Dr. Sethi is the absolute best. She is highly credentialed, skilled, and has a wonderful bedside manner. The office has state of the art equipment, and she is thorough and informative. I highly recommend her, and have done so many times.

Hello, I have been taking my daughter to Family Vision Center for 3 years now. My son had to go for a vision referral for the 1st time! The staff is extremely friendly, they are fast, but professional and extremely efficient. Took both my children,both of their eye exams were in about 20 minutes and the wait time was only around 5/6 minutes!!! Furthermor, I had their glassss back within less than a week! Highly recommend 10 STARS ⭐️

Walked in off the street with a broken nose piece on my sons glasses . The young woman was so accommodating & worked on the glasses for almost 15 minutes- then insisted there was no charge! Great customer service!!

The reason for so many high reviews is They send a email to you, but if you rate them a 10 or 5 stars it goes on google business… & if you rate them anything less it goes to a company comment area. Good hustle Reason for the 1 star is the office was very dirty I felt a big germ. They need to invest $ in some paint and soap and make the place look more presentable. I don’t think it cost mush to do that. The dr was extremely kind and knowledgeable, I enjoyed her. But idk if I would go back.

Dr Sethi is the only eye Dr for me and my son. Love coming here to get our eyes checked. We are treated like family, its such a personable time.

Been going here for years… I never have an issue and my glasses comes quicker than expectancy. I have a good variety of glasses to choose from and I am always able to switch glasses if I change my mind without charge. Me and my kids are always addressed by name, especially in the optical room.

I stopped in recently to pay for contacts. I was discussing with the receptionist a problem I was having. I didn't have an appointment but Dr. Sethi overheard me and took the time to ask what was going on, had me try a couple of different contacts and re-examined my eyes. I have been going there for years and this experience is not unusual. She is always very concerned and determined to have me leave seeing as clear as possible.
