The most horrible experience ever bought from here twice, first the host on the takeout, was very rude. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything the second, and my last time eating from here was when I found a bug 🐛 in my noodles which the lady was trying to tell me is part of a vegetable after I insisted it wasn't then she brought the manager which took the plate and offered to make a new one which Cleary I refused. Never again 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮

Nice restaurant inside the Hard Rock Casino. The food was good and service decent. Some servers still seemed to be learning, but management was very attentive to fill in any gaps. Ordered soup dumplings, roasted duck noodle soup, beef chow fun, pad thai, and beef noodle soup. All were delicious depending on you preference. Some things were a little pricey, like the drinks, especially since every drink was canned. Would of been great if they had a full bar.

This was my first time here at Youyu and at first I was skeptical considering the reviews. First off, I do highly recommend to make reservations. It’s always busy and just getting a seating (especially during busy times) through a walk in is almost impossible. I was surprised however with the kind waiters and amazing food. Yes, prices are a bit high considering it’s Chinese food but it is inside the hard rock hotel. I really recommend trying the shanghai buns and the beef cho fun. I was really surprised at the quality of the food and decent portion size. The buns were really juicy and filled with a flavorful interior, and the chow fun wasn’t too greasy and the beef was tender. Youyu was great and I definitely look forward to coming back!

Very comfortable and attractive restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp, squid, and scallops with Udon noodles. I was amazed at how delicious it was. I enjoyed the Herbal iced tea. I'm not into eating noodles at all but I love theirs. Very decently priced too. I will definitely be going again. It's in the Hard Rock Casino. They have the main restaurant and across the hallway, they have counter dining.

Terrible attitude for food and customers. The preserved egg taste weird. As the shown, the regular preserved egg yolk is black but it’s yellow with bubbles in the congee. I was kindly suggesting them to double check the food next time, but the manager and waitress were acting like I don’t want to pay my bill. Really disappoint and angry!!

Ate here twice during our recent stay. The in dining experience was very good. We were promptly seated and the service was friendly. However, food is not served at the same time. It was served as it was finished in the kitchen so there was about a 15 minute lag between the first and last meal at our table...but it was worth the wait. Portions are huge. Pork soup dumplings are a MUST but do require an extra 15 minites of prep time. WELL WORTH IT!! The second time we got food here we did take out. The wait was extremely long and could be frustrating because it was crowded and people were impatient. Food again was excellent. If you are going to try the food here make a reservation and sit down to enjoy!!

First time trying this restaurant. We were super happy with our food. The Sichuan Pork & Vegetable Dumplings and Cantonese Crispy Shrimp Spring Rolls were a small order but great taste. The Cantonese Lo Mein with pork was huge and very good. I did add some soy sauce to my bowl. Our waiter was very attentive. I saw on some reviews that they bring a plate as it's ready and not wait til all dishes were ready but that did not bother us at all. We will go back again.

Convenient and quaint noodle bar located very close to the casino floor. Great spot to stop quickly for a bite to eat or something to drink. They have numerous options and have not had a bad experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bubble Tea and noodles. Very limited allergy friendly options but knowledgeable staff to assist with your selections to include Gluten Free selections.

i had not one but two pieces of what looked like pubic hair in the oxtail soup. what’s messed up is that not to even acknowledge that i saw it. not even an apology. i had to tell her you better not charge me for it. i had to tell the manager off because he stood looking at the soup without even an apology. looking sharp in a suit doesn’t make you a professional. i will not bother eating there again. i still left a tip because my husband enjoyed his food. i will not eat there again.

Very flavorful dishes. We ordered shrimp pad thai, Cantonese Roasted Crispy Duck Lai Fun Noodle Soup, Hong Kong Style Beef Chow Fun to go and they were all delicious! Staff were very pleasant with excellent customer service.

Excellent atmosphere & tasty food is only hampered by so-so service. They seem understaffed. We waited beyond our reservation time and needed to go to the hostess to check if our table was ready; when she told us it was, we went through a half-empty restaurant to the VIP section. By the time the server came to take our drink order, we were ready for the whole meal. I wish he had told us that the $14 cocktails were canned but otherwise the food and drinks came out quickly. The food was delicious! My boyfriend and I stuffed ourselves to the brim with sichuan pork & vegetable dumplings, chicken pad thai, and honey walnut shrimp. The shrimps were huge and the sauce was thick, creamy, and sweet. Overall, it was a meal likely best had as take-out, but for a one-time experience it was very satisfying.

All mains were excellent but the dumplings and steamed dumplings left some flavor to be desired. Beef chow fun and the walnut shrimp were highlights. Yangzhou fried rice could have used the touch of Spam you normally find for the saltiness.

Despite the negative reviews, my uncle, younger family and I all had a great meal here. I’ve had mixed experiences with Youyu in the past - rarely a problem with their food, but instead typically issues regarding the lines and waiting time for food. This time we had no issues at all. Our waitress was kind and professional, and the food service was extremely quick. When going in, we were told that there was a 25 minute wait time, which we were fine with so we set a reservation - lo and behold, approximately three minutes before the estimated time, we were sent our message that they were ready. After arriving, we ended up ordering a beef fried rice, the beef chow fun, and the shrimp spring roll. Additionally, my Uncle got the Mango Bubble Tea. Everything felt really fresh - the chow fun came with a good amount of beef, the spring rolls were ripping hot and paired great with their sauce, and the fried rice was good. My younger sister loved it, and I’d assume it’s a cantonese-inspired style, but I’m not too sure - the rice was lighter and didn’t have a deeper wok hay flavor to it, but it also had no peas. Despite that, it was pretty good, especially when paired with a touch of soy. The bubble tea was pretty good. Great experience and great waitress. It’s a casino so the prices are about as expected.

My first time here and the food was very good. We came around 8pm. It took a bit to be seated since we were not familiar with the process (there is a “bar” and “formal” dine-in, which are separate) but the staff was very nice and we were able to get seated around the “bar” area and served quickly. Our food came out in a timely manner and in big bowls. Everything on the menu sounded delicious so I hope to try more when I come back.

Delicious food. We had the Malaysian Curry Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, the Cantonese Roasted Crispy Duck Lai Fun Noodle Soup and an order of the Soup Dumplings. All the food was great. I wish the menu gave more info about the dishes, but unfortunately there is no description or list of ingredients. All drinks were served in a glass that I commonly see used for Irish Coffee, it works, but seems like an odd choice as I don't think they hold a full 8 ounces. The waitress was fantastic and kept checking on us. The portions were very generous. The restaurant is decorated nicely, but otherwise there is no "atmosphere", no personality. We would definitely eat here again, but I think next time we just grab it to-go and eat in our hotel room.

Decent place to eat at Hard Rock. There is always a wait for this restaurant so make sure you make prior reservations! Came here for lunch Monday and overall food was mediocre but our server was cool. Top picks to eat would be: Shanghai Soup Dumplings and the Yangzhou Shrimp & Pork Fried Rice. Prices are relatively high for Chinese food but given its in a casino it’s expected—you can use your HR food vouchers here!

The beef chow fun was the best dish we ordered! The food is five stars but the service was a little slow so I gave it 4 star total. The lo mein, fried rice and dumplings, spring rolls, and buns were all fresh and shareable. Amazing overall.
