Diana Ross concert brought me from NC to NJ (Hard Rock Atlantic City) and she was beyond fabulous!!! planned my vacation around Diana, stayed in Absecon NJ for a few days. Googled โ€œfree beachโ€ and Brigantine Beach was closet with best reviews. only 15 min drive from hotel. beautiful beach, clean, safe, and free entry. parked on side of the road like everyone else. parked and beach was only 30 ft away. loved the bring your own and vibe environment. glad I had my large beach towel, wine, water shoes, and my KeKe! we had a great time, Seafood Shack nearby had the best, fresh fried seafood. definitely will visit this gorgeous place again.

I had a really nice time. Street parking was nearby and free. It was pretty easy to buy the daily beach badge with the app. The staff was very nice. The people on the beach were all respectful, lots of families, not too crowded. Very little trash in the sand. Great experience!

The beach is beautiful but I didnโ€™t like the fact that one of the beaches where we were at didnโ€™t have a lifeguard on duty so we had to walk to the next beach to swim which made it very crowded. They put up a banner to separate the swimming and no-swimming zone. They couldโ€™ve have put a banner that says no swimming in this area or something for people to know instead of whistleblowing people who tries to swim the no-swimming zone which is annoying. Also, the lifeguard needs to ask politely if the dog we have with us is a service dog or not. We had a service dog with us and he just went to us and told us โ€œNo dogs allowedโ€. Of course we know no dogs are allowed on the area but we have a โ€œservice dogโ€ so heโ€™s not just a dog.

Very Beautiful. I live in Florida, but oh boi, this is very beautiful. The View of Atlantic City lightning up the sky is beautiful. Make you realize that we live in such a beautiful world. Also, the Getty area is such a beautiful place to take pictures. I would love to come back and sit at the sand and relax! Also, I canโ€™t believe we can drive on the shore and be right next to the beach! Amazing! Itโ€™s memorizing and beautiful. Recommend to come here if you ever visit New Jersey!

I visited this beach in late September 2021 on a warm day. What a lovely, quiet, clean beach! There aren't many stores in the immediate vicinity, so bring food and beverages with you. There are no lifeguards on duty after Labor Day but no beach tags are required in the off season. Overall, a wonderful place to spend an afternoon!

I love this place!..Brigantine Beach ๐Ÿ– especially the overlook tower. Whoever built that, thank you!! Beautiful views. Definitely the best seafood Iโ€™ve had. Shoutout to the crab ๐Ÿฆ€ shack. I ordered the any Sunday. Staff very accommodating there as well. I spent time here April 2022 Lots of bad storms at night during my stay. People are friendly and I enjoyed everything about this area. Except the Chinese food past the lighthouse. The worst food ever!! Donโ€™t waste your money ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Entered at 9th Ave. Itโ€™s a beautiful, large beach with natural sand dunes at the entry points. There is street parking and you need a beach tag in the summer.

Always a lovely vacation in brigantine. The beach is well kept, clean and has lifeguards. Wheelchair accessibility to the beach. The town itself is charming with shops and boutiques and lots of good restaurants

This was my 3rd time coming to the beach. It was busy and the surf was very high today! What I Like about this beach are the lifeguards They were on top of it. Always checking to keep everyone safe.

Great beach. Very clean and wide from front to back, at least in the place where we stayed. We stayed for a week on 20th street and other than Sunday, the beach was not crowded at all. There was a lifeguard station and designated swimming area.

Nice private beach in Brigantine, New Jersey. Small parking lots are close by for a nominal fee. The Borgata Resort offers free shuttle service Saturdays and Sundays (ONLY) to and from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from Borgata when you arrive to the beach, and are setup by the resort hostess on sight (beach rental fees will be charged to your room, NO CASH payments accepted). Beach towels are also provided upon request.

I enjoy going to Brigantine beach because it's usually clean. Not so in June 2022. The beach was dirty; sticks and broken shells. The green head flies were biting; disappointing.

A clean AC beach, not overcrowded, beautiful clear waters and no worries of hypodermic sticks like at the boardwalk. I heard you can get charged to visit but we walked on the beach without incident. I don't recall any lifeguards though, that might matter if you have kids.

Great beach! Parking was easy and free. We parked on the street. Got beach tags online. No one even checked.

Brigantine Beach is a great beach to visit and spend the day. Be prepared for the greenhead horse-flies, however, as they bite and can be a nuisance. I suggest staying on the beachโ€™s southern end around 40th Street South, as it is wider, although it requires a little bit more walking. The beach is narrower around 10th Street North, but is closer to the street so there is less of a walk. There are lifeguards on duty at the beach as well as limited facilities. All in all, I would recommend Brigantine Beach and would certainly visit again!
