Dr. Tran and his team are so wonderful! I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time because of fear and prior bad experiences however Dr. Tran and the entire team made me feel so comfortable. I definitely feel like I’m in great hands at iSmile. Ashley at the front desk is so pleasant, she greeted everyone that walked in with a warm and inviting welcome. Thank you to the entire iSmile team for such a great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back!

I saw Dr. Kum for a consultation for concerns over my gum inflammation, and he was an extremely great listener and gave me great advice on how to better maintain my gum health to avoid future deterioration. Overall the experience was much better than I expected and I am only leaving a 4 star review to not come off as a paid robot. It was definitely a 5 star experience in my eyes. The people there were compassionate in my time of need and I am extremely grateful for that.

I am so impressed by every aspect of this office. My first encounter was over the phone with the friendly, professional staff. My family are all new patients, and they were able to make appointments within just a couple days; other dentists didn't have open appointments for months. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how clean and organized it is, one of the best medical offices I've been to. This alone speaks volumes. All of the rest of the staff were just as awesome as the ones over the phone. I'm so happy to have them as my new dental office.

It was my first time at iSmile and I was pleased with the service. The dental assistant Nancy is very welcoming and friendly,but most importantly, Dr.Jesse Tran is amazing! highly competent and very caring. Everything was explained to me step by step. I had an extraction today and it was fast and painless. I highly recommend this practice

5 stars without a doubt. I don’t like the dentist at all but needed two extractions done. The dentist was so professional and explained everything in detail; I felt at ease. Everything went as expected and I was pleased with the results. The staff are professional and always so friendly. They go above and beyond to provide every patient exceptional service.

Oh man my experience here in May of 2022 was for a toothache. Dr, T took good care of me first w anxiety and went to business, It took about less then ten min and 4 shots of whatever took the pain away. Going back to see him now in 2023 because he makes you feel comfortable. Trust on Dr. T

Very clean very friendly environment all the staff and dentist are very friendly. Maria is the lovely dentist that took care of my deep cleaning and she is the sweetest kindest lady I ever met she is the best I ever had and did the job properly took her time and I deeply appreciate her ❤️. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.
