What I liked: - When I considered removing some of my teeth to address my overbite, the doctor was very reassuring. He rightfully refused my request, which I now genuinely appreciate. What I didn't like: - Doctor's Lack of Patience: My personal take was that the doctor seemed a bit short on patience. Whenever we had a discussion, there was a sense that it was more of an annoyance for him, rather than a part of his job. - Slightly unethical marketing: There were incentives for giving them a five-star review. The reviews on here are highly biased, so don't use these ratings as a deciding factor. - Retainer Upsell: I was initially promised a 'free' retainer. But I realized it was a much lower quality version. To obtain the proper one, I was charged an extra $500. (Edit: Just to be clear, I didn't get the free retainer. I was convinced by the staff there to pay them for the proper retainer, so don't use the free offer as a deciding factor) - Office Atmosphere: It's a very busy office, and at times, I felt rushed during my appointments. (Edit: I'm not mad, just wanted to let other people know before making their decision)

Dr : spend more time with your patients instead of writing very long reply with always the same slogan : False accusations blablabla. Just take care of your patients correctly. Just look at the facts and pictures. Dr answered by sending back your medical file. Crown was done by Mollock in May 2022. March,2023, the crown fell. I am still working on it bc of his mess. No need to say that the billing part is suspicious. They announced $832 as noted by me the day of the quote and they say that your insurance will refund you the premium price which isn't true. I wanted to check before signing but they said no need they just called to confirm. A scam well prepared. I paid twice the price at the end: $1615 out of pocket. In total, with the implant (now needed) it cost me more than $5000 out of pocket. Very concerned that such practices are allowed in PA. Édit : before reading his reply, note that THEY sent me back my medical report without notice. I even didn't state all their mistakes : unknowledgeable assistance who removed my existing crown by applying an inappropriate tooth impression. I saved it unexpectedly saying Let me see your impression. She said that I came with a hole and wanted to get rid of it. A team of amateurs. Be very careful.

Dr. Wollock is very professional and invested that you are comfortable and happy during your procedures, Stephanie helped with today with intense tooth cleaning and was very attentive to me being comfortable and made my experience a great one. Highly recommend Dentistry at Suburban square.

So far I have had a great experience with Dr. Wollock and his staff. From the very first call they were able to immediately help me get a last minute consultation that same day. Flexible scheduling and I was even able to finish scheduling over text. Rachel was able to also fit me in for a cleaning while getting measurements for Invisalign. She was also very gentle and pain free. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wollock and his team. I can't wait for my perfect smile!

I cannot highly recommend enough! I've never felt more comfortable and taken care of. If I had kids or dental fear this is the place for you. Warm and highly attentive staff. Doc and the team were incredibly wonderful through my entire Invisalign process and it was better than I expected. There is a reason I’ve referred over 10 friends to go here and we all love it.

Starting the Invisalign journey was fast and easy with this practice. I got the discount for the Invisalign. I paid much less than all my friends. The team made the process easy especially when I needed the filing done. All their staff is nice and patient. Highly recommend! The general cleanings and dental work are easy here as well.

Everyone was so amazing. It’s not the best news knowing you’re having a tooth pulled. But they made the experience really great. Everyone from the office and med staff to Dr. Bradford were exceptional.
