Signature
Smiles
is
a
nightmare.
They
bill
for
services
not
rendered,
they
send
patients
home
as
you
are
sitting
there
and
tell
the
most
preposterous
stories.
I
saw
them
send
an
obviously
indigent
young
man
while
I
was
waiting
for
my
appointment
telling
him
the
dental
hygienist
'had
an
accident'
and
they
are
not
taking
appointments.
What
I
didn't
know
then
was...
he
was
the
lucky
one!!!
From
what
I
understand
Signature
Smiles
doesn't
really
exist
any
more.
They
are
now
owned
by
Blackford
Dental
Management.
And
Blackford
Dental
Management
does
not
answer
complaints
and
does
bill
for
work
that
was
not
provided.
i
call
to
make
an
appointment
for
a
cracked
tooth.
I
am
not
a
regular
patient
there.
I
mean,
I
tried.
I
had
come
previously
for
a
cracked
tooth
and
I
really
liked
the
one
dentist.
So
I
made
an
appointment
for
a
cleaning
and
x-rays
assuming
Signature
Smiles
would
become
my
new
dental
provider.
Six
canceled
appointments
later
(and
a
story
about
their
just
being
a
crunch
but
things
would
open
up
later)
I
gave
up
and
went
to
dentist
near
my
near
my
house
for
a
cleaning
and
x-rays.
And
I
still
liked
the
dentist
there
so
when
I
cracked
another
tooth,
I
took
my
x-rays
and
came
back.
I
was
really
surprised.
The
tooth
was
on
the
lower
right
all
the
way
in
the
back.
And
I
had
with
me
a
full
set
of
x-rays.
But
I
have
had
dentists
take
one
additinal
x-ray
before
filling
a
tooth.
The
last
time
I
was
there,
they
asked
me
if
I
agreed
to
an
x-ray
and
had
me
sign
a
form
and
I
didn't
see
anything
untoward
when
they
took
that
first
x-ray.
Then
I
was
told
the
first
x-ray
didn't
come
out
and
they
took
a
2nd
x-ray.
And
I
wasn't
thrilled
but
I
let
it
go...
Imagine
my
surprise
when
she
came
back
for
third
x-ray
on
the
other
side
of
my
mouth!!!
I
asked
what
was
going
on
and
she
said
she
was
taking
a
set
of
bite
wings.
And
I
mentioned
the
full
set
of
x-rays
in
my
truck
and
the
cracked
tooth
that
I
had
told
the
receptionist
was
the
specific
reason
for
my
appointment.
THEN,
the
dentist
comes
in
and
tells
me
her
last
day
was
Tuesday
and
they
were
closing
the
office.
They
were
only
taking
emergencies,
which
does
not
really
explain
why
they
took
a
set
of
bite
wings
without
my
permission
and
tried
to
get
me
to
agree
to
a
crown,
right
there.
As
we
all
know,
crowns
are
paid
for
in
advance
and
take
several
weeks
from
first
impressions
to
finished
porcelain.
It
was
a
Wednesday,
her
last
day
was
in
six
days.
They
were
sending
patients
home
because
they
had
no
staff.
Why
the
bite-wings?
And
what,
they
would
take
the
money
for
the
crown
and
then
what....
So
now
they
are
billing
me
for
four
bite-wings
that
they
never
took
and
for
an
appointment
they
made
under
false
pretenses.
Signature
Smiles
is
a
nightmare....
