We've been taking our dog here for years and the recent improvements to the beach are very welcome. The majority of dogs and people that we have met at this beach have been friendly. It is pack in, pack out so bring poo bags and a means to carry them home.

Nothing can describe how happy this place makes me. Dogs playing and swimming. This is my happy place. When the flies come out, it is time to go. Parking can get tight on a nice day.

A year-round dog beach, no frills, no activities to partake in, just enjoy the sand and the waves, bring a chair, beach umbrella, towel and a Frisbee or tennis balls. Let the pooches play and mingle, don't forget the poop bags and have patience during nice days, since the parking lot holds about 40 spaces.

Always a great time. Gets packed in the afternoon, do get there early if you want parking.

Lovely dog beach with lots of friendly, happy dogs playing! Doggos had lots of fun in the waves. However there were A LOT of people out, not social distancing, and not wearing masks (05/30/2020). We will be back again when it's safe!

A very peaceful and neutral location … it helps quiet the self hatred and turmoil my mind has been trapped with for 4+ years .. very grateful for it and some of the nice people who’s path has crossed with mine

This is kind of back water beach, of course crowded with dogs and their parents on weekends, but its a good beach for our little cuties (dogs) to relax and play. Not as hood as ocean city beach, and not for enjoying the beach bath, but its the only option for dogs in the are around.

Lots of fun to be had here! We arrived around 1pm on a Saturday, so the parking was full, but we were able to find free street parking across the bridge and the ~15 minute walk wasn’t bad.

Dogs love it... Some people are weird and don't want other dogs to interact with their dog...at a dog beach. Just stay home then.

Fantastic beach, clean and quiet... great people with friendly doggies... the parking lot is super small so you need to come early. Or wait for other cars to leave...

Beach was great! My doggos and I had a great time. Disappointed by the amount of dog poop owners have left on the beach, both bagged and unbagged. Really could have used a port-a-potty, too, but beautiful place to enjoy the seaside with animals and humans, both.

It's great here for our furry friends. We're going again tonight to let our two beagles run free. It's toy know beagles you'll understand why that might be tricky, but they don't like to go in the water, so that will help keep them corralled. This beach is friendly, especially because of the dog connections. I hope there will be some parking available, but otherwise we'll wait till someone pulls out...... or park on the road. Yes that will risk a ticket or a tow but we see a lot of people doing it already.
