    There was a roach at the drive thru window. Out of politeness I didn't cancel my order, but I did not eat anything that came out of there. Both of the workers in the drive thru, the one you pay at and the other you pick up your food, were incredibly rude to the people in front of me and then to me I guess out of aggravation of the previous customer. With only three cars in front of me it took 25 minutes to get through the drive through. No one should eat or go here for more safety concerns than one.

    Just got my order from them like 5 minutes ago. Look at this delicious burger. It has mold and my wife ate a part of it. If she does get sick this restaurant is gonna get shut down

    Once you're in the drive thru, you are stuck there. The wait was 30 minutes. All you could see was the cashier lady sipping her drink while 2 other people kept walking back and forth. Worst mcdonalds to go to. Very sketchy looking alley/ drive thru. Like a death trap.

    Went through drive thru bout 1030 on a Wednesday. Two cars in front of us, and took about 30 minutes to get the food. Based on what I saw the prior two cars doesn't order lot and shouldn't have been that long a wait. Finally got the food and the drink was missing. They are definitely more concerned with the Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub orders than the folks actually in the drive through.

    Hello Google Family. Mom and I visited to purchase our baby boy, Michael, he's 4, a Happy Meal/chicken nuggets. My mom wanted a Filet of Fish sandwich and my brother, two cheeseburgers/meal. Baby Michael loves the Happy Meal, where he gets a toy. The service was good. The lady that served us was pleasant and efficient. This is my first time visiting this location. I wanted to stop somewhere fast and get baby boy his food so that we could arrive home fast. Mom's hair stylist stood her up today and both of us were not at all thrilled about that. I paid for PayPal parking on the Meter App and what a waste of money and time. We sat for an hour and then Mom said, we are out of here, I am not going to continue to wait. After the fact, we find out that the stylist had a family emergency. She apologized. Baby boy was happy to get his Happy Meal and tore it up. WE notice that he loves chicken nuggets and wanted more. He is not too crazy about french fries. McDonald's today was an okay experience. I do not feel like I will be returning to this location, since I am used to going to other more convenient locations.     McDonald's is never open 24 hours. This location closes down any time between 1am and 4am as well as random times between 11pm and 2am with any record of excuses. One time I was told they were cleaning (going on break) for an hour.. came back and they didn't even answer the window after a 20 minute wait. I once got my food fresh and hot without any salt. The nuggets sometimes taste weird. They don't change the beverage stations enough I guess or they wait for me to come because no matter if it's coke, sprite, or hi-c it will be watered down or seltzer-like. It really does just depend on whether you go in the night time or day but in most cases - your experience here is probably going to involve some kind of possible issue whether you are the person with it or you see someone else having to come back and bring something to a manager. This location is usually clean though.. so there's that.

    This location is very unreliable. I put in a Drive-Thru order on Saturday morning at 7AM; I pull up, and there was no one there, so I switched to picking up at the counter. The doors were locked, so I went to a pick-up window; someone eventually took my #, but that was 20 minutes ago, and I haven't seen anyone or my food since then. They should just close and not take orders... I get that it's early, but there's no point in being 24/7 if they can't fill orders. I'm only waiting this long because I pre-paid on the app, but it's probably the last time I come here. NOTE: I finally got my food at 7:50 AM. It was decent, but not worth the wait.

    Breakfast. Expensive, even with my coupons and the app. Hot and fresh, no complaints on quality. Homeless folks in the dining area because it's winter.

    IF YOU ORDER FROM DOORDASH, UBER EATS, ETC-YOU WILL NOT GET ALL OF YOUR FOOD BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AS HELL & SLOW!!! YOU NEVER GET ANY DRINKS EVEN THOUGH THE BAGS ARE SEALED FROM DRIVERS!!! WORKERS & MANAGERS DO NOT CARE!!! NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! NEEDS TO CLOSE THE HELL DOWN!!!!!!! Ps..     My son and I love this McDonald's. He lost his tablet and they held it for him and made sure I was who I said I was. The cashier's are patient and friendly. Thank you McDonald's from Sinceres mom❤️

    Worst McDonalds in the country. Very slow you might have to wait upwards of 20-30 mins for your food sometimes and they’re probably not going to give it to you in the drive through

    I had a mobile pick up order. I waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes and it didn't move. So I placed a mobile pick up order and waited another 20 minutes outside (door was shut). No one showed up to help until a girl showed up and yelled at me to go back to the drive thru. "I told you guys to not wait here, if you want your order, go wait in line." Thats what the girl with horrible attitude said. I looked at the drive thru line and it only moved 2 cars in 40 minutes. I decided to move on with my life and got my food at another store in 5 minutes. I don't know whats wrong with this place but I definitely with never come back again.

    Seems there wasn’t enough staff. My food came fresh and hot but the wait was ridiculous The man jay the pick up window seemed very dedicated to getting people their food and I appreciate that. It’s hard to find good workers these days work ethics have disappeared. Especially within todays youth and for that McDonalds high quality service has also diminished not just with this location but nationwide

    Worst Mc Donald's ever employee's are ratchet as hell all they do is stand around on there phones n socialing I went for a pick up for door dash there was 7 ppl waiting to pick up their order and 7 employees was rude the way the Mc Donald's is ran there's no play book system all young kids and young manager I'd warn you DO NOT GO TO THAT MC DONALDS U WILL BE WAITING AND THE EMPLOYEES WONT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR CUSTOMERS

    Pulled up to the drive thru last night. Was parked in line for 30mins without even placing my order. When we asked what’s going on the lady said “sorry, we’re just trying to take ubereats and doordash orders more seriously.” Didn’t realize the long line of customers ACTUALLY waiting for 30mins in line in your drive thru without an explanation or compensation come second. Couldn’t even order. Rude.

    I paid for food and it never never came. I asked for a manager and they couldn't find one. This is the worst McDonald's in Philly. Go across the street to Skyline Diner.

    Ugh, the service at this location is dreadful. Took a long time, when I got to the window and asked tell them my online order number or simply pull forward to the pick up window, the kid just says..."What?!!" Either ask me my order number or say go to the next window please, thats it! It's really very binary, either you help me or send me over to someone who can, its not difficult. And the drive thru line was ridiculously long and slow and of course... they got the order wrong. McDonald's you serve the same menu everyday, how hard can it be?

    For a mcdonald's in the heart of West philly this place ain't too bad. Recently stopped there for a quick bite and was super surprised that the place was so clean and organized. Nothing special about the service or the food honestly just thought the place had a nice quiet vibe for lunch.

    Long wait at 11pm, food was warm (not hot). Unfortunately did a mobile order, so I was kinda stuck; or had to go through whatever process of getting my money back. I did only see 2 people working, so I'm guessing/ hoping they were short staffed. On the plus side, the young man working the drive through was very professional.

    This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the city!!! Every time I go to this McDonalds there’s a problem, Today I arrived at 7:30am employees sitting on the counter says they’re closed. Yesterday no one in line and I was directed to go to space number 2 so they could bring me my food “ sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a Diet Coke” I waited in this space for 20min and then they brought the sandwich and left the soda. This happens every time I go to this McDonald’s.

    This McDonald's is creepy. Junky came up to my car asking for money, then threw a bucket at the car when I said I didn't have cash. Another one came up when I got to the window. Food was fine, but drive thru at your own risk. FYI it wasn't at night🤷🏾‍♀️

    Round of applause!! for the most incompetent sorry excuse for a fast food establishment. This Mc Donalds is the absolute worst Mc Donalds in philly. They literally cannot even read the menu nor do they know what they serve. Ask for a chicken sandwich and get a big mac instead, that look like its been sitting in the store since last year. I dont eat red meat so that was a slap in the face. They literally do not know the difference between coke & sweet tea. And dnt order nuggets u won't even get a sauce. They want you to dry heave over nuggets like your freakin 4. ! The fries are always cold and unless you're in the store screaming at them because they can't seem to get their jobs right your meal with not be happy. Fire the whole establishment. Get better management and get the junkies out the drive thru.

    Enjoyed personnel at drive-through window. I think she liked me too (I'm a girl). The one thing I would say is fries are unbearably salty, like can't even eat them. Try to shake the salt off of them still can't eat them, Mr. McDonald explain yourself. that's all. The burger? Burger made me feel slightly nauseous but I don't think thats the burgers fault.     Just left and couldn’t even get my order right 4times in a row, ordered dbl qtr pounder meal, 2 Big Macs, and a smoky quarter pounder meal. Gave me no fries, I got two regular quarter pounders, I kept being ignored for my request and had to tell the manager to calm down and look at the order even when I told him he tried to say everything was there even thou the bag he just gave me seconds earlier is right in front of him. Glad to say never going back to this McDonald’s incompetent, lazy, and a poor excuse of a manager

    Worst location in the world. They need to be shut down foreal. If I could’ve gave them 0 stars, I would’ve. DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THE DRIVE THRU ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT CAUSE THEYLL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR LIKE 30 minutes and they won’t say nothing to you at all. And this is every night they’re like this so don’t even bother. I’m trying to save you some time here so take my advice. Employees don’t care. I don’t know who’s hiring them tbh cause they’re all horrible. None of them take their jobs serious. There’s other locations that I was surprised they gave great service but this location right here, just down right terrible. I don’t know how they’re still open. Dont ever go to this McDonald’s, they do not care about you AT ALL.

    This location advertises itself as being a 24 hr drive thru location so I'm confused as to how I've been here between the hours of 9 and 10 and your employees outright refuse to take orders then if you pull up to the 2nd window there laughing and talking I know reviews don't mean anything to yall because yall don't have enough respect for yourselves anyone but hopefully the next job yall will take seriously because the way imma send this email to the CORPORATE OFFICE! Man listen if yall don't wanna work please find yourself somewhere else to work
