Nice concept for the actual establishment. Horrible staff. We drove 2 hours from southern Maryland today, paid $250 for 7 kids and 1 adult. Picture attached but the staff members spent the majority of their time their phones. Any time an attendant was needed for an activity we had to go to the front desk for them to search for someone to help them do either the zip line, climbing wall, wipeout, rope course. The manager when notified would go over to the staff and tell them to separate but was not helpful in the least. Most concerning was when the kids were harnessed in to do an activity and they put their face in their phones HUGE SAFETYISSUE. Very disappointing. Honestly not impressed.

A little rowdy, but had a blast with my toddler and good friend. The line was long to get snacks and food, but food was pretty good. They also didn't check bags at the door, but at least there was police presence. My son did not want to leave and smiled the whole time. I believe they are still building out this location and we are looking forward to the upcoming Go-Karts.

Great place for a kids group activity - like a birthday party. Issues - crowded on a Saturday night means long waits for attractions that need an attendant - like the zip line. Several attractions were closed. Pros - the attractions we did were fun - ninja warrior ball pit was a favorite

I really had a great experience, great for kids and even adults. The Zipline I must say is the best thing there. Other trampoline places have more trampolines to jump but this has everything and much more. Lots more obstacle courses and rock climbing. The staffs were very helpful and nice. Great at their job made us feel welcome. I’d definitely be coming back. I heard they might get a bowling alley but wonder when that’ll be there. I feel this place has a great future.

We loved this place so much. They have a great selection of outdoorsy activities for children and PeterPan kids like me. My child love this place and did not want to leave... I was sad we had to go too. Wall climb, dunking stations, trampoline, zip line, food, drinks, party place, parent areas and seats all around, ect.

The website is very misleading I drove three hours to bring my kids just to realize they didn’t have the Go Kart, bowling, mini golf or the virtual reality attractions not only my kids was sad I was as well. I was very unhappy and when I asked to speak to the manager they were puzzled it would be considerate to specify what attractions each Facility have and don’t have it was a waste of money for the adults we paid $90 to sit down

Competitively priced and feature oacked adventure area. Staff is very chill compared to similar competitors which makes it more enjoyable for kids. Was not busy at all when i went and all attractions could be accessed easily without a wait.

Urban Air Adventure Park in Laurel, Maryland, provides an exhilarating experience for thrill-seekers of all ages. The facility boasts an array of activities, from high-flying trampolines to challenging obstacle courses. The staff is generally attentive, ensuring a safe yet exciting environment. While it may get crowded during peak hours, the diverse range of attractions and energetic atmosphere make it a go-to spot for a fun day out. If you’re into high-energy entertainment and don’t mind a bit of hustle and bustle, Urban Air Laurel is worth checking out. I personally liked the racing go kart thing. The pizza for my friend’s party wasnt all that. Cheese tasted like tapioca lol

I just visited her today for the first time with my two children and a few family members. I really had a great time here tonight. The wings were pretty decent for the venue, this place had alot to offer. I enjoyed all of it, the things I think can make the experience better is fixing the 5 broken Lazer tag harnesses. One of the mechanical trampoline machines was broken. Several go carts were broken as well and I don't know if it was just the staff or the protocol for how to start a race but it was not the experience I hoped for at all. The bathroom I used was exceptionally clean for it to be such a big venue. Overall i give it a 3.5/5 star Only thing I wish they would be better at is, staff keeping up with the cleanliness of the eating area and the bathrooms.

Employees are nice enough but the dirtiness is over the top and several attractions are simply shut down. My son loves the place but I constantly see exposed springs (not fixed after a month between visits) and dirt everywhere. They need to close it for a few days and do a deep clean, touch up the paint, fix the broken areas and safety hazards.

First time coming here with my niece and nephew and we had a time! This is a one stop shop for kids and adults. There are so many activities that are bound to accommodate everyone. The go carts were a lot faster than I expected for an indoor track, which the kids and I loved. This park has done a excellent job at making it a diverse activity trampoline park with not just open jump, but sensory trampoline stations for all. The menu at the cafe is simple but the food is pretty good. The staff are really young, but some of the most professional and helpful staff. Prices are definitely worth what you get out of this park. Highly recommend.

We went there for a friend's birthday party. This place is so much fun for older kids and adults. There's so much to do, our son couldn't decide where to go next. There were lines for the go karts and rock climbing but they were moving fast. We had pizza there and it was pretty good as well.

“I love bouncing on the trampoline!” “and playing in the ball pit!” “look!! they’ve got Laser Tag!!” and go carts. 😃 I had my doubts about this until I came in. This place ROCKS!! Lots to do, everything is clean and the staff is FANTASTIC. From check-in to help on the activities, they were great. Add the Parent Pass with your kids pass and play with them. You won’t regret it.

My daughter had her party here and she likes to come for free play time. They have a ball put, trampolines, go karts( extra fee) climb area up to the ceiling and a zip line that goes around the ceiling, kids love that it's a thrill. Food is good. Great customer service.

Great place for family fun. And appropriate for all ages (adults and teens). We had my 5 year old birthday party here and she loved it as well as her guest. All we had to do is show up. Our party host took care of everything else. Food, drinks, cleaning, wristbands etc. She was great and very patient. I would suggest to come a little early as a party or individually to enjoy the attractions before the lines start to form. If interested in zip lining or rock climbing they had lines. Only thing we did not have access to, was the bumper cars. Which they may be in the process of updating or removing.

My 11yo enjoyed the park so much. He had a great time. He wish he could have stayed longer. He enjoyed ziplining and the ropes course. The only thing he didn't get a chance to do was the rock climbing because it was so busy everytime he went over 2 stand in line. Everyone there appeared to have an amazing time, kids were screaming and running and jumping around. It was awesome.

Negative 5 stars. Booked in advance toddler birthday. Tried to call 7 times day of to confirm and add food. No response. Got here, directed to table. Jumped 20 min to find out someone else was given our table. Went through our kids party bags everything, ate the candy. First host told us it wasn’t our table.. eventually got moved to a room. No waters. Scarce decoration. Played at vending machines 20 min. Gentlemen came up to me and said I’m in his room. Host comes up to me and asks me when I’m leaving. Never felt so unwanted for 400$. NOT worth it at all

I think it's a great place for small kids early during the week and early during the day when no one is there. On the weekends, there are bigger kids, teens, and adults and everyone is running into or falling into each other. It's a fun place, with lots of games, go carts, zip lines, and even tag in a glow room. But they make you sign a waiver for a reason.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had a day camp trip to Urban Air. It is worth EVERY penny we spent. Besides for being extremely fun and packed with activities for the campers, everyone working here was kind, friendly, and easy to deal with. All the staff members kept checking in to make sure everyone was enjoying and doing ok. At one point one area was closed off, we asked for it to be opened and within 3 minutes a staff member was there and opened it for us. Thank you for giving us a great time. We definitely hope to come back again.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the pricing but it’s $15 for kids 5 and below and they have three or more pricing options for older kids and adults. Adult does not necessarily need a ticket. You must have their socks or you have to buy for less than $4. The highlight is laser tag and the zip line. Food option is limited and cafe closed at 7:15pm. Pizza was pretty basic.

Absolutely a scam. When we went they had overbooked and even though we had a scheduled arrival time of 7:00, we didn't actually get through the line to get our wristbands until 8:00. With an immediately found out that the go-karts were closed to new riders for the rest of the evening as they were only letting parties in. Additionally, the aerial course and the zip line are advertised at 300 lb. However, this location only allowed up to 220. Everything else was overcrowded. We ended up spending almost $200, didn't ride a single thing and they refused to refund us. Do yourself a favor and never attend one of these as we were one of six different families waiting to speak to the manager and we were all declined any sort of compensation. We've reported this location for fraudulent advertising and business practices since there's no customer service line at corporate.

Nice place to bring kids to have fun but unfairness not meant for kids below 5 years old. 6 and above will enjoy, however, you will have to purchase Premium. I bought Deluxes, as result, my toddler could not do some climbing because staff place double standard. This is what prompted me to give 3 stars coz we always have to me humane and very sensitive. I believe some of the staff requires diversity class. Overall experience not bad but not great.

Overall, I had a good time here with my son. It has a lot of activities including trampolines, climbing walls, go-karts, laser tag, zip line, play area and other things. There is a ton to do here! It is a little pricey, but we got in using an online coupon which made it reasonable. Downside is some of the activities were closed or very slow to run with no explanation for why. They also were staffed enough to feel safe but seemed too understaffed to keep activities going smoothly. On the whole the staff seemed disinterested in being there, there were a few very helpful and happy staff but they were scarce. While they had a snack counter all I was able to get quickly was some drinks. A strange thing was when I bought my tickets online it gave me an option to sleet 11:00 to 11:30 as my arrival time, this was strange because the website said it did not open until noon. Think checking in early would be good I did select the 11:00 slot and got there at 11:15. When we went in we were curtly told they did not open until noon. I tried to explain that I had an email saying to come between 11:00 and 11:30 but I was ignored. So, my son and I killed time at a nearby restaurant until noon. After that the check in went very smoothly. There was plenty of parking for the facility, but it is a lot easier to get to it coming from the South than from the North. Overall, I would go again but with a better game plan for wait times.

This place was pretty cool stopped here for my sons bday. Only downside is the size of the place is pretty small and you can do just about every attraction there in about an hour. He had allot of fun though

This place is ok. There is a lot to do, which is fun, but way overcrowded. Staff is young and organization is abysmal. Wait times for rides were ridiculous, and just to get your wrist band took over 30 minutes. We had a birthday party here, and although they didn't hold us to the 2 hour limit, there was not enough placemats requested, and the food was over 30 minutes late (typical fast food pizza), which resulted in the party splitting up, and several of the kids missing out on singing happy birthday. Also, my kid loved the Zipline, but after doing it once, was told he had to wait 30 minutes before he could go back, despite waiting in the line for 10 minutes. Very disappointed in how the place is managed, because it has so much potential to be "the" spot.

From an experience standpoint the places outstanding. We went midweek with a group of 7 kids when they opened and at $30 for a play all day it was brilliant.... No waiting in line... Completely clean. Ran into a couple hiccups, which is why I took away a start. One miserable and crabby staff member that we addressed with management and they took care of immediately. The food situation was rather ridiculous. I took over half an hour for a celery and carrot veggie plate with nobody else to ordering only to find out they didn't have carrots and celery. Then over an hour again with maybe 20 people in the whole place We ordered dinner at 6:00 and didn't even get it till 7:00.... It said on their board it was a half an hour wait.... Two pizzas two wings two chicken tender baskets... It was overdone, cold and was probably some of the worst food everyone is eaten. The place has a brilliant concept and I wish we could find more in the Annapolis area however I will not recommend eating there unless they can clean up the quality of the food. Maybe they were under staffed but at a premium they should be able to staff adequately. The 90% of the kids-centric staff were extraordinary and accommodating. I can't imagine what this place looks like on a weekend.... I heard they're opening up two additional locations however they need one in Anne Arundel county that's closer than Glen Burnie. Parents are free to watch... And for $10 upgrade they could go on the go-karts unlimited.

My daughter had her 8th bday party at the Laurel location. Let me start off by saying how AMAZING the staff was with assisting the planning and then hosting the day of the party! Elijah was very thorough in giving me a tour, arranging two parties (wanted longer than 2 hrs) and then assisting the day of the party. Alaina was so patient over the phone with doing final steps of ordering food. I cannot say enough about Ethan! He handled 21 kids, multiple requests, and was simply an outstanding party host!!! The adults had a great time too! So much fun for the kids as the party started at 10:30am and we left at 5:30pm! Please consider making party platters or trays of food an option on your menu. Thank you for such a memorable bday for my daughter! Her smile all day says it all!!! She already asked if she can have her 9th bday party there too! Lol Thanks again, Ethan, you are the best!!!

Everything seems to be too slow although the activities are good and cater to all ages groups. Sorry to mention, but the employees really need to speed up. The Urban Cafe food is horrible and needs better quality. We waited for 45 minutes to get our chicken tender w fries and salad box(the carrots were rotten), and fries had some strange cheese in it.

Just awful! I booked a birthday party for 10 kids, and 4 adults. This was the most disorganized party I have ever had, at a place I paid 667.44, plus a measly $40 tip, ONLY because she did set up my party and check us in- see below! I am beyond glad I made the reservations for noon, when the park opened. My 10 kids had the enjoyment of having fun for an hour prior to this madness and chaos in these pictures. With my party package I should have had a party attendant, whom should have assisted. She checked me in the room, went over the party package I purchased. Then she left. Just after the pizza came and we served ourselves, I was asked to pay the remaining balance on the party, and asked if I wanted to include a tip- $129.00. I said no thank you, as I had 100.00 cash to give my assistant. Everything up to this point was ok, as the kids were having fun playing on the equipment. I am assuming that because I didn't put a tip on my debit card, is why my assistant never came back. We did not see her while having cupcakes, and she didn't come back until we were packing up at 2pm. I wish my video could upload. I will be calling corporate momentarily. If there is not enough staffing to tend the activities, then those things should not be open. The warrior course was full of kids and adults playing in it like a ball pit. When I spoke to management about it, the 1st time he sent someone over to the foam pit and got the kids out, but after he left they went right back in. The second time my friend spoke to management about the ball pit, he said he didn't have the ability to control people. This place is understaffed.

Either my party that was booked for 3 months was forgotten about or someone majorly dropped the ball and had absolutely no planning at all. No confirmation phone call prior. Claims of the AC being broke in our party room in JUNE after asking multiple people to change the temp from it being so hot. Your entire website makes you think “oh this is going to be ready and you have all this included and so easy.” Not at all. Plates, napkins, utensils, cups, balloons and table cloths. What did I receive? Utensils and cups. That I had to ask for AFTER my party time. I walked in to an empty room 15 min prior to our party and was not offered help nor supplies that I technically paid for. Thankfully I had supplies and someone to help me so our guests didn’t have an empty room. Instead the staff sat at the computers and tables on their phone. Go karts took literally 20-30 min of your time because the staff argued. The “host” was not a host was no help at all. Never again. $600 plus wasted.

We booked a birthday party and we had a host it was a very good experience. Trinity was amazing she was attentive and payed attention to our table. She made the online reviews look like people who wrote them were just complaining. Thank you Trinity for all your help! You made todays event successful!

We had a BALL! Urban Air has/had 40% off the top tier tickets which is a great deal! The kids didn't want to leave. We went on a Friday around 2pm and we didn't leave until 6pm the kids were ages 7-13. We had pizza and Icees and it was yummy! Great customer service everyone was really helpful!

Great for a wide range of ages. They have zip line, Lazer tag, obstacle courses, trampolines, VR, a few arcade games, climbing walls and lots of things to climb/explore. There's also a restaurant but don't expect anything better than basic fast food that's not very healthy. Quite pricey, especially for parents to accompany little ones, but worth it for a full day of entertainment for the kids. See if you can get a Groupon voucher for a slight discount. :)

  • 4/5 Chocolatecity 8. 2 years ago on Google
It's a little expensive, especially considering it's mostly trampolines. However, there are things wall climbing activities , a zip line, and a little play maze. If you do decide to go, it is only worth it if you get the ultimate. For the parents, if you want to participate it's 50% off for the parent pass which is $20 if your child has ultimate. Pizza is better than Chuckie Cheese, wings are ok. They have go carts and bowling coming soon. I'd suggest you not bring toddlers because it's nothing for them to do. Remember, you have to sign waivers after your purchase for the kids to be allowed to play.

My son enjoyed his first time at Urban Air Adventure Park on the eve of his return to school from holiday break. There is plenty to do from obstacle courses, arcades, dodge ball, bubble balls and bungee ropes. Huge shot out to the young man who climbed into the toddler tower to rescue my crying baby boy, adventurous toddler who had made his way up and didn’t know how to come down :(. He went and safely got him down without delay and even made sure he was okay. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name, but he wore glasses, had on an orange Urban Air Park shirt and was monitoring/managing the zip line section. Thanks again to him, what a hero!! We will surely return 😀.

During the duration of my winter break, my college friends and I wanted to go somewhere fun just to re live our childhood experiences now that we are young adults. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park was the perfect place for us to be able to re live those experiences to the full extent. The prices were reasonable, with the number of activities that they provide. There were activities not only for little kids, but for teenagers, young adults, and even adults as well. The staff was interactive with us throughout our whole time there from check in, to food options, and participated in team games with us too. The environment was clean and sanitized from the food areas to the restrooms. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end. Throughout our time there it really felt like we were kids again just playing, laughing, and having fun. We surely will be going back again.

I’ve visited this location two weekends in a row and have hosted parties. The GM Elijah is a great leader. I’ve seen him cleaning, helping his team, behind the food counter and assisting to host parties. We hosted in the vip go cart area but couldn’t hear our video due to the race cars. Elijah was able to allow us to use a room briefly so the kids could hear a presentation. That’s leadership in action. The facility was clean and employees were helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend ☺️
