We’ve lived here for two months now! Seriously have nothing bad to say! Move in was seamless and very accommodating. Maintenance is quick and easy. Lori in the management office is very efficient and answers within minutes! The apartments are so quiet I’ve never heard my neighbors. Love this place!

Recently moved into Washington Promenade with my wife and it's been an incredible experience. The whole process from booking a tour to signing the lease was seamless and easy. The apartment and entire complex are beautiful. Neighbors are friendly, and everything is in great condition. Leslie in the leasing office has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Washington Promenade. My wife and I are so fortunate to have moved here. Highly recommended

I moved into the Washington Promenade in March 2023, I cannot begin to tell you or speak about how truly wonderful Leslie is and what a blessing to have her. Leslie is the reason as to why I was able to get into this facility. She goes above and beyond to make sure all tenants needs are met. I could not thank her enough for everything she does. The facility is beautiful and well kept, not to mention the quietness that roams the air. I love it here and Leslie is my girl!

Just moved in to these brand new apartments. They are absolutely gorgeous, luxurious, and spacious. I have so much place for storage. The gym in the club house is a great perk! Lori the property manager is very sweet and responds quickly. There is an amazon hub for packages So it gets delivered safely and securely. My favorite part of the apartments is the full size washer and dryer and high vaulted ceilings.

From the first visit ,up through the move itself, Lori and Leslie were super and so very helpful. We are so fortunate to be a part of this community. Everything about this complex and it"s leadership team is wonderful. Thanks for all you do.

Hi, We've rented a lot of properties over the years all over the area, and Best Property Management by far has been quite literally...the best property management company we've worked with. From the get-go, the team was friendly, clear in their communication, and no funny-business. While the process to getting into our lease was painless and fantastic, the management of the property while we lived there was as good, if not better. Most recently, They went above and beyond in meeting our family's needs. Whenever there was an issue - great or small - Management would respond shortly, and have the issue addressed. In fact, they went to great lengths to make sure that things were being taken care of in a timely manner, taking personal ownership and following through every single time, even following up with us after repairs were completed to make sure things went smoothly. If we decide to rent another property in the future, we'll definitely look to work with Washington Promenade and their team. Highly recommend a hundred times over. I have found the apartment specifically and the facility in general to be excellent and totally up to my expectations. The staff is alway responsive and receptive to my queries and requests. Highly recommend.
