    Takes forever at the drive thru Update: Shameless lazy arses are taking advantage of the covid and keep inside closed needlessly, they open for few days and then close again, don't even talk at the drive thru where you place order, take forever to make food, even then its cold and burnt. That sandwich is not dark from spice, it's BURNT!

    We tend to visit this location frequently as it's convenient to our house and this past visit was pretty disappointing and the fries were cold and extremely undercooked and they were only offering Honey, BBQ and honey mustard which I don't eat any of the chicken tenders were so small they were compared to a nugget in size. This location most definitely needs more employees that can speak English as almost every single person was unable to communicate with us to get our order taken.

    First got my order wrong completely so had to pay extra even though it was there mistake. The person taking the order did not speak good English. Once food was corrected and I ate. It was the worst food I have ever had from a pope's. Chicken was not edible at all as it was black meat, old and soggy. The biscuits was dry and cold. Only positive comment I have is the coleslaw and coke were good. Never eating at this location again.

    Usually has excellent service and food. Yesterday, I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal and got like 6 small, burned scraps of chicken that amounted to 3 actual chicken tenders at best. They have been undercooked occasionally before this, but never got anything like what they gave me yesterday. I work 12 hour overnight shifts. It was supposed to feed me for 2 meals, but I could mostly only eat the sides so it made my whole night kind of awful. Will give them another chance in the near future.

    This place is horrible. If you only speak English your order is not It's not even going to be close to right. I haven't been here in a while because of how bad the service was before but I gave another chance because they're only one out of 3 places open on my way to work at night. I went there last night and tonight 9-29-22 both times they got it completely wrong. Tonight I talked to nearly every employee working before I could even get close to what I want and most of what I tried to order was "sold out". All I asked for was a #2-4 piece dark meat only didn't matter if it was milder or spicy it just had to be dark meat Everything else I tried to order was "sold out" and not what I got! Last night half my order wasn't even in there! And good luck trying to call and say something because it's either busy or just rings and rings, no one answers if anybody else knows how to get ahold of the owner or corporate please let me know. I don't want my money back, I don't want my food replaced cause I don't trust it! But they need to what their employees are doing.

    The food was absolutely horrible!! The wings had no seasoning on them, the fries were rubbery, cold and undercooked and the they forgot the lemon for the lemonade!! I'm so angry!! $11 wasted. Take my advice and spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else!!

    Good chicken wings. Cajun Buffalo is my favorite. And I didn't know they're mash potatoes and gravy was so good

    The manager is very rude along with the other staff. I wanted to use my app and they told me that they don’t have a working scanner. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience. When I asked for the corporate number they told me to look it up online.

    First, this restaurant often messes up your orders. Second, I ordered a iced mango drink. I didn’t open the lid. I took it home and drank the whole thing. I opened the lid to wash the cup for recycling. There were two dead small flies in it. They don’t keep everything clean. I am never buying from this restaurant again.

    i don’t even know.. but Popeyes needs to get it together first the woman who was taking my order kept rushing me and cutting me off when i would talk. and then i get my food they forgot my straws and i go to eat and this is what i see? never in my life when i ordered chicken nuggets this was on them.
