The Diamond Lounge at Harrah's is continuing it's downward spiral with the rest of the casino. You used to feel special when you go into the Diamond Lounge. The food choices were better with more variety. I'm not sure where Harrah's is headed with this location but other than updating some of the rooms, they're giving less and less for your gambling money. Now that the competition is heating up again in AC, they need to step up their game. Yet there's no entertainment- how about an on staff comedian at the least; comps are getting stingy- why come here when comps are more generous elsewhere?, and the food that's comped is not the greatest. Now if you want to go to the buffet, the comp is only for the player with no guest. So now they expect us to eat alone in the buffet? They need to go back to hospitality 101 to understand how to get new players and retain the old guests.

Since Caesars merged with Eldorado resorts I have stopped going to their properties (Harrah's, Tropicana,) as there is no longer a point to keeping my Diamond status. You used to be able to go into Laurel Lounges and eat as much as you want and they stopped that and they also stopped being open every day. Caesars had a great buffet and now it's a pizza joint. Terrible comps/free play offers. Haven't been there in months and won't be back unless I hear it improves. I earned Diamond status and they cut all these benefits. Screw them. I'll gamble where I can go to a players club that offers an all you can eat selection of food instead of one small plate.

Caesars Diamond Lounges in Atlantic City are now only open for Dimond Elite and Seven Stars. I was told this change was made 3 weeks ago. They have been taking all the benefits away and this was the last straw. I am switching to a different casino rewards program. It was a fun 5 years but see you later Caesars. You are dead to me and will not get another penny of my money.

The new style of serving is horrible. When I recived my DIAMOND meal it was cold. The slow roast pork was so tuff I sent it back. It was a Sunday so I guess they were short staff as the waitress had to bring the food, drinks and clean the tables.

I always get Denise as my server. She's so pleasant and keeps a smile on her face. The food is ok. They need more days with wings, burgers and hot dogs! I'm here in A.C. every week at the Diamond Lounge enjoying some drink and food after a little gambling😁

The food is hit or miss, but the service is usually great when you can get someone that moves pretty quickly. My husband and I love going there and have visited twice in one day! The drinks are usually on point as well and 9 times out of 10, I'm going to get a chocolate waffle cone on the way out! :)

I had the best server . Look for Ms Denise in laurel lounge , believe me she’s amazing server and she’s always a happy face lady . I like her attitude for serving people and she also got me all vegan as I don’t eat meat . I’ll for sure go back for her and ask for her always .

I'm glad the Laurel Lounge is back. However, they were not prepared for weekend crowd with two major holidays being celebrated. I waited 20 minutes to find out the entree of choice would be a full hour. Dinner starts at 5 and only an hour had passed. This was very disappointing. However my previous meals and drinks were tasty.

Nice benefit and good food at harrahs. Tropicana not so much.

It’s a shame what the “diamond lounge” at Harrah’s has become. Before I bash the food please keep in mind that the bar, staff and ice cream is excellent. Everything else is a big nope! The old buffet style lounge was absolutely wonderful - now, all the food is disgusting- if it’s seasoned correctly it’s going to be burnt. Every pasta is loaded with 15 gallons of olive juice. The pizza is ok, rarely any variety other than cheese and sausage. For the cost of getting diamond status it’s not worth this below human grade standard of food. Please only make a trip to this lounge if you want a welcoming staff, ice cream, salad, or drinks! I’m promise you the food is always disappointing. I have attended this lounge over 30 times this year before leaving this review.

Food is Above average to average... It depends on your individual tastes. The drinks are good and strong... Service can get tricky when they're very busy...

The Laurel Lounge (Diamond lounge) at Harrah's is getting worse each time we go there. The place is dirty with sticky floors and tables and the food is like cafeteria food. LL at Tropicana and Caesars are better options for free food. Don't go here!

Surprisingly, there was no line on Saturday (Memorial Weekend). Walked right in. Ran in to a few friends I hadn't seen in a while. And Debbie (bartender) was top-notch as always!
