Yesterday we had my granddaughter Aurora's 2nd birthday. Since she adores all animals were decided to have a petting zoo for her and her little friends to enjoy. We hired Pony Express Entertainment. Boy did we hire the BEST! This company, on a rainy Saturday, showed up early to set up, assisted us with setting up a tent, and brought the nicest, most well cared for animals you can find. The kids had a blast. Jackie was wonderful. She was patient, kind, and responsive to all of their questions and took the time to educate them as to what kind of animals that were and what they liked. A party with small children could cause anyone to lose patience but not Jackie. Anyone could clearly see that she loves her animals and loves seeing the smiles on kids faces. You need nothing more than that to see that she and her husband are a rare breed of kind and caring people... Yes that kind do still exist! Great value for those money. I HIGHLY recommend Pony Express Entertainment is you want smiles, fun, and your party to be a memorable experiences.

This company came through when a place I originally booked flaked. They were extremely accommodating as this was a last minute booking, communicated with me when they got here (this was a surprise for my daughter) and had an answer for every unicorn question my kids asked. The unicorn looked real and my kids had a blast watching it eat our grass and ride around. My little one even had a chance to hold the rains and lead the unicorn around. This was defective an experience my daughter will remember for a long time!

The company branding itself as the "Pony Express" unfortunately did not deliver the expected service level for our party. Despite having paid in full, they failed to fulfill their commitment by not showing up, not responding to calls or texts. It is advisable to exercise caution when considering their services.

Arrived on time! My daughter enjoyed her birthday riding the cute pony and eating the cotton candy! Also, customer service was excellent! I wish I could give 10 stars ❤❤. I will definitely book again.

A++++++ Experience! Elouise the horse was so gentle with the little 2 - 4 year olds. Even the 11 year olds loved having a ride! Jackie was so good at communicating and arrived early to set up. Tim was giving the rides and he was so kind to the little kids and always had a smile on his face! I would highly recommend!

I used Pony Express Entertainment for my kids birthday party. They arrived on time. The kids loved it. The pony definitely stole the show. Staff was very friendly. The only flaw is communication. I kept calling for about 3 days just to book an appointment. It also took 3 days of me calling to confirm that everything was still on for the event. But besides that everything went well. Would definitely used them again for a future event.

Pony Express Entertainment visited Parsons Preschool on April 27th! The students loved petting and feeding the animals and riding on the pony. What an incredible experience for them! Can’t wait to have you back next year! Thank you!

I attended a birthday party last week with my nine-year-old granddaughter. The invitation stated that there would be farm animals at the party. At the start of the party, the host announced that the entertainment would not be able to make it on time so they had to cancel. This ruined the excitement for both of us, and many of the other attendees. Poorly run business.

Just had our end of year petting zoo and train ride event at our school. Very good communication from planning to booking. Friendly staff as well. Looking forward to another event in the future!

I have always wanted to have animals for my sons birthday but was having trouble finding someone willing to come out in November. A friend suggested Pony Express to me, and I'm so glad they did! I ordered pony rides, popcorn, and their biggest zoo for my sons party last week and it was amazing! Magic, the pony, was very sweet and didn't even mind the kids crowding his face to pet him. And the mini cow? So cute!!! All the animals were cute to be honest, and the parents had tons of fun with them too! My son still asks when the animals will be coming back 😭 I will definitely be contacting them for his birthday next year!
