After moving out over 2 years ago this place is still attempting to collect money from me that I do not owe. Despite following the directions to the lease as it was in 2017-2018 in regards to terminating the lease early and paying what was due this place is still being trying to collect money that I do not owe. The legal route did not work in their favor and now are attempting to damage my credit despite following the guide lines of their lease. It would be completely understandable if money was unpaid but that was not the case. They worded there lease wrong and are trying to milk meand others out of extra money.(I heard of 4 other similar situations) Maintenance appointments not kept at times with not even a call to inform you to reschedule. But if you're even a few days late paying rent and you give them notice they threatened you with eviction even on a first time situation. If you have some where else you can go I would strongly suggest you do so.

If you value your sanity do not bother renting at Mystic Point Apartments. Incompetent managers lie to your face about taking care of problems, rarely complete maintenance and ignore complaints about nuisance neighbors. This place goes through new managers all the time, they do not stay. Hot water is hit and miss. Laundry room machines usually don't work and don't get repaired. Even the owners lie about handling problems and do not return calls. This place cares about one thing and one thing only and that's collecting and raising rents.

If I could give zero stars I would . I’m going on my third year here and for the 2nd year in a a row I have voiced my concern of there being a leak in my house do to my carpet always being wet . I was told I must of “spilled” a bucket of water each time . Come to find out my whole kitchen floor is infested and ruined with mold and my wall next to my washer is filled with mold . Yet these people want to charge you almost 2,000$ . Don’t ever ever risk moving here the worst place any one could ever be apart of !!!

Dirty. We constantly fight over trash bins. On windy days, everything blows around into the adjoining streets. There’s mold in the back apartments. Tenants don’t take pride in their surroundings to your expectations. Not worth the price or location.

It's a nice place to live but other then that I wouldn't move here. Cost way to much. they go thru management like water... They change rules whenever they please even tho it's not in the lease. I hate it here and can't wait to move cuz they are unfair. Management is ridiculous the rent is ridiculous you can't even have a tent to protect your bike due to previous cars being vandalized and they will not even compromise. This place is not worth your hard earn money it's not even nothing here no gym,Pool but they want to place a playground in a wooded area this place is ridiculous. Here's pics of my tent they has been professionally placed and secured that I now have to move and spent a lot of money for that tent. I need to be reimbursed or something. Been here 5 years with this tent now all of a sudden it can't be here when previous management approved it. But they don't care about trash but worried about a tent that's harming no one it's saving a Parking spot and the list can go on and on. Corporate is the worse u call them leave messages after messages and never returns calls.

This place is a complete rip off! Plus, the sewer overflows under the buildings, causing people the get sick. All the people that I have known all complain about how they won’t do anything thing to fix your unit. What they charge now, for 70s amenities is a joke. Good luck if you choose to be tortured for the amount they charge you for rent.

Worked with Dalila, who was super pleasant to work with, and got all of our paperwork done asap. Needed to move asap and mystic point had a place available and contacted us back promptly. Our unit has all new appliances and super spacious. TBD on our living experience but excited!

Mystic point is a wonderful place to live. I have no complaints. The staff is awesome from the manager to everyone in the office. They went above and beyond to help me, especially Kerri, the front desk secretary. It's not an act they really care. I don't know about the previous staff, but the one that's here now is worth the move in here. You won't find a better staff of people anywhere. The apartments give more than most, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, unbelievable! The neighbors are just as friendly and sociable as the staff regardless of race, etc. Your pets are welcome here, too. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful and has all the stores you will ever need right within walking distance. You must see this place for yourself is the best. Correction, I said Mystic Point, but I meant Sea Aire apartments. I live in Sea Aire, but I understand they are associated with Mystic Point.
