Derrick went above and beyond to get my package packed and shipped. He literally packed the box to be shipped meticulously, and was so nice and professional. I really appreciate the superb service that Derrick displayed.

Regular FedEx but great customer service... they greet and welcome each and every customer. Especially Tracie was great in talking to individual politely. I had to FedEx some document and the guy was great help feeling up each details and also told me about about sales going on for office supplies.

This one star is specifically for the store manager (I think her name is Christine) since I am usually a happy customer at this location except for when she is there. We went to cut some paper (usually takes 5 minutes) with the machine they have. The manager said that we would have to pick it up a day later since “the store was too busy”. That was hard to believe since there literally only one other person in the store. Any other employee would have done the job on the spot (I know this because I’ve done this many times before at this location). We didn’t like her attitude - she was rather rude - and ended up leaving to the FedEx on Chestnut Street where they did the cutting job when we entered the store perfectly within 5 minutes. Really disappointed with management.

I swear people working here are the finest customer service people in Philadelphia. After living in Philadelphia for more than 6 years I have to say that people at this location knows what customer service means (walk around businesses in Philadelphia and you would know what I mean). They are always nice, with a smile ready, and very helpful. Additionally, they are very efficient and pro-active. One day I went there and I was told" Thanks for your time sir! I was almost in disbilif. In other locations, you enter and affiliates are on their phones and with an attitude. People at this location deserve a pay raise for sure. Thank you guys!

Very nice employees, very helpful to me when sending packages. They try to get you the lowest rate for sending the item. Also, the location in Center City is very convenient. I am on my way there now.

Terrible service, the print and go code was not working, as I mentioned several times, but instead of believe me, the lady was really rude and make me put the code back in front of her, when she realized it was actually a system problem, she just said she will print the document but they will charge me extra for the service. For their faulty system and with a really bad attitude.

I come in to print one single page, I’m the only customer there, there are about 5 people working, and after being there for 15 minutes I still can’t get a page printed out. First I tried the self-service computers in the back—turns out both printers are out of service. Then I go to the printers that require an email from your mobile device to get a code, wait ten minutes and still no code. I had to leave. I expected printing one single page out at an empty fedex PRINT shop to take 5 minutes max. I left after 15, empty handed.

Derrick was the best! He carefully packed my shipments and gave me lots of options. My packages were taking a while so a line started to form, but he expertly was able to assist those customers as well at the same time, while still providing speedy service to me! I felt the prices were fair and reasonable. Will definitely choose fedex over other options in the future because of this experience.

It is a good place. The service is friendly, yet the prices are a little bit high.

Lorrie was fantastic! I sent multiple orders to print but didn't realize I saved them under the wrong file, so when they printed the quality was pretty terrible. Lorrie gave me a call to let me know, then gave me the store's email address so I could resent the correct files and have my high quality prints. Truly above and beyond service. Thanks again Lorrie!!

the gentleman that answered the phone was unbelievably rude to me- he would not let me explain what I needed - kept talking over me but accused me of interrupting him ! then he hung up on me - he could have simply told me he could not help me instead of wasting my time -unbelievable !

The staff here seemed helpful at first, but they showed terrible customer service. The man that was helping me take my passport photo gave me an attitude when I asked if I could take the picture a 2nd time, he also told me that they aren't a photo shop...as if I didn't know that???? I am about to have this passport for the next 10 years... the least you could do is let me fix my hair in my face and all over the background. Awful. I won't be coming here again

I was welcomed by an employee named Derrick, amazing guy who helped me through the whole process of shipping internationally. Gave me plenty of advice, very nice and professional. I did not expect such service to be honest. Go there and ask for Derrick.

Not me thinking I was going to get better service by going to the other side of Broad St. There's something about entering a FedEx store in Philly that makes you feel the need to mentally prepare for some kind of shenanigans. This one was no different and somehow ended up being the worst out of them all. It’s not often that I frequent a FedEx store. I initially forgot that there is a newer self-service kiosk situation. I wanted assurance that the size box I had would fit in the drop box. I didn’t want it to get stuck halfway in and cause problems. I was fine to figure things out for myself as both workers were preoccupied. That probably left me looking like an incompetent lost puppy. That’s when someone felt the need to do their job and provide customer service by asking, “How can I help you?” Oh, joy! It was time to get the assurance about my package that I was looking for. Wrong. Asking, “How can I help you?” and then proceeding to not help is redundant. The employee heard me ask a question but went into some kind of autopilot mode. She then proceeded to raise her voice and her blood pressure and waste both of our time by telling me how to use the kiosk, all accompanied by a couple of neck rolls. Completely unwarranted. My actual question remained unanswered. Also, telling me how to use the self-service kiosk is not even neck roll worthy or worth getting an attitude over for any matter. It was more than rude. I’m actually ok with rude. The tone was straight-up mean and slightly malicious. I get the nature of the job is repetitive, but just because it appears clear to you doesn’t mean it does to everyone else. Based on how this person went into autopilot mode they are probably there often and for that reason, I would avoid going to this location. If you, unfortunately, do need to go to this location for shipping purposes there is a self-service shipping kiosk where you can bring your prepackaged item. It's there as soon as you enter on the left half of the store. I would suggest not making eye contact with anyone or you may get fooled by a passive-aggressive “How can I help you?”. Maybe you’re lucky and end up going on a good day.

After a mistake on printing our order, the management here went out of their way to reprint the order correctly. It was prompt and much appreciated. Shout out to Raf for taking care of it. We would recommend this place for your printing needs.

They printed a variety of items for a professional summit. After an oversight on our part with communication, they printed a missing item — a multi-page booklet — and waived the rush fee. We really appreciated the help making our event successful!

The store attendent said I couldn’t bring my dog I to the store. Okay, I don’t live in the city couldn’t change that. I asked if he could print the sole document on my USB Drive and I would pay for it and give him my card. He was constantly interrupting me and saying no ahead of me trying to working something out with him. I asked him to please LISTEN and I finally said to him he was we being unnecessarily agressive to a simple request. He walked away and said I didn’t need to tell him how he “felt” which doesn’t make sense. I said whatever and walked out. He was snarky as hell when he said “have a nice day” and I responded back “well thanks to you it was ruined for no reason where he then replied “good.” Ive never had an issue with professionalism or customer service at FedEx before in my entire career. This guy needs an attitude adjustment and probably needs to be fired. Steer clear of this location.

I walked in with a rolled-up 5ft area rug that neither of the two employees said that they could pack up for me. 5ft, it's not like a brought in an elephant to ship. FedEx, aren't you training your staff?
