t have to wait no longer than 15 minutes. All workers were courteous and friendly. Didn’t go to see my usual dentist so I saw someone different and did have to remind someone that I usually was given the option of fluoride for my teeth and reminding them of my usual X-ray. Rate the experience 3.7/5. Overall, a nice place to go to. Just didn’t see my usual dentist who knows the works without me needing to remind someone. I enjoyed the experience regardless.

This was my Aunt first visit, the front staff was pleasant, and tech was kind. The dentist was polite, although it appeared communication challenges possibly, nonetheless my aunt was comfortable we will update once my Aunt gets actually work done

Doctor Belder was just awesome. To be honest, he is one of the most knowledgeable and attentive dentists I have ever seen. He spent with me about 15 min, but I received not only evaluation for the tooth I was concerned about, but also overview of another upcoming dental issues, as well as several possible options of treatment.

Friendly staff! Easy to make an appointment got there early and they took me right back. Doctors Thoroughly explained all procedures. Very satisfied with my visit

I was nervous as heck was ready to just pull the tooth out because I didn’t have enough money to pay. But Jah worked & worked & worked with me until I was not only able to pay for the work but also I saved the tooth as well, the dentist was great told me everything she was doing while working in my mouth. The whole team made a scared middle age lady feel very comfortable for my 1st route canal. Thumbs up over here!!!

This place is definitely a place I would recommend. I was truly terrified due to past experiences and they helped me feel such at ease. Super super thankful for Marlene. She read my issue and pulled me into her office to calm my nerves. She was so reassuring and made sure to clearly explain everything that needed to be done. I cried about 5 times but left feeling great. Excited for future visits.

Every one there was great, but the doctor was exceptional!!! I had a tooth removed that was severely infected and by the time I got home I barely had any pain. She extremely thorough. They also explained everything and complete detail that was to be done along with payment and insurance information. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anybody who needs any dental work. Thank you all for the work you did for me.

Dr. Phillip Belder is truly wonderful. I’ve had a phobia of the dentist my entire adult life thanks to a bad childhood experience. Like, uncontrollable panic attack at the end of EVERY appointment level phobia. I just left a tooth extraction (with Dr. Phil) and NO PANIC! This is literally a first for me, and I’m 33. He put me at ease, was communicative, compassionate, and has wonderful bedside (chairside?) manner. He handled my panic during my first appointment wonderfully, and I feel like he saw me as a person rather than a semi-sentient collection of dental issues. The thing that most stood out to me in my two appointments with him is that he clearly genuinely cares; he cares about my wellness, and about the quality of his treatment. I’ve been so disillusioned by dentists, especially the ones available to those of us on Medicaid, and Dr. Phillip defies all those previous experiences by leaps and bounds. What an absolute gem!! The reason this isn’t 5 stars has nothing to do with him, my experience with him is 5-star all the way. It is because sometimes the scheduling has been kinda wonky in the past, with lots of rescheduling and pushed back appointments with the dentist I initially saw. I was actually planning on trying to find somewhere else when I went in yesterday for my first appointment with him, but because of how stellar Dr. Phil is, I’m staying here. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. Thank you so much Dr. Phillip!!!!!!

The experience was awesome from the beginning. The front receptionist was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was helpful with telling me my options. I remember her from the first time I came. I was going through a lot at the time, but she was so friendly that it help take away my nervousness and now I’m a regular customer! The doctor and the assistant was awesome too. Professional and personal experience!

I hate the whole experience of going to a dentist, however this interaction was great from top to bottom. The staff members were absolutely fantastic, very polite and knowledgeable. The dentist herself, was great, she explained what was going on every step of the way and kept checking on me during my root canal procedure. This place is a great place to go to for any sort of dental needs. I'd highly recommend going here.

My experience has been great! The front desk staff, assistants and doctors are awesome.. They are so nice and I love that they have Spanish speaking staff as well. I never had any issue with scheduling, they are so flexible and available which is almost impossible anywhere else... Amazing service! Love this place!

Had an emergency visit scheduled within 24 hours. I was in so much pain. The Doctor along with staff greeted me on NYE, and handled business professionally. I am now in no pain. I am beyond grateful to this entire staff. I would also mention that the building and offices are very clean.
