    I am very happy with the service and my hearing aids. Dr. Han was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was making the decision for the aids. Dr. Frake is also very nice and cares about his patients. He spends time and listens to concerns. I would recommend Becker ENT.

    I particularly appreciate it when doctors are smart, effective, and attentive to the details of the patient's needs and situation. This was certainly the case in my appointment. The administrative support was also excellent. My needs as a person with a disability were taken into consideration smoothly and without difficulty, which unfortunately cannot be said of all the other medical facilities that I have visited. I am a very satisfied patient so far.

    I entered the facility, the nurses at the front desk greeted me with paperwork. Within a very short period of time I was called into the exam room. The nurse was lovely. Dr Frack was excellent. Very very bright man. Great diagnostic skills and comprehensive patient teaching. I was pleased, very pleased with the entire experience.

    They are amazing. They take excellent care of the patients, are friendly, kind, and have a great staff. Ms. Suha will guide you and answer all your questions with love. Dr. Frank is an excellent professional. He performed surgery on my son, was successful surgery. He was patient, compassionate, emphatic, great doctor. What impressed me the most was that Dr. Frank personally called me the day after my son’s surgery to follow up. Usually, nurses do that, but he did it personally.

    Great 1st experience. They were able to accommodate my request for a last minute booking. The ambiance of the Princeton office waiting room was comfortable and a professional impression of the front desk staff. Check-in was seamless. Really enjoyed my visit with Dr Seely. She was very thorough. Planning to delve a little deeper into the issue. Which means I will meet more of the Monroe staff in the future for testing. I like having multiple location. Definitely consider this group for your ENT needs.

    I had a very good experience at Becker ENT. My doctor was very kind and amiable. She was able to give me comfort about my issue and informed me of the next steps to take for my healthcare. All of the other staff I interacted with were very warm and friendly as well! And there was completely no waiting at all. Highly recommend!

    I had an issue that required urgent attention. Dr. Wong squeezed me in to her schedule and expertly resolved a difficult problem. She was patient and considerate of my comfort throughout the entire experience. I could not recommend her more highly.

    The staff and Dr.Becker were very caring and pleasent.Dr.Becker took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail with my sinus condition . He gave me a sense of calmness and security knoeing he will find a cure for my condition. .Excellent doctor and office staff! Highly recommend them!

    Carly Schiff quickly diagnosed my problem, explained it clearly and made suggestions as to what I might do. She took time to answer any questions and was professional but so friendly. This is my third visit to this Becker ENT office. It is well run, very little wait time, and each practitioner I saw was excellent. I’m happy to have found this practice!

    Malea B and Priya G pleasantly checked me in. I questioned why they were working from a table and laptop instead of a cubicle. They stated that they were in a cubicle but Penn moved them. This is not a good working environment for the front desk. I don’t understand why Penn would put this office staff into this situation. I was taken back to see Andrea Farwell in a timely manner. She is an intelligent DNP. I just felt that she cut me off a few times as I tried to explain my very complicated medical history. I do have a follow up appointment in one month so I will definitely give her another try.
