Sam Kugler has a wealth of knowledge in the window treatment business that makes working with him both pleasant and financially advantageous. I had consulted with two other companies whose estimates were significantly higher and who did not have the detailed information that Sam's experience brought. One of the windows was quite large (12'× 7') and Sam knew that the weight of the Hunter Douglas material I had initially chosen with another company was too heavy. His recommendation to have an automated open/close remote control on the large window was invaluable (the smaller windows didn't need them). I am so happy as the treatments are beautiful and my house is much warmer as well as adding an element of style.

I found Kugler’s Home Fashion from a Google search. I was looking for an actual showroom and that’s how I found Sam and his team. My husband and I visited their showroom to get an idea of the various options available. They have a wide variety of samples and this helped us to narrow down our search a bit. They took their time explaining the differences in each of the treatment options available. From there, Sam then came out to take measurements and provided the estimate. I wrongly assumed they were going to be our most expensive quote, but their prices were VERY competitive. Our custom window treatments arrived very fast (~2 weeks). The installation crew was also amazing. They were on time for our appt and were able to install 15 window treatments all within 45 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We chose Hunter Douglas banded roller shades for our living room windows after consulting with Sam at Kugler's. He provided excellent advice and great service. He is very knowledgeable in terms of the products. He kept us informed about our order as well as the delivery and installation date, which to our delight, was only three weeks after ordering. Given supply chain issues due to the pandemic - that's an incredibly short turnaround time. Kugler's installation team was fast and professional. The installation took no more than 25 minutes for two windows - one of which is over 100 inches wide. We wanted the new window treatments to be installed before the recent holidays and were pleasantly surprised when the order was filled and the installation completed well before the holidays. The Kugler team is amazing! Needing help for a project that involved 17 windows of various sizes/types in my home, I was delighted to discover that I was in expert hands with Sam.
