This office has been taking care of my family for 20 years. The doctors, PA's and staff are wonderful. Nancy the office manager always has time to say hello and ask how my family are, the whole staff are accommodating and polite and treat my family like they would their family treated.

First I tried to make an appointment but they were only taking walkins. The wait was less than an hour, but I was treated by a nurse not a doctor for an eye infection. She was pleasant but only knew what I didn’t have, she could not diagnose my problem and gave me a prescription for a broad spectrum antibiotic eye drop which did not help much. The facility was very dirty, the floors haven’t been washed in years. I would not go back here even for a follow up visit. 2 days later my infection was worse so I found a different urgent care which was a completely different experience and my infection cleared up in 2 more days. Avoid going to Medical One.

Website says "We are very proud to be the only primary care office on the island that is available for appointment and walk-in services, seven days a week." Scheduler doesn't work on the website Staff doesn't pick up the phone I literally WALKED there in the heat while sick as I didn't have a car. They told me they don't take walk-ins. GREAT

I have been coming here for sometime now and I'am happy with this place! Listen if you go to a medical one office you have to expect a wait time this being they also take walk- ins which is awesome. I'm not just saying this but I rarely had issues here though in the beginning I did but, not with the doctors, once I build the relationship with the staff and doctors and got to know how the place runs I can say I like that place. It's definitely not the worst place, And all the doctors are awesome. Listen not every place is for everyone but this place does the job...

I think the staff here is very professional. Usually need an appointment, but I was so sick, the receptionist made an exception and got me in to see Dr. Dunn. Dr. Dunn is a very good clinition and was able to prescribe a medication which helped me feel much better. Very good service.

I hate to do this but I've tried to provide my feedback directly to the source. So many PAs have filtered in and out of here. Even front of house staff is always new and overwhelmed and I feel so badly for them. I LOVE going there for lab work - the techs are so sweet and kind and really really good at their job. Unfortunately it takes me about 2-4 weeks to get my tests results and I'm often being read incorrect results. I urge anyone looking for primary care to please seek elsewhere.

If you are in pain and are afraid you have appendicitis, don’t walk into Medical One in Brigantine unless you call and make an appointment. I walked in on Friday and was told I couldn’t see a doctor until Monday. As a past patient, Dr Dunn used to have a caring medical practice. Not so much today. The receptionist explained they no longer take Walk Ins which is not posted on the door.

This office has been great! I never have an issue getting an appointment. Lab draw is available in their office. The staff is friendly and the doctors are informative. I would recommend this practice. And the location is convenient with weekend hours.

if u hispanic try not to come here. every one without a mask but hispanics are required to use one, had appointment 2:40 pm and tried to play a game like oh u late ur appointment was 2:20 pm i was in time but it looks like they have an issue with hispanics there

Do not recommend. Anytime you find something that helps you with your pain they take it away from you. Don’t do anything to help you

As a vacationer from another state with BP issues, I’m so grateful for PA Jennifer, Nancy and Nani + the staff at my FU visit. All were kind, professional and caring. Jen was knowledgeable, thorough and reassuring. Thank you so much for helping me!

Very good doctors in medical one, very patience and kindness. The front desk ladies are so nice.
