Went to try out our new kayaks. It was our first time & we had a wonderful time! Beautiful scenery & an outlet for an easy introduction to a new water sport such as kayaking. Clean, not too busy, and a great view.

Decent county park with good lake access and camping. No swimming from the camping side but easy access to the lake if you bring kayaks etc because the sites are generally on the lake.

We attended the South Jersey Wine Festival here. What a lovely park! It couldn't get any better: listening to music, watching the river as we sit under the shade tree while drinking wine. Lots of excellent food and wonderful vendors!

We were a vendor at the Witch-Craft Brew festival. This was a great place to vend & the event itself was amazing.. there was so much to do I just wish I wasn't stuck in my booth most the night

Great camping, grilling and fishing here. Wonderful being near the lake and watching the sunrise and sunsets. Good place to go for all ages and outings. There was no problem having my Service Dog. The restrooms/showers are accommodating for those of us who are persons with disabilities. We're happy we selected here!!!

Lovely park. It was empty when we went. Very peaceful. Lighthouse is beautiful.

Son and daughter-in-law had a birthday party in a pavillion. It was wonderful and as hot as it was, there was a bit of a breeze from the lake and the children enjoyed the play equipment on the grounds.

My mom was invited to her childhood friend's 80th birthday party held at the park. Although we were inside and didn't have access to the lake, the scenery more than compensated for that. Well kept grounds, a lot of space for kids to play.

Very clean modern state/County park! Playground structure was a weird climbing wall thing, that's it. Definitely not the lake lenape I remembered as a kid, bit it's not privately owned anymore. No water access, no arcade, just pretty grass, walkways, very clean bathrooms. Seemed to be the local teen and tween hangout and they enjoy the smooth walkways to ride their wheelie bikes with no regards to the people walking on the walkways. Fortunately there where no collisions between bikes and the people in my group, but we left before they got too drunk since they where also drinking in the parking lot as well...

This place is absolutely beautiful! There is a security/officer? patrolling the park. Which in a way is good because he wants to make sure the park is kept clean. At night the park is gated close. I believe you can celebrate an event here ( you have to go to their website for more info) because we came in and saw tables and tents. I think it was a wedding. Come and explore for your self. Dogs are welcome!

Beautiful spot to have a baby shower, Birthday, or reception. Indoor area was decorated nicely with clean bathroom. It has a kitchen and a private room. Right on the water which is perfect for pictures. Bartender was the absolute sweetest person and so accommodating.
