Okay
so,
this
place
is
right
by
my
house.
I
go
there
for
convenience
because
it’s
on
my
way
to
work/the
gym,
etc.
I’m
most
likely
going
out
of
my
way
to
not
go
back
ever
again.
They’ve
messed
up
my
order
multiple
times
(giving
me
a
plain
non
toasted
bagel
with
no
cream
cheese
when
i
asked
for
a
plain
bagel
toasted
WITH
cream
cheese,
no
caramel
in
a
CARAMEL
ICED
COFFEE
to
name
a
FEW)…
and
my
friends
have
had
this
issue
too.
Today
I
was
on
my
way
to
work
and
the
guy
who
took
my
order
and
gave
it
to
me
didn’t
give
me
my
debit
card
back…
i
didn’t
notice
so
when
i
got
to
work
i
panicked
and
a
family
member
went
back
and
got
it.
but
before
this,
i
went
on
google
and
called
the
number
to
see
if
they
had
my
card,
and
when
i
called
this
lady
answered
the
phone
in
Spanish,
clearly
a
personal
phone
number.
It’s
safe
to
say
this
isn’t
the
right
number
for
this
location,
and
this
poor
lady
probably
gets
calls
all
the
time.
So
i
couldn’t
even
call
to
see
if
they
had
my
card
and
my
family
member
physically
went
over
there.
I
appreciate
them
holding
my
card
for
me,
but
um,
how
about
giving
it
back
on
the
spot.
I
work
in
food
service
part
time
so
i
understand
errors
are
made
all
the
time
(i
make
them
every
day)
but
to
have
so
many
over
and
over
and
that
they
forgot
to
give
me
my
card
back,
it
was
just
the
tipping
point
for
me.
