We came to stay for our daughter soccer tournament. The location was great and food places were close by it was very clean in the room and a beautiful lobby. Zena R helped check us in she was also able to find a room for us to come back a following date even though it showed sold out online she was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you for your hospitality! The free breakfast in the Morning is also a bonus!!!

The rooms were decent, but I noticed a stain on the corner of the sheet. I checked in late, so I didn't make a fuss about it. The breakfast was a letdown and unhealthy. They only offered sugary pastries and waffles, with no fruits at all. The staff was swamped by the crowd of guests. I asked the lady serving the breakfast if the omelet has only veggies, and she said yes, but it turned out to have bacon bits in it. I was very upset as a vegetarian/Eggiterian. One morning, the fire alarm went off at 4am and startled everyone. The receptionist said someone was cooking and set it off. The staff handled the situation well. There was plenty of parking space, a small gym, and a medium-sized pool where you can have fun with your family.

My room didn't get refreshed cleaned. the only thing was garbage removed from the room, but the towels didn't get cleaned ones. Alot of noise at 1am. The breakfast was poor quality food, needs improvement. Thank you for all your hard work.

Clean, but old and dated rooms. Reasonable rates and good location to the highway. I believe they're renovating the property though. No hot breakfast when I was there in May 2022. Gave me a bag breakfast which was ok- muffin, orange and granola bar.

Had a king suite for my wedding weekend. Great size, everything was clean, the bathroom was huge and perfect for my bridesmaids and I to do our makeup. Guests stayed there too and said they liked their room as well, or at least had no complaints. The couple staff members I had contact with were pleasant people. Small breakfast bar, but the food was good and everyone found something to have.

Just wanted some days to relax and rest so rent a room at this hotel and we made the best decision. I never had a breakfast and a coffee so good than this one. Maria the lady who works at the lobby was amazing. We had some minor issues but they fixed in second. Thanks to the Manager Samuel, he was very helpful. Definitely Going Back. Thank you for the great experience ☺️

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and the wedding party was on the same floor as me and checked in on July 7 and checked out on July 9. I called on July 17 and asked about my refund for my deposit of $150 and was told that I would have to contact my bank to get it released. Since then I have tried to call to speak to the manager and have been told on every account that the manager is not there or unavailable on September 18 when I called and employee told me that my refund was taken because we smoked in the room. My husband nor myself do not smoke and we had our two children with us. Our youngest is two. I was not contacted about this situation nor contacted about taking my deposit. And on the occasions when I did call in the employee at the front desk name, Nicole has been very disrespectful getting smart when I would call each time this is not professional, nor is it showing hospitality to paying customers. I would not recommend to anybody to stay there. They will take your money without explanation. This matter still has not been resolved and I still have not been able to talk to a manager after two months

To whom it may concern and anyone staying here, the rooms are pleasant and I had no issues with room itself. However upon checking my account today I noticed I was charged the $150.00 deposit fee. I was charged for a smoking fee. I’m not even a smoker. I’m 36 yrs old and has never smoked but was charged for a smoking fee. Wingate I hope you all get this right ASAP! I was a Loyal customer to them and they were the only hotel I would stay at but as of today I am cutting all ties with them.

Jeremiah is the reason I give this establishment 5 stars. He is a bright light in this world and made our stay markedly more enjoyable. He went out of his way to meet our requests, check on us, provide recommendations for food, and exceed our expectations. The rooms were newly updated, pretty clean, limited breakfast included. Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful. A great team!!

This was an awesome stay for the circumstances i had to be there. I have to stay from the cleanness of the rooms, bathroom to the great staff. Great breakfast services nice and hot and the staff always complying with your needs, like the breakfasts staff one morning she ran put of honey and for sure next morning she handed me the honey for my coffee. They are very attentive to your needs. The front desk Nicole and manager Sam P. I thank you for your great service totally recommend this hotel for your next stay. It will be mine going forward.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff for the most part, however did encounter one extremely RUDE front desk person. She should not be serving the public.

Lots of local people seem to stay there and the hallways have this very distinct smell.. not sure if it’s the cleaning stuff they use or not, but personally I can’t stand it and thinks it’s stinks really bad. The room was okay.. air conditioner wasn’t too cold. We arrived early but they wouldn’t accommodate an early check in bc they said they were busy. Small 3-5 foot outdoor pool.. very clean, but closes at 7 pm which for us was too early.

This newly renovated hotel conveniently located just off of route 55, offers easy access to the area's shopping centers, and best of all, Wawa. Price is reasonable, and the rooms are clean, and the services good. Good. Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. everyday except Saturday and Sunday. This hotel also offers an outdoor pool, and an indoor exercise room. Definitely would stay here again!

Cons: Stayed for a wedding and multiple rooms in the block had roaches in their rooms! One family left with bed bug bites! Front desk staff was notified and responded by saying “I hate roaches!” Pros: Continental breakfast was free, facility looked decent and they let some of us check in early (despite much confusion and miscommunication with front desk staff and cleaning crew)

It was like the hotel from The Shining but less accommodating. Flew up from Florida for my cousin's wedding and if I had known there were other hotels in the area I would have stayed at one of them. From 5he moment we checked in we had problems. They gave my room, a double because I have my kid, to my sister, who had a king. There was already almost a $75 difference between the "quoted" price for a double queen and king, and the "quoted" price was $100 cheaper than what they charged. On top of all that the key cards only worked half the time, for the whole group of about 15, 4 separate rooms. Staff was constantly blocking off the elevators, there was no bar, and the key cards did not open the door to the fitness center. There is a Ramada to the left and a Hampton to the right, I would strongly recommend one of those.

Everything was great except the jacuzzi faucet wasn't working, and no handy man was available at night to fix it . The whole purpose of getting the room was for the jacuzzi, so that was disappointing . They righted it by giving us $70 back the next day. But at least they righted it. Everything else was a great experience. Hopefully, they fixed the problem for the next person.

The Management was great. I was denied my room the first night and then the second night was at first denied my room and spoke to very rudely by the front desk agent. Then they asked for a card to hold for incidentals but actually charged the amount to my card.

Stayed with my family and loved it. Friendly service, spotless property, and the rooms were large and updated. Breakfast was great and we will be back to visit again!

The staff was so kind and helpful. I felt like I was staying at a Ritz-Carlton. The rooms were clean and very nice. The lobby was welcoming. Everything was just great!

Decent hotel, room was clean and cozy. They were in the middle of remodeling so it was a little disheveled but ok. They didn't have hot breakfast available however they did offer to go bags... Not what I paid for, I wish they had another option. All in all it was the standard style hotel.

I paid $139 for the king jetted tub suite not including taxes applied and my room was filthy, the tub filthy, the shower filthy, the remote did not work, the ac/heater system did not work. I do not recommend staying here at all. I even purchased some cleaning products before hand to be on the safe side and after scrubbing the tub twice I gave up because the literal dirt and grime is caked to this tub, just disgusting!

We had a getaway relaxing evening, the jacuzzi needed to be a bit cleaner but worked well. Staff was pleasant and attentive, very welcoming too. Coffee and tea were available at all times, great breakfast. Ample parking

Sink blew up with sewage everywhere!! They are renting rooms while trying to renovate. Sinks backed up continuously. Horrible horrible experience. Managers don’t care. It must happen every day. STAY AWAY! You don’t want to see my photos!!

Very nice staff, accommodating. Nice comfortable remodeled room. Shower and bathroom were clean. Only complaint, no bottled water. Had eggs and bacon for breakfast, with toast, no butter though, out of butter 🥴. All in all, it was a great stay. Btw there's a lidl grocery, and a Walmart 1 mile east, if you find yourself needing a few provisions. Although it's not the hotels issue, cell service is spotty.

I was surprised to see two full beds. Their ad stated 2 queen beds. I immediately called receptionist and she said they only have queens or kings. We were a family of 4, and we were tight, very close to each other. Please tell your employees to use gloves when working with food. The beds were hard but I did appreciate the service, and the variety of breakfast.

WELL!, 3 rd floor of hotel was being refurbished. New wall paper and tiles on floor. We got on elevator from lobby and on the 3rd floor the elevator was blocked because of tiling the floor. So went down to the 2nd floor and and changed to an adjacent elevator and back to the third floor and that was blocked with tape.. Frustrated I took the tape down and proceeded to walk and the tiles with the new adhesive was still wet and moving. No warning from the desk or anything. I have been in management in the past, CLOSE THE THIRD FLOOR OFF, NO COMMON SENSE! The WORK WILL GET DONE FASTER!!

The staff was great but the place was under renovation and we had a room on the same floor that was being worked on, three quarters of the rooms had no door and it was quite untidy. It was much nicer when we stayed in the past.

If we make a reservation in advance the customer expects the reservation to be honor. My wife and I book a double queen room and only got a room with one bed had to sleep in the pull out coach and we left our kids be in the bed. We spend two nights sleeping uncomfortable made our days there a night mare, and I couldn’t do anything because there where no rooms to upgrade to another room. All in all not a good experience.
