If u don't have a 4x4 permit do not visit this place u can't drive out there if u don't have a 4x4 vehicle permit. The sign says permit needed but not specifically what permit so as I tried to explain to the cop am visiting just looking for a place to fish with my children he was like that's fine but ur still getting a ticket. U can pay the fine or contest in court.

Please, be careful accessing the jetty area at the walk on beaches off of Ocean Dive. Severe erosion has left very little room for beachgoers. Near the ocean, the entire area floods at high tides one week out of every month.

We have been coming here for many years. I will not go to any other beach especially since I have children now. The ease of unloading our things right on the beach and then packing back up is a luxury. You never have to find parking and then walk blocks to the beach lugging all your gear. Most people on the beach are courteous and are just there to enjoy the beach with their friends and family as well.

The jetty is beautiful especially the view standing on the Jetty. It is my first time walking on rocks, but it is kinda dangerous. At the father part of the jetty, I get scared and nervous a bit but a an excitement of adventure. A good place to take photos of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Also, very beautiful when the sun is setting. I see some people fishing and relaxing.

It was a little rough today I was there but great place to go fishing and surfing or just hanging out with the family on the beach with your vehicle

It's an amazing and clean beach to relax at with family. The only downside is that it can get a bit packed at times, but other than that it's pretty nice and calming.
