    This location is understaffed with no one to help. I did all the research myself while in the store. Then when it came time to purchase the tablet, I clicked on the QR code for store pickup. I waited, and the employee told me it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes passed and my tablet arrived. Sadly the store clerk was not there. Another attendant was there, and asked if he could help. When he saw the product and I explained to him that I just wanted to pay for it, he stated “ I don’t want to mess with any transactions you did prior, you will have to wait for the guy to come back”. In another ten minutes I was able to find the same product on Amazon for the same price. I purchased it on Amazon, and exited the store promptly. Sadly time wasted when I could have just been at home and ordered the product online. If stores are going to get people back into the structures, they better learn how to retrain their staff. Tuck in your shirts, speak proper English, and make transactions. Ineptitude and improper training is the downfall of a good business.

    WOW I AM SHOCKED I bought a Chromebook online and I never tried Chromebook’s and decided to give it a go seems like chromebooks are not my type so I bought it in today and The Customer Service Associate Danny help me return my Chromebook laptop in a flash once he returned it to me he helped me find the right windows 11 laptop with touchscreen he talks to me like if I were his friend and tells me what computer was best for me shout-out to you Danny thank you

    Came here to get a Google tablet. There were none in stock at any Best Buy in the area, so the employee helped me order and get it shipped to my house. Thank you to the girl with the same zflip as me and the purple case with random guys' names stuck on it. You're an awesome and helpful person who went above and beyond ☆

    I get the sense stores like this might indeed be on their way out. There were not many customers in the store when I visited. There were not many employees either. It takes a bit to accomplish a task. If you have to get something from their storage area, you might have to wait a bit. In our case, we went to purchase one of the new Samsung Frame TVs. On our first visit, we were happy to learn that the person who assisted us was not working on commission, so his answers to our questions were very honest and helpful. We appreciated that and decided we would return the very next day after making plans for the TV we had, which had just died. When we returned the next day, the price was reduced! This was fantastic! It took a bit of time to process everything but we took our TV home and put it together. Sadly, after we mounted it on the wall, the television wouldn't turn on! We called customer service and tech support. Finally, Samsung suggested we take it back to Best Buy since we had just bought it that day. Again, we made another trip to Best Buy. We did get a replacement TV and the person at customer service was happy to open the package for us and let us confirm that the TV would actually work! He did this without hesitation, without complaint, without any change in attitude. I really appreciated that. Sometimes people act like they just cannot be bothered. I can say that everyone we encountered was very nice.

    I was in desperate need of my mother's London Fog handle fixed. The owner and his wife were very professional and truly pleasant. They opened the luggage and then observed the materials to show me what the problem was. He fixed it within minutes. And changed me little to nothing. My mom was happy.

    This is a beautiful old theater where I have seen many concerts. They have recently added on and updated the theater, making it nicer. Parking can be difficult, so get there early to avoid a long walk.

    It was very hard to get assistance. When I did, the first young man was very helpful and attentive to my needs as well as his associate. They needed more help. I did get what I needed. But the items I needed were not the items that were on sale as advertised. He went on the product website to better assist me.

    A much more pleasant experience than I anticipated. Urbain helped me accomplish everything I needed with such efficiency. What seemed like a huge task to me going in was made easy. He was so helpful and pleasant. Can't wait for my new TV. I even had extra time añd bought more stuff on my way out. A very good experience.

    This review is few months late. I Initially went to the Bridgewater store to pick up a Nintendo Switch because online showed stock. Upon arrival I was told they don't have any in stock sometimes inventory doesn't show correctly. Then I was told Union store has it in stock and the games you are looking for. I said ok. The employee said I can ring you up here and you can pick it up in Union. I said please check stock or call them up to make sure. Employee said they had plenty and kept insisting. I proceed to checkout then drove all the way to union 40mins. Enter the union store no one says hi or anything. I see a bunch of managers hanging out near the entrance all laughing having fun. I continued to walk to pick up area. An employee at the pick up area scans my barcode, didnt even check my Id, told me we don't have it in stock. I saw a few Nintendo switches right behind in the stock area. The employee calls one of the the manager that was having alot of fun at the entrance and she comes and I explain the situation and I told her if there is anything you can do as drove 40 mins from Bridgewater and they said item was in stock and insisted on purchasing. She said no. She didn't even bother checking other stores. Was very rude. I told her I was going to file a complaint she said go ahead. It is unfortunate that Best Buy has managers like this working. These managers getting paid to stand around and laugh. Last time I enter Bestbuy store. To cancel my order I had to go through a hassel calling customer service and my return took almost weeks to complete back to my card and had to call in multiple times to customer service since order was not fulfilled. Of course they cant return my $300+ dollars immediately because there is an issue with fulfillment. BestBuy is not what it was like 10 years ago. I had a similar experience in Bridgewater and East Brunswick. I ended up in the Manalapan store called ahead and told them to please put it on side which is what the Bridgewater store employee should have done to check and then the union manager should have for customer service check another store or have it shipped to the union store or to my house but instead gave me no options.The Manalapan employee also asked for my ID said hello and have a nice day. Overall spent 5hrs driving and in stores to Bridgewater to Union to Manalapan and back.
