My first time shopping in this location. Everyone was super cool and very personable. I didn't have to wait long at all. From the moment I walked in to the store to the moment I walked to the back of the store someone was there to assist. From the rep in the back to the reps at the register they were all really great. I'd come back any time. Thus far my fav Vans location. Great job to the entire team working in the evening on 9/16!

Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.

Every time I've visited this store, the staff has been phenomenal! They're so helpful and pleasant and kind. I can't recommend them enough!

Bob (in Cherry Hill Mall NJ location) was an excellent sales person! He really knows his company product well. He was honest, friendly, funny and I would definitely seek him out to purchase from again

Today I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service today at the Cherry Hill Mall Vans Store. My sales associate Sierra was extremely helpful in getting me the product I wanted as quickly as possible at a great sales price. Although they did not have the size I was looking for- she used quick problem solving skills to offer me the best alternative and without hesitation called the nearest store to check their stock supply. She had the product I was looking for reserved for me at another local store. That’s excellent customer service. Excellent shopping experience.

I don't usually shop at vans, but after purchasing two shoes, I may actually come back for some new styles and what not. The store associates were very friendly was convieniently assited by Toki. They were great with identifying what I wanted to buy and provided great recommendations! They were honestly so cool in general, along with the rest of the assocaties!

Went in and tried on a pair of shoes. The guy working that day wasn't super friendly. Last time I was there the girl was very helpful

Nice store, it was my first time there. My daughter loves Vans and wanted me to get some. Love the shoes and the clerks were very nice.
