New owner. Great food. Nice staff. Menu is limited. Great prices. Small little entrance in wall but decent space inside.

Food was delicious, portions were huge for very affordable cost, neat condiment section on every table. Family-owned, authentic pho. Service was excellent and storefront was the perfect size. Will gladly return.

Great Broth. A very good size bowl of Pho for what they charge. Definitely will be back for another bowl of Pho.

My neighborhood go to for Vietnamese. Friendly, fast, freshly made. I am thrilled to have a place like this just around the corner!!!!!

Small Vietnamese restaurant with a good menu. Their eggrolls are legit, their pho was so large I couldn't even finish it. They also offer boba. Plenty if street parking & friendly staff. Fast quick service too.

WORST WORST WORST experience. Never ever again. Ordered three items on a Sunday at 5pm Delivered to wrong address. Delivery driver hung up on me. Ordered through grub hub. Had to hunt down the food. Finally got the food. Two of the items were wrong. Called restaurant to report. Told the person who answered phone that the orders were wrong. He kept repeating “you ordered number 12 and 13” I said you’re not understanding this is not what I ordered. He continued to repeat himself. I had to scream because I thought maybe he could not hear me. I said give me a refund. He said I will refund you 4.50. I said what?! No refund me 15. He said he will not do that and he hung up on me.

My preferred scene for quality Vietnamese food. Dropped in on Mon I think. Fast, efficient, and courteous service. It has a great atmosphere. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

New owner was a server there before; she is wonderful! The food is even better now, more generous amounts of ingredients in the pho. The broth delicious you'll want to lift your bowl and drink it down. Looking forward to many more meals here.
