I work for Cranez Inc, we perform alot of crane lift jobs in A.C. we happen to be working at City Hall which is across the street from Mike B's Cafe. The cleanliness of the Cafe & kitchen cooking area is PHENOMENAL. The breakfast & lunch food is GOOD like your eating out of your GRANDMOTHERS kitchen. Came all the way from NY & we wanted a nice brunch spot so i just googled a place & came across MIKE B’s CAFE. This is definitely a hidden gem, the food was amazinggggggg ! I order chicken & waffles & a BaconEgg&Cheese , i was so astonished.. i wanted moreeeee but i already left . It was sooo good. That chicken is one of the best wings ive tasted in a while. The BaconEgg&Cheese was sooooo good , the only reason im not giving him 5 Stars is bcus i just wish it was a better dine in environment, if i ate there, I would have definitely bought more food. However I didnt feel comfortable staying there bcus a man was just too loud & obnoxious.. which is maybe okay for the regulars but not the tourist. anyways Mike, the food is amazinggg ! so HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GO THERE GUYS. Ill be here anytime I go to AC.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on white toast, it was PERFECT. The cheese was nice and melted, gooey, eggs cooked to perfection, and you still get a nice crunch from the crispy ends of the bacon. Everything you want in a breakfast sandwich. The guys inside were friendly and upbeat - I just know this would be the perfect hangover cure. Thanks - I will be back again and again!

Visiting Atlantic City for the first time I decided to try this place, Walking in felt very awkward because the owner, chef and waiter seem to be having words and it got heated, Too the point I was ready just walk out but I stayed because I already had placed my order. I must say I don’t know was it angry cooking but the food is some of the best food I ever had!! Very flavorful and delicious! ; )))))

Was leaving Atlantic City and stopped here for breakfast. It was close and the reviews for the food were good. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews on the owner. The guy was a jerk just as the other reviews said. Indifferent to his customers and physically and verbally abusive to his only waitress. My friend saw him grab and pull her arm. When she returned to the register it looked like she was holding back tears. The home fries were room temperature and if you like fluffy pancakes don't go there. When the waitress told him why we didn't eat his doughy pancakes his reply was "oh well". Pathetic!

First time in Atlantic City, and came across Mike B's Cafe for a quick eats. The menu has a wide variety of options but I wanted to try to something different. As soon as I walked in the older gentleman acknowledged me and took my order. I ordered the Whiting and Waffle and came out to me $11.73. The waffle was extremely soft and delicious.while the whitings had some good seasoning but the flavor was still lacking. Overall, service was quick and the guy was really nice. I wouldn't definitely recommend to try if anyone is ever in Atlantic City.

Came to AC for my 28 wedding anniversary a small gift from my brother. Wanted to get away for one day local.. I live in Elizabeth New Jersey so the drive wasn't too far. We stayed at the resort which the view was great.. Went to Mike B'S Cafe for breakfast and boy it was worth it. I had eggs..sausage..wheat toast..and potatoes well seasoned, my daughter had the chicken and waffle!!! The fry chicken was so done I almost ate the bone..meat falling of crispy..juicy and delicious.. My husband had the famous bowl everything in that bowl was seasoned well. Thanks for the meal it was awesome and delicious Mike..

Very clean, hospitality was great and food was so good it reminded me of a late relative who made food so good it made me do a happy dance 😆 🤣. Most definitely coming back to this place again because I felt comfortable and could enjoy a meal without it being crowded and it was peaceful. Chicken and waffles were well worth it.

This place is amazing. The food is fantastic and very generous in portion size. The potato is seasoned which gives off alot of flavour. And most breakfast restaurants dont even do that. The whiting fish is super crisp and tasty and not greasy at all. You can tell mike puts alot of effort into his food cus everythings delicious. Thats a good chef. Thanks for a great experience, we will definetly come back

Everything is perfectly seasoned... we had Hungry man breafast and chicken waffle.. All delicious and tasty.. the ower/chief Mike is friendly and welcoming. Def coming back and we highly recommend this place.!!!

I was on break from work and decided to walk to this restaurant. Not a very big place, but has big flavor! The chicken and waffles were sooo good. Chicken was marinated with a crispy exterior. The waffle tasted homemade with the right amount of fluffiness and just enough crisp on the edges. Loved that it had powdered sugar on the top. Would definitely go back.

We had breakfast here and going back again definitely. Food was delicious and the atmosphere great. It’s rare for me to like french toast but here they were just perfect! Pancakes, eggs and everything else we tried. Wish if I was able to eat their all the time but unfortunately way far from home. Going back today for a last meal till next time!

I loved everything about this place. The food was delicious. We got chicken and waffles, 2 steak omlettes, pancakes, and a side order of waffles. The chicken was seasoned really well. I fancy myself a chicken wing snob do the fact that this small unassuming restaurant won me over is major. The atmosphere was welcoming. The wait staff was awesome. I'm happy we happened upon this place during our weekend stay in AC. Thanks for a great meal Mike!

Staff was super nice and tentative to all the Customers, needs . Food was cook to perfection! I got grits,eggs, and pork patties & side of toast with jelly I’m going to give it a solid 9/10 my wife got the same thing plus wings and enjoyed every bite of it .

After horrible food Thursday night on the AC boardwalk, we decided to look for something outside the boardwalk for breakfast Friday morning. We landed on Mike B's Cafe.... listen 🤌🏼 Friday morning, we both had the chicken and waffles. The wings were flavorful and crispy, and the waffle reminded me of buttery delicious corn cakes, but in waffle form.... it was sooooo good we ordered extra wings to have for dinner that night with our leftover waffles!! Then, Saturday morning, we absolutely had to run it back! We both had chicken and waffles and it was STILL as good as the day before.... so good, we went back Sunday morning before heading back home! Lol. We decided to try something different... I got the hungry man's combo with meaty, perfectly cooked bacon, corned beef hash with the perfect crisp, delicious fluffy pancakes, cheesy scrambled eggs, and tender seasoned home fries 🤌🏼 Then the coffee was good! Each day we went back, the great service was the same.... we were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we wanted a warm drink. Each morning, we felt welcomed as we were greeted with smiles! This will definitely be the go-to when we're in town!

I came in this morning and I was the first customer through the door. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I felt at home. I ordered the French toast special and not only was it delicious, but it was the first time I’ve ever ate French toast and did not one time think about reaching for the syrup. The cheese eggs were cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Hands-down one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a very long time. Reminds me of grandma‘s cooking. I hope this place keeps doing it’s thing because I will definitely be coming back.

The service was good and the food was great. They treated my family and myself with great care. It's a small restaurant that gives big quality. You may have to wait if you are going to eat in or you can get it to go. If you are not in a hurry sit down and enjoy yourself. I will be going back when I'm in Atlantic City. Food is very good. Would help out more if they had a menu online. If you check out their Facebook page you can see some of the stuff they make. Fruity pebble pancakes was very good. The chicken and waffles was perfect. And the breakfast platter was very good. I saw their French toast batter and you can tell they put love into their ingredients. Most other place just splash a slice of bread in some watered down egg and dash of cinnamon, their French toast batter is thick and loaded with cinnamon. And their prices are VERY fair. $37 for 5 people, I'm not complaining. And they are also very friendly and charismatic people that work their
