Dont ignore the reviews like i did! Do NOT go here. Waited 6 weeks for this appointment. Told the receptionist I haven’t been to the dentist in 3 years. She only scheduled me for a cleaning. Meaning no check up, no x-rays, no nothing. The dental hygienist gave a half-way cleaning, prodded around and then I left with major sensitivity that wasn’t exposed before! When I went to the receptionist they nonchalantly said, “you only scheduled a cleaning”. I have NEVER been to a dentist that didn’t check your mouth and talk to you. Plus, shouldn’t they tell you on the phone when making the appointment?? Now I have an aching mouth and no reference for it. This place should just stop operating. The reason I went here was because they took MetroPlus Medicaid. Go to Century Medical & Dental on Livingston if you need someone who takes your insurance. I fortunately kept my appointment so they will be doing my check-in and x-rays next week. (NOTE: I’ve been to Century Medical for PCP and gastro appointments, not dental yet but the dental receptionist was very kind on the phone)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I have been trying to get an appointment for the past 6 months and everytime after waiting for over six weeks, they cancel ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT (after I made all the necessary changes to my schedule). They told me that they are closed on Sat Sun Mon and most Thursdays. I think they should just close on the other days as well and find something else to do other than waste people's time. I have never wrote a bad review on a business for my entire life..but this is unacceptable!!!

Very bad experience, i am very patient guy yet this ofgice is a joke, i don't know why they waist people time and energy, if they don't want to work, stay home please. My story, first visit the dentist no greeting, no questions, no english!! Only speaks with his assistance in Russian. If you don't ask none explain anything to you. They needed insurance provider for approval, it took 3 month, when i called they forgot to send the xrays to the insurance. Waited another 6 months, when i got lucky for an appointment, they said i needed different work on a different tooth and need insurance approval again.!!!! It's been 3month since that,today is 6/15/21, when i called they said they had the approval on February.!!! This place should be closed immediately. It's a joke.

This place is disgusting, first of all the dental hygienist stopped in the middle of my cleaning to answer her personal cellphone. I wouldn't of mind but she did a horrible job cleaning my teeth, not to mention the sink that's use to spit the mouthwash into was disgusting. It was filled with mold. Considering that we are going through a pandemic you would think they would take extra precaution to ensure the place is clean. The facility is outdated and they really need a makeover. I was so disgusted from the dirty sink and horrible cleaning I will not be returning.

I came all the way from NJ since this is my assigned dentist (I also live in NY) the walk in is from 12 to 2pm. I get there at 2:02 (stuck in traffic) not to mention i had to take half a day off from work without pay ( no more sick or personal time) when I walked in there was one other person in front of me at the deskcomplaing about the service. When the woman fished i stped up to the counter and exaind i need to see a dentist i have a tooth ache. I was told that it was 2:05 and walk in is over. The woman at the desk saw when I walked in the office. I explained how far I traveled and took off from work. Needless to say I won't be going back. If thats how much they care for their patients then I won't be one of them o wonder they were empty

worst experience ever, both the nurse and the doctor had nasty personalities and did not to their job right. DO NOT COME HERE. They’re unprofessional and rude as if they have something against you personally, and if i can rate this place less then 0 i would.

The worst services every as if this practice lost there objective of being a public service Dentist practice. The Doctors talk more nonsense in there's lacking professionalism. Overall take your business seriously and not here horrible

Keep always rescheduling a three months for appointments which terrible and never schedules during the month or weeks only three months notice of availability which sucks and pointless they just need to shut down so a better dentist office could come and do a better job cause it’s pretty much pointless with this office and I’m trying to take of some dental work that trying to take of before worsen
