I’ve been here for an hour an 15 minutes. the lady in the front with blonde hairs is very rude when checking in, I was told my daughter would be seen in 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we are still waiting.I went back up To the front desk to se how much longer we would be waiting and the Receptionist clearly had no training in how to communicate with customers the service sucks they aren’t friendly at all. The nurse Angie was very friendly when we actually did get called into the back.

Just needed reassurance that my week-long Covid symptoms were normal. Short wait-time. All of my info was already in the computer system, so my doctor was familiar with my history when he spoke with me. Both doctor and nurse were engaging and supportive. Much appreciated!

they said to go to my primary care physician who takes 3 months to see you. So now I am screwed, I may get fired, all because I thought ugent care would help me when I was sick.......... I was seen three days ago. The white nurse with the blonde hair was rude, although I was too sick to say anything about it. The darker skinned doctor was very polite and helpful. The front receptionist were also fine. I came back 3 days later because they wrote my prescription to an AtlantiCare pharmacy who can not fill the prescription due to their location. They knew that, and did not tell me. 3 days later they said is too late to get my prescription fixed. They said I should have came back sooner if I really cared. I am not sure how I am supposed to come back when I am laying in bed puking up everything I have inside of me for 7 days straight. I was in so much pain, they never offered me anything for pain. It took all my energy to go to urgent care that day. This white blonde nurse walks up to me like she has authority on my life trying to explain to me that I didn't really care about my stomach medicine. How could she possibly know what I went through for the past 7 days. This is the second time I encountered this lady and it was the SECOND time she came off rude right off the bat. Your a nurse, your supposed to help people. I got nothing, no stomach medicine no doctors note for work.they said to go to my primary care physician who takes 3 months to see you. So now I am screwed, I may get fired, all because I thought ugent care would help me when I was sick.

I'd give it a zero as well. Just walked over there with my wife to see a doctor cuz she is complaining about a back issue which could be a kidney issue along with a blister on her back. We walk to the door and it says it's closed but yet the door was unlocked and the secretary didn't give a real reason why they were not open. U guys are a medical building. U are supposed to take ppl no matter the problem. Probably that's why u guys are only a 2.7. Plz I repeat do not go there. Go to the hospital or another urgent care. I'd be embarrassed if I worked there. Medical build my butt !!!!

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option, Worst place ever! Warning- DO NOT GO HERE! They keep you waiting for hours and lie about the time you'll be waiting. Rude in addition. Never was even able to see the doctor after waiting 2 hours.

They should take the word urgent care off their building!! January 6, 2021 we called three times no return call. I called again on January 7. Someone called me back from the Cherry Hill office I’m trying to go to the Atlantic City office. D3 they called me back and told me to get a video conference call. After I spent 40 minutes giving her my information. She asked who am I? ROFL The staff is totally incompetent. After three days and four messages and 40 minutes on the phone. I want up going to the emergency room. STAY AWAY

Several of the staff members were extremely rude. Condescending nurses. Very rushed NP who was just trying to get out the door. Really uncomfortable experience, especially compared to the friendly care I get at the Healthplex.

I needed to get stitches for an accident and found them through the VA website as I was in the area for a work conference. They were the consummate professionals. Administratively: Check in was easy and they found my information. Nursing: She was a tenured professional that gave me options and treated me with respect and instilled confidence in me. I haven't had stitches since I was a young child. Doctor: explained everything and his skill and bedside manner were top notch. His skill was so good I was in no pain and he expertly took care of my wound. If I were local I would choose this at my PCP office. You are luck to have this team here.

I was told by the receptionist, “we don’t do physicals that require checking for any communicable diseases.” “We can’t test for it.”

This is the worse office in America. Don’t go unless you wanna sit around and never be seen. Had a sick baby and never was seen instead was told I need to do verification. It’s supposed to be a urgent care yet they don’t work like anything is urgent

I'd give 0 stars, but you can't. Went to the AC location this morning, supposed to open at 8:30. No one was there, no lights on. Called Atlanticare and they said it should be open. Ended up going to Somers Point. Totally inexcusable and INFURIATING. Atlanticare really dropped the ball on this one.

The bill that got mailed to my house was over 300+, despite having insurance that is covered and letting me walk out with recommendations of over the counter medication. Front desk was nice, but just a complete waste of time. Wouldn’t even clarify on why the charge is 300+. Literally go to another location but here.

I waited all of ten minutes and they were very kind, and the doctor was awesome!
