    Horrible communication!! I paid the application fee, was told they received my application and let me know if I was approved or not. I have emailed two different people and no one will respond to me!! I just want to know if I am approved or not but they can't even do me the decency of telling me they are still reviewing my application! Their phone number does not connect you to anyone, their website makes it hard for you to find an email address, and even when I replied to someone who told me she was the leasing agent I heard nothing. They stole my money and ghosted me

    This company is a basic apartment fraud. This is the reason why they have no phone number or anyone live who can speak with you directly. They use an AI system "Elise" to collect your information and have you apply for apartments that are not available in order to collect application fees. If you are looking for help and need assistance I can guarantee no one in this agency will respond nor help you. edit: they say they strive for costumer service and to this day not one LIVE person has responded to help during the application process. They will ghost you but are quick to respond to a review

    I recently had a terrible experience with a company's customer service and I feel compelled to share my experience. It was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with customer service.

The whole ordeal began when I realized that the application submitted was not handledd properly. I immediately contacted the company's customer service department for assistance. However, from the very beginning, the customer service representatives were RUDE. AND unprofessional.

They showed no empathy towards my situation and they seemed annoyed by my call. had no actual knowledge about what they do and kept transferring me from one representative to another, putting me on hold for LONG LONG periods of time! This resulted in having to explain my issue multiple times, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

Moreover, each representative had a different stance on how to solve my problem, causing even more confusion. They also had no sense of urgency and kept pushing the responsibility onto someone else. extremely unprofessional. 

To make matters worse, the representatives were not listening to my concerns and kept repeating the same scripted responses. It was evident that they were not properly trained and LACKED the necessary skills to handle customer inquiries.

After multiple attempts and spent ages on the phone, my issue was still not resolved. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received. It seemed like the company did not care about their customers and was only interested in making a profit. *

This experience has left a sour impression of the company and If I were you I would think twice before doing business with this company. It is disheartening to see such terrible customer service in today's competitive market where customer satisfaction should be a top priority. It is just so sad. 

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their terrible customer service. It was a complete waste of my time and energy, and I regret choosing to do business with them. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to beware of companies that have poor customer service. [* AGAIN. scam scam scam! Run away from this management, don’t walk. They will happily take your money away… again and again.] SO FRUSTRATING

    I applied for a 1 bedroom apartment in December 2022, was approved but the rental office team told me that I am not qualified for the apartment I applied for in order to switch me to another apartment for safety reasons such as: (bedbugs, pouring window, cockroaches, flies and ants) while they already charged me $50 for the application, I am not feeling safe living inside this apartment which is surrounded by 3 rooms(a garbage area, electricity supplies room and cleaning materials room) I have a two year baby girl and I care about her so much. We can’t breath properly through our air conditioner at this living-room window , guys smoke weed and release smokes from the stairs window which is absorbed by my AC or directly to my apartment since December I’m complaining to change my apartment but this evil team in the rental office are ignoring my safety and I’m going through a lots now but now I have filled a court complaint against them waiting for their response.

    The only way to have someone reach you is if you speak terribly against their “organization” & they take your money whether you qualify or not. And this whole thing is a scam please do not rent here. Side note If you are not filthy rich they will not accept you. They also discriminate against voucher holders, people who retire & etc.

    I just wanted to take a minute and share my thoughts about living at Wavecrest Gardens. The property is always maintained well. It is a beautiful place to live. I love how close I am to the boardwalk. Management does a great job addressing any concern. They are always looking to make life here a wonderful experience. I am so glad I moved here. I couldn't be happier.

    I noticed when you call customer service and you tell them you have an apartment WITH A HOUSING VOUCHER.. Listen up they treat you different. Now if you had an apartment in Columbus circle their whole tone will change on the phone!!! They sound so annoyed and too busy to talk. Seems like they love people with money and don’t like poor people with vouchers 😭

    I am more than grateful for this company's service. I am very impressed by the excellent customer service and response time of Goldfarb properties. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They have been very responsive to my apartment since day one and I have never had any issues with them. They are quick to address any maintenance requests or concerns that I have. They also keep the building clean and safe. I would highly recommend Goldfarb properties to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property management company, or anyone looking for an apartment. Thank you for making my living experience so enjoyable!
