That’s how you treat customers with concerns. I believe I heard him say his wife was a nurse. Well she didn’t teach him very well. 🤢

Nice facility. Really good pro shop. Rinks 1 and 2 are cold; rink 3 is frigid! Negatives: they had security set up so no one could sneak in without paying the (ridiculous) $25 entry fee and had only one narrow path open and accessible for all players, coaches and parents to enter (pay) and exit the building. I was bumped into multiple times and almost knocked over twice. We had a team dinner after a late game - not worth the money($12pp). We had grilled chicken with vegetables, roasted potatoes and salad. The only available drink was water. No bread was served. There was not enough food provided for group (some declined to go back for seconds because some hadn't eaten yet. We had a similar team dinner through Olive Garden for the same price at last showcase: quality was better and had plenty of food left over.

The three rinks here aren't too cold and have some limited seating and viewing spaces including from the food court area for rinks 1 and 2. There is wifi, but terrible cell reception in the building. They have mostly reopened but pretty quiet on most weekdays during the day. Busier for public and weekend skating

The GM and his thugs stopped a parent from sharing a youth hockey game because they “have a streaming contract” with NOT LiveBarn which most rinks use. So families will not be able to watch the boys play. This place may be big and pretty, but it sucks. Not only this, but FloSports (the contracted company) is NOT EVEN broadcasting the games our kids are playing.

Great facility with three rinks. Large seating area at the snack bar where you can watch the play on rinks 1 & 2. Plenty of parking and two hotels next door in case you’re in town for a hockey tournament. Reasonable pricing for stick and puck.

Cool place, clean many rinks. The fact they have a bar doesn't hurt either lol. I would recommend this place

Always loved this place but kinda of disappointed lately.. they used to let us stay through two sessions, but now you have to pay again? And food is so so so expensive. It just doesn’t make sense

Honestly, the staff couldn’t be more friendly. My son has grown up in the Vault and they treat us like family . From the owner to the man who cleans the building are great people.

Ice Vault is the great place where magic of hockey happens! With the two additional rinks that were built few years ago this is a non stop skating machine :-) ! Love it! The parking certainly could be better organized.

I went head ice skating a few times and it was fun every time. I’m on a bulk so I weigh 300+ and so it is hard to find skates that fit but that’s ok.

Great place for the family to go ice skating. There's also a food court and a retail store with Hockey gear.

Huge facility they have 3 rinks. Locker rooms were large but shared with other teams (not a fan). Pro shop and food available on site. The prices at the snack bar are crazy, $5 for a Gatorade. I watched 2 people in front of me order a Gatorade and then give it back when they said $5. Overall very nice rink.

The place is great. Very clean. Lots of handicap parking. Bring a jacket because all the rinks are exceptionally cold. Concession stand is located on the 2nd floor. Clean throughout. Restaurants close by.

If you skate and you live in Northern NJ, you owe it to yourself and your family to check out the ice vault. Run by true professionals with great care and customer service. You wont regret

Nice facility with three full sized rinks, a pro shop, with a snack bar and full bar upstairs. The lockers are generally pretty big but the shower timers are way too short. Parking is ample with a spillover lot across the street. They offer public skates, youth hockey, and adult hockey. Probably the best rink in north Jersey.

They charge $10 for high school games. I get it. The owner needs to drive a yellow ferrari. But when my son playing hockey forgot his neck Guard in the car and my 14-year-old went outside to get it for him. They refuse to let him back in. After we paid for his admission, they refused for him to re-enter the building. my 14-year-old said my mom's inside and the guy at the door said it's not my problem. So now my son is trying to call. But there is no signal inside building. This is wrong in so many ways such Greed by the owner.

Ice vault arena is dirty There are so many nice rinks in the area Don't waste your money at ice vault arena. The hockey coach is a beginner coach only ,the studebts are more qualified than the hockey instructor The learn to skate director is not much better, many young up and coming children skaters want to quit they're learn to skate program, discouraged Held back, for NO reason. We thought you were supposed to encourage youngsters, well hope ice vault arena in Wayne New Jersey makes some changes for the better Parent's ,save your money Skate somewhere else My child Daewoo was in your learn to skate did a great job was best in his class and when your instructors helper tested him and failed him, for NO reason, I decided to NEVER return to your learn to skate program. My child said leaving your ice , he HATES your classes . My friends and family do NOT and will NEVER participate in your learn to skate program.
