Bonefish
needs
to
address
their
curbside
game!
I
hate
leaving
a
bad
review,
but
we’ve
been
so
disappointed
with
our
last
two
curbside
orders!
We’ve
dined
at
EHT
Bonefish
for
years
and
the
experience
has
always
been
consistent
and
good.
We
do
not
dine
out
as
much
as
we
used
to
due
to
my
husband’s
back
issues.
We’ve
ordered
online
curbside
pickup
three
times.
The
first
time
was
great,
the
last
two
were
very
disappointing!!!
The
second
time
we
ordered
curbside
we
waited
in
the
car
for
20
minutes
before
going
inside
to
inquire
(despite
having
received
a
text
that
food
was
almost
ready
at
pickup
time).
The
food
was
cold
when
we
got
home
less
than
a
mile
away
and
items
were
wrong
or
missing.
Tonight
we
tried
again.
Got
a
text
that
food
was
almost
ready
and
checked
in
when
we
got
to
the
parking
lot.
Had
to
call
after
10
minutes
of
waiting.
Put
on
hold
for
another
5
minutes
and
finally
got
our
food
after
nearly
20-
minutes.
Got
home
to
find
all
food
was
lukewarm.
The
filet
medallions
were
over
cooked
(ordered
medium,
more
like
med
well
to
well)
and
looked
nothing
like
the
picture
on
the
website.
The
seafood
dish
we
ordered
came
with
the
wrong
sauce
which
the
order
online
feature
makes
it
very
easy
to
distinguish
which
sauce
you
want.
And
even
after
going
out
of
our
way
to
request
bread
(which
if
you
don’t
add
to
your
order
you
don’t
get),
it
was
omitted.
I
ordered
the
New
Mexican
corn
side,
which
had
it
not
been
lukewarm
probably
would
have
been
fantastic,
and
for
you
to
up-charge
$4
for
that
side
(it’s
corn!!!)
is
outrageous.
Also
up-charged
$4
for
side
Caesar
which
seems
outrageous.
Adding
insult
to
injury,
we
tipped
the
serving
staff
above
10%
on
a
takeout
order
that
was
so
messed
up.
The
food
had
to
have
been
sitting
under
a
heat
lamp
for
the
entire
time
we
were
waiting.
Bottom
line:
Do
not
offer
curbside
during
summer
months
if
your
staff
can’t
handle
it.
Not
sure
if
we
will
be
back.
Update:
The
manager
from
Bonefish
called
me
after
I
posted
this
review
on
their
website.
He
apologized
for
my
experience
and
was
very
concerned
about
keeping
my
business.
Offered
$50
in
GC
and
said
to
ask
for
him
personally
next
time
we
place
a
curbside
order.
He
acknowledged
the
challenge
they’ve
had
at
times
and
said
they
are
working
hard
to
improve.
I
appreciate
their
response
so
I
edited
my
review
stars.
We
will
be
back
due
to
their
efforts
and
the
fact
that
they
care.
