The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The layout is nice and spacious. The layout can accommodate wheelchair bound customers. The jewelry is gorgeous, and reasonably priced. They carry guitars, strings, and picks. Perfect one stop shop for the guitarist, as well as the jewelry customer. I'd recommend this place to anyone that's looking for jewelry, and/or guitars. Also, they loan out money on jewelry or music instruments. You've got a 4 month window to pay. Can't ask for a better place for fine jewelry, awesome guitars, and money to loan

I found this place on Google. It had top ratings so I called in advance, not familiar with how selling or pawning works. I spoke with a very friendly, not intimidating, person on the other end, asked a few questions, and went right over. Ian, who I spoke with, greeted me warmly. The atmosphere is easy, safe, clean, and decorated with family history. Everything was explained, legit, and very fair. What a relief. They also offer a modernized system so you can review the entire transaction online - what you've pawned, what you were paid, and you can make payments without having to go to the business. 5 stars, absolutely.
